随着社会生活节奏的加快,熬夜、不按时按点吃饭,暴饮暴食、食物不洁、压力过大等因素,最终容易导致越来越多的人患有胃痛或其他胃病等症状。
俗话说“胃病三分治七分养”,足见养胃、护胃的重要性,食疗是一种常用的手段,应用较为普遍。然而,目前市场上养胃、护胃类产品多以谷类为主,且通过湿法工艺生产,进一步破坏了产品中维生素,导致产品中营养素的缺乏。
因此,如何提供一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物及其制备方法,能够在养胃、护胃的同时,全面补充人体所需营养,已成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物及其制备方法,用于解决现有的养胃、护胃类产品中营养素缺乏的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,包括以下组分:乳及乳制品400-850份、精炼植物油20-60份、固体玉米糖浆 5-100份、鱼油粉0.5-2.5份、茯苓提取物 5-30份、山药提取物5-30份、莲子提取物5-30份、薏苡仁提取物5-30份、甘草提取物1-10份、麦芽提取物0.1-2份、维生素和矿物质4-20份。
其中,所述乳及乳制品包括:全脂乳粉、脱脂乳粉、乳清蛋白粉、脱盐乳清粉、炼乳中的任一种或多种组合。
其中,所述精炼植物油包括:大豆油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、椰子油、玉米油中的任一种或多种组合。
其中,所述维生素和矿物质包括:水溶性维生素和微量元素;或,脂溶性维生素和微量元素。
具体地,所述组合物应用于乳制品、谷物食品、饮料、保健食品或医学用途配方食品的制备。

一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别经过粉碎、水提取、过滤、浓缩,喷雾干燥、过筛工艺制备成相对应的茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物;
将制备得到的茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物与乳及乳制品、精炼植物油、固体玉米糖浆、鱼油粉、维生素和矿物质按照比例进行杀菌、预混、混合和金属检测,制得所述组合物。
具体地,将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别按1:8~1:15的比例加水,加热至微沸,并保持微沸至2~3小时,滤过,取滤液浓缩至密度为1.06~1.12,取浓缩液测量固形物含量,按药材比例加入麦芽糊精补足重量搅拌均匀,待麦芽糊精完全溶解,喷雾干燥后,在十万级洁净区进行接粉、包装、金属探测工艺制成提取物。
具体地,准洁净区进行脱外包,酒精擦拭内包装,通过隧道紫外杀菌后,进入洁净区,通过精准配料后,将小份额料进行预混30min后,再与大份额料进行混合,混合20min后,进行下粉灌装,灌装过程中进行精准计算及金属探测处理。
进一步地,金属探测具体包括:分别对粒径不小于0.7mm的铁、1.0mm的非铁及1.5mm的不绣钢异物进行检测并剔除。
进一步地,灌装要求具体包括:封罐后检测真空压力处于7KPa-15KPa之间,且残氧量不大于3%。
所述有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法与上述有助于养胃、护胃的组合物相对于现有技术所具有的优势相同,在此不再赘述。

具体地,全脂乳粉仅以牛乳为原料,经浓缩、干燥制成的粉状产品;用纯乳生产的,基本保持了乳中的原有营养成分,蛋白质不低于24%,脂肪不低于26%,乳糖不低于37%。全脂奶粉的营养成分含量为蛋白质25.5%,脂肪26.5%,碳水化合物37.3%,每百克含钙979毫克,磷685毫克,铁1.9毫克,核黄素0.8毫克,尼克酸0.6毫克。
具体地,脱脂乳粉是先将牛乳中的脂肪经高速离心机脱去,再经过浓缩、喷雾干燥而制成;通常生产1千克脱脂奶粉需用普通牛奶12千克。这种产品脂肪含量一般是不超过2.0%,蛋白质不低于32%。脱脂乳粉是将鲜牛奶脱去脂肪再干燥而成,除脂肪可降低至1%左右外,其他变化不大;对于老年人,消化不良的婴儿,经行腹泻、胆囊疾患、高脂症、慢性胰腺炎等患者有一定益处。此外,脱脂乳粉因其脂肪含量较少,所以易保存,不易发生氧化作用;并且,脱脂乳粉中不含脂肪,适宜肥胖而又需要补充营养的人食用。

