本发明属于塑料管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺。
背景技术
塑料管材在建筑工程应用广泛,主要用作自来水供水系统配管、排水、排污卫生管、地下排水管系统等,塑料管材内容易滋生细菌,卫生条件不达标,随着人们对卫生和健康方面的重视,抗菌塑料管材的市场需求量日益增加,但是,现有的抗菌塑料管材存在制作成本高,制作工艺复杂,制作出的塑料管材拉伸强度不高、抗冲击强度不高、抗菌性不强、抗菌时效短、耐热性和耐磨性差、易老化的技术问题;因此,如何克服上述存在的技术问题和缺陷成为重点需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种制作成本低,制作工艺简单,制作出的塑料管材拉伸强度高、抗冲击强度高、抗菌性强、抗菌时效长、耐热性和耐磨性强、不易老化的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备载银壳聚糖颗粒:将壳聚糖溶于甲酸溶液中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,然后加入硝酸银溶液,搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到载银壳聚糖颗粒;
2)制备改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂:将步骤1)得到的载银壳聚糖颗粒与表面活性剂和改性剂一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在80-90℃干燥2-3h,得到改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂;
3)制备纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒:将纳米二氧化硅颗粒、硼氢化钠溶液和硝酸银溶液搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒;
4)制备改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂:将步骤3)得到的纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与表面活性剂和改性剂一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在80-90℃干燥2-3h,得到改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂;
5)将改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂1-3份、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂2-4份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、载体树脂65-80份、填料3-5份、抗氧化剂2-4份、增塑剂1-3份、分散剂3-6份、相容剂2-5份、紫外线吸收剂2-6份混合搅拌,混合均匀后加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出,冷却成型即可得到抗菌塑料管材。
所述步骤2)中,载银壳聚糖颗粒与表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.05~0.1,载银壳聚糖颗粒与改性剂的质量比为1:0.1~0.25。
所述步骤4)中,纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.05~0.1,纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与改性剂的质量比为1:0.1~0.25。
所述步骤2)和步骤4)中,表面活性剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钠、十二烷基酸钠中的任意一种或多种,改性剂为聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂中的任意一种或两种。
所述步骤5)中,载体树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂或无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。

1、本发明的抗菌剂为改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂和纳米氧化锌,使塑料管材的抗菌性强,抗菌时效长;先制备出载银壳聚糖颗粒和纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒,再利用表面活性剂、改性剂对载银壳聚糖颗粒和纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒进行改性,改性剂为聚酯树脂或酚醛树脂,聚酯树脂可提高载银壳聚糖颗粒和纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒的抗冲击性,酚醛树脂可提高载银壳聚糖颗粒和纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒的耐热和耐腐蚀性能,进而可提高塑料管材的抗冲击、耐热和耐腐蚀性。
2、本发明的填料为硅胶粉、石英粉、滑石粉或玻璃纤维,硅胶粉可提高塑料管材的耐热性,石英粉可提高塑料管材的硬度,滑石粉可提高塑料管材的耐磨性和润滑性,玻璃纤维可提高塑料管材的韧性和耐冲击性。
3、本发明的抗氧化剂、增塑剂、分散剂、相容剂和紫外线吸收剂,抗氧化剂包括主抗氧化剂和辅助抗氧化剂,抗氧化性性强;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,提高塑料管材的韧性;分散剂为聚乙烯蜡或硬脂酸,分散性能好,防止树脂与填料之间相互聚集;相容剂为马来酸酐接枝弹性体,可改善填料与树脂相容性,提高塑料管材的拉伸、冲击强度;

一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备载银壳聚糖颗粒:将壳聚糖溶于甲酸溶液中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,然后加入硝酸银溶液,搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到载银壳聚糖颗粒;

