Abstract
The invention discloses a composite aroma-carrying core wire for cigarettes. Is prepared by flavoring the core wire of the conventional cigarette filter stick and coating the core wire with a slow release agent. The slow release agent is prepared by uniformly mixing polyethylene glycol-4000, palmitic acid, polycaprolactone, starch, a thickening agent, a humectant and a dispersing agent according to a specific proportion. The essence for tobacco generates stable colloid dispersion liquid under the action of the surfactant, and the stable colloid dispersion liquid is coated on the surface of the core wire, so that the stability of the essence is good. The slow release agent can effectively embed core wire fragrance, organically combines fragrance protection and release, and effectively solves the problems of easy volatilization of fragrance substances, uneven fragrance volatilization and the like of the traditional perfuming core wire. Different tobacco essences are further added into the slow release agent, so that one filter rod can simultaneously load two kinds of aromas, and the smoking taste of the cigarette is enriched. The method is simple and convenient, has low cost and obvious effect, and has good application prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette flavoring, and particularly relates to a composite flavor-carrying core wire for flavoring a cigarette filter stick.
Background
In order to improve the smoking quality of cigarettes, make up for the deficiency of the original fragrance of tobacco and achieve the aims of increasing fragrance and keeping moisture, the cigarettes are usually required to be flavored. At present, cigarette flavoring mainly adopts two modes: tobacco shred perfuming and filter stick perfuming. The tobacco shred flavoring is to add a flavoring substance into a tobacco leaf rolling formula to directly participate in cigarette combustion, which easily causes the waste of expensive essence substances; meanwhile, the added aroma substances can generate uncontrollable products due to high temperature during smoking of the cigarettes, so that the sensory quality of the cigarettes is influenced. And in the mode of flavoring the filter stick, because the flavor substances added in the filter tip do not directly participate in the cigarette combustion, the cigarette filter stick is safe, controllable, convenient to qualitatively and quantitatively add the flavor substances, more beneficial to adding the flavor substances in a targeted manner, increasing the richness of the flavor, and harmonizing the cigarette flavor and the smoke. In recent years, the addition of materials with adsorption and flavor-blending effects in filter sticks has become an important subject of research in the tobacco industry.
At present, the perfuming of the cigarette filter stick mainly comprises the following modes: 1. when the filter stick is formed, the essence and the spice with good solubility are added into the plasticizer (glyceryl triacetate), the method is simple and convenient, but the problem is that the essence and the spice have good miscibility with the plasticizer, so that the application of most of water-soluble essence and spice is limited. In addition, the essence and the spice are easy to volatilize and lose in the process of storing the filter stick. 2. The particles are added into the cigarette filter stick, and when main stream smoke of the cigarette passes through, the fragrant substances are released, so that the purpose of flavoring is achieved. The perfuming of the particles has the advantages of simple equipment and process, low requirement on the character of the fragrant substance and the like, but has the defects of less attachment of the fragrant substance, low transmission efficiency and the like. 3. The flavoring of the puffed bead is to wrap the essence in the soft capsule, place the soft capsule in the cigarette filter, and pinch the soft capsule with the help of external force to release the essence therein during smoking. However, the problems that the exploded beads are not easy to store at high humidity temperature, are easy to absorb moisture and deteriorate, and the oil-soluble essence is easy to pollute the filter stick forming paper after the exploded beads are extruded are solved.
In the prior art, a filter stick perfuming mode, namely perfuming a fragrant line, is adopted, one or more core wires which are soaked in plant perfume are added into the filter stick, so that the purposes of perfuming and fragrance supplementing are achieved, and the core wires are mainly made of cotton threads or cellulose. However, the problem is that the fragrance is not uniformly released in the front and rear sections when the cigarette is smoked, and the fragrance substances adsorbed on the core line are volatile along with the prolonging of the storage time of the filter stick.

Second, sensory evaluation
The prepared cigarette samples are placed in a constant temperature and humidity adjusting box, namely the temperature is 22 ℃ and the humidity is 60%, and the cigarette samples are stored for 30 days, and a group of cigarettes are taken every 5 days for smoking evaluation. The evaluation was carried out by a group of 7 evaluation experts according to the standard GB5606.4-2005 "cigarette sensory technical requirements", and the evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 sensory evaluation results of cigarettes
From the evaluation results of the embodiments 1 to 3, compared with a single flavor-carrying core wire, the compound flavor-carrying core wire filter stick has the advantages that the flavor is uniformly released, enough strength can be ensured, and better flavor can be obtained, compared with the comparative examples 1 to 3, the slow-release effect is poor due to serious flavor volatilization because the coating step of the slow-release agent is lacked, the flavor loss is fast, and the influence on the flavor and the flavor is large, the evaluation results show that whether the slow-release agent is coated on the core material in the process of preparing the flavor-carrying core wire or not can greatly influence on the final flavor and the flavor, the slow-release agent is coated on the flavor-carrying core wire under the condition of equal adding amount of the flavor, the sensory comfort degree of the compound flavor-carrying core wire is improved, and the flavor-holding time period is obviously prolonged.