具体地,脱盐乳清粉是指除去溶解的矿物质及水分的乳清制品;乳清粉主要成分是乳清蛋白和乳糖;脱盐乳清粉是将乳清粉中的矿物盐脱去。对于婴幼儿来说,矿物质含量高会增加宝宝的肾负担,因此必须脱去矿物质;并且,可以调整蛋白质比例,接近母乳水平。
具体地,炼乳是一种牛奶制品,用鲜牛奶或羊奶经过消毒浓缩制成的饮料,它的特点是可贮存较长时间;通常是将鲜乳经真空浓缩或其他方法除去大部分的水分,浓缩至原体积25%~40%左右的乳制品,再加入40%的蔗糖装罐制成的。炼乳中的碳水化合物和抗坏血酸(维生素C)比奶粉多,其他成分,如蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、维生素A等,皆比奶粉少。

具体地,大豆油是从大豆中压榨提取出来的一种油;大豆油中含有大量的亚油酸,亚油酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,具有重要的生理功能。并且,豆油味甘辛,性热,微毒;具有驱虫、润肠的作用;可治肠道梗阻、大便秘结不通。
具体地,棕榈油是一种热带木本植物油,其含均衡的饱和与不饱和脂肪酸酯。50%的饱和脂肪酸,40%的单不饱和脂肪酸;10%的多不饱和脂肪酸。人体对棕榈油的消化和吸收率超过97%,棕榈油本身不含有胆固醇,富含中性脂肪酸,促使胆固醇提高的物质在棕榈油中含量微乎其微(1%),棕榈油中富含的天然维他命E及三烯生育酚(600-1000mg/kg)、类胡萝卜素(500-700mg/kg)和亚油酸(10%)对人体的健康十分有益。
具体地,棕榈仁油又称棕仁油,取自棕榈果的仁;棕榈仁油中含大量的低级脂肪酸,其碘值较高。
具体地,葵花籽油含有大量的亚油酸等人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,可以促进人体细胞的再生和成长,保护皮肤健康,并能减少胆固醇在血液中的淤积,是一种高级营养油。葵花籽油含有甾醇、维生素、亚油酸等多种对人类有益的物质,其中天然维生素E含量在所有主要植物油中含量最高;而亚油酸含量可达70%左右;葵花籽油能降低血清中胆固醇水平,降低甘油三酯水平,有降低血压的作用。葵花籽油90%是不饱和脂肪酸,其中亚油酸占66%左右,还含有维生素E,植物固醇、磷脂、胡萝卜素等营养成分。葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素E,每百克中约含100-120毫克;具有良好的延迟人体细胞衰老、保持青春的功能;经常食用,可以起到强身壮体、延年益寿的作用。葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素B3,对治疗神经衰弱和抑郁症等精神病疗效明显;它含有的一定量蛋白质及钾、磷、铁、镁等无机物,对糖尿病、缺铁性贫血病的治疗都很有效,对促进青少年骨骼和牙齿的健康成长具有重要意义;它含有的亚油酸,是人体必需的脂肪酸,有助于人体发育和生理调节,对于防止皮肤干燥及鳞屑肥大也有积极作用。葵花籽油含的亚油酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,它构成各种细胞的基本成分,具有调节新陈代谢、维持血压平衡、降低血液中胆固醇的作用。葵花籽油含有微量的植物醇和磷脂,这两种物质能防止血清胆固醇升高。葵花子油中含有丰富的胡萝卜素,含量比花生油、麻油和豆油都多;因此,它能降低血清胆固醇的浓度,防止动脉硬化和血管疾病的发生,非常适合高血压患者和中老年人食用。

具体地,玉米油,又叫粟米油、玉米胚芽油,它是从玉米胚芽中提炼出的油 ;玉米胚芽脂肪含量在17%~45%之间,大约占玉米脂肪总含量的80%以上;玉米油中的脂肪酸特点是不饱和脂肪酸含量高达80%~85%。玉米油本身不含有胆固醇,它对于血液中胆固醇的积累具有溶解作用,故能减少对血管产生硬化影响;对老年性疾病如动脉硬化、糖尿病等具有积极的防治作用;由于天然复合维生素E的功能,对心脏疾病、血栓性静脉炎、生殖机能类障碍、肌萎缩症、营养性脑软化症均有明显的疗效和预防作用。

步骤S2、将制备得到的茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物与乳及乳制品、精炼植物油、固体玉米糖浆、鱼油粉、维生素和矿物质按照比例进行杀菌、预混、混合和金属检测,制得所述组合物。
具体地,上述步骤S1可以为:将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别按1:8~1:15的比例加水,加热至微沸,并保持微沸至2~3小时,滤过,取滤液浓缩至密度为1.06~1.12,取浓缩液测量固形物含量,按药材比例加入麦芽糊精补足重量搅拌均匀,待麦芽糊精完全溶解,喷雾干燥后,在十万级洁净区进行接粉、包装、金属探测工艺制成提取物。

一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物主要包括以下组分:全脂乳粉300份、脱脂乳粉250份、脱盐乳清粉156份、精炼植物油44份、加糖炼乳100份、固体玉米糖浆69份、鱼油粉2份、茯苓提取物18份、山药提取物19份、莲子提取物15份、薏苡仁提取物15份、甘草提取物5份、麦芽提取物1份、复配维生素3份、复配矿物质3份。
上述组合物的制备方法,采用干法混合工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
将上述所有物料混合均匀,得到能有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,通过此方法制备的组合物能养胃、护胃的同时,全面补充所需营养;其中,茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物经过将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别粉碎、水提取、过滤、浓缩,喷雾干燥、过筛等工艺制备获得。

将上述所有物料混合均匀,得到能有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,通过此方法制备的组合物能养胃、护胃的同时,全面补充所需营养;其中,茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物经过将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别粉碎、水提取、过滤、浓缩,喷雾干燥、过筛等工艺制备获得。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下组分:乳及乳制品400-850份、精炼植物油20-60份、固体玉米糖浆 5-100份、鱼油粉0.5-2.5份、茯苓提取物 5-30份、山药提取物5-30份、莲子提取物5-30份、薏苡仁提取物5-30份、甘草提取物1-10份、麦芽提取物0.1-2份、维生素和矿物质4-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,其特征在于,所述乳及乳制品包括:全脂乳粉、脱脂乳粉、乳清蛋白粉、脱盐乳清粉、炼乳中的任一种或多种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,其特征在于,所述精炼植物油包括:大豆油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、椰子油、玉米油中的任一种或多种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,其特征在于,所述维生素和矿物质包括:水溶性维生素和微量元素;
或,脂溶性维生素和微量元素。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物应用于乳制品、谷物食品、饮料、保健食品或医学用途配方食品的制备。
6.一种有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别经过粉碎、水提取、过滤、浓缩,喷雾干燥、过筛工艺制备成相对应的茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物;
将制备得到的茯苓提取物、山药提取物、莲子提取物、薏苡仁提取物、甘草提取物、麦芽提取物与乳及乳制品、精炼植物油、固体玉米糖浆、鱼油粉、维生素和矿物质按照比例进行杀菌、预混、混合和金属检测,制得所述组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,其特征在于,将茯苓、山药、莲子、薏苡仁、甘草、麦芽分别按1:8~1:15的比例加水,加热至微沸,并保持微沸至2~3小时,滤过,取滤液浓缩至密度为1.06~1.12,取浓缩液测量固形物含量,按药材比例加入麦芽糊精补足重量搅拌均匀,待麦芽糊精完全溶解,喷雾干燥后,在十万级洁净区进行接粉、包装、金属探测工艺制成提取物。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,其特征在于,准洁净区进行脱外包,酒精擦拭内包装,通过隧道紫外杀菌后,进入洁净区,通过精准配料后,将小份额料进行预混30min后,再与大份额料进行混合,混合20min后,进行下粉灌装,灌装过程中进行精准计算及金属探测处理。
9.根据权利要求8所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,其特征在于,金属探测具体包括:分别对粒径不小于0.7mm的铁、1.0mm的非铁及1.5mm的不绣钢异物进行检测并剔除。
10.根据权利要求9所述的有助于养胃、护胃的组合物制备方法,其特征在于,灌装要求具体包括:封罐后检测真空压力处于7KPa-15KPa之间,且残氧量不大于3%。