3)制备纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒:将纳米二氧化硅颗粒、硼氢化钠溶液和硝酸银溶液搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒;
4)制备改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂:将步骤3)得到的纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒1份与硬脂酸0.05份和聚酯树脂0.1份一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在800℃干燥3h,得到改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂;
5)将改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂1份、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂3份、纳米氧化锌2份、聚氯乙烯树脂65份、硅胶粉4份、抗氧化剂BHT 1.5份、抗氧化剂168 0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯2份、硬脂酸4份、马来酸酐接枝弹性体2份、uv-9 4份混合搅拌,混合均匀后加入到挤出机中,经180℃熔融挤出,挤出压力为50MPa,冷却成型即可得到抗菌塑料管材。
实施例2
一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备载银壳聚糖颗粒:将壳聚糖溶于甲酸溶液中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,然后加入硝酸银溶液,搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到载银壳聚糖颗粒;
2)制备改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂:将步骤1)得到的载银壳聚糖颗粒1份与十二烷基酸钠0.1份和酚醛树脂0.25份一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在85℃干燥2.5h,得到改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂;
3)制备纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒:将纳米二氧化硅颗粒、硼氢化钠溶液和硝酸银溶液搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒;
4)制备改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂:将步骤3)得到的纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒1份与十二烷基酸钠0.1份和酚醛树脂0.25份一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在85℃干燥2.5h,得到改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂;
5)将改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂3份、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂2份、纳米氧化锌1.5份、聚丙烯树脂75份、玻璃纤维3份、抗氧化剂1076 2.5份、抗氧化剂626 1.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1份、聚乙烯蜡6份、马来酸酐接枝弹性体4份、uvp-327 2份混合搅拌,混合均匀后加入到挤出机中,经190℃熔融挤出,挤出压力为40MPa,冷却成型即可得到抗菌塑料管材。
实施例3
一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)制备载银壳聚糖颗粒:将壳聚糖溶于甲酸溶液中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,然后加入硝酸银溶液,搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到载银壳聚糖颗粒;
2)制备改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂:将步骤1)得到的载银壳聚糖颗粒1份与硬脂酸钠0.08份和酚醛树脂0.2份一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在90℃干燥2h,得到改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂;
3)制备纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒:将纳米二氧化硅颗粒、硼氢化钠溶液和硝酸银溶液搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒;
4)制备改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂:将步骤3)得到的纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒1份与硬脂酸钠0.08份和酚醛树脂0.2份一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在90℃干燥2h,得到改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂;
将改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂2份、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂4份、纳米氧化锌1份、聚乙烯树脂80份、石英粉5份、抗氧化剂1010 2份、抗氧化剂168 1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、聚乙烯蜡3份、马来酸酐接枝弹性体5份、uv-531 2份混合搅拌,混合均匀后加入到挤出机中,经185℃熔融挤出,挤出压力为55MPa,冷却成型即可得到抗菌塑料管材。
性能测试
对实施例1-3的抗菌塑料管材进行性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:
由测试结果可知,本发明实施例1-3制备出的抗菌塑料管材具有拉伸强度高、抗冲击强度高、抗菌性强、耐热、耐老化的优点。
Claims (10)
1.一种给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)制备载银壳聚糖颗粒:将壳聚糖溶于甲酸溶液中,搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,然后加入硝酸银溶液,搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到载银壳聚糖颗粒;
2)制备改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂:将步骤1)得到的载银壳聚糖颗粒与表面活性剂和改性剂一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在80-90℃干燥2-3h,得到改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂;
3)制备纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒:将纳米二氧化硅颗粒、硼氢化钠溶液和硝酸银溶液搅拌混合均匀,过滤后转至造粒机中造粒,得到纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒;
4)制备改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂:将步骤3)得到的纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与表面活性剂和改性剂一起加入到捏合机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后在80-90℃干燥2-3h,得到改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂;
5)将改性载银壳聚糖抗菌剂1-3份、改性纳米载银二氧化硅抗菌剂2-4份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、载体树脂65-80份、填料3-5份、抗氧化剂2-4份、增塑剂1-3份、分散剂3-6份、相容剂2-5份、紫外线吸收剂2-6份混合搅拌,混合均匀后加入到挤出机中,经熔融挤出,冷却成型即可得到抗菌塑料管材。
2.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,载银壳聚糖颗粒与表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.05~0.1,载银壳聚糖颗粒与改性剂的质量比为1:0.1~0.25。
3.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.05~0.1,纳米载银二氧化硅颗粒与改性剂的质量比为1:0.1~0.25。
4.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)和步骤4)中,表面活性剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钠、十二烷基酸钠中的任意一种或多种,改性剂为聚酯树脂、酚醛树脂中的任意一种或两种。
5.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,载体树脂为聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂或无规共聚聚丙烯树脂。
6.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,填料为硅胶粉、石英粉、滑石粉或玻璃纤维。
7.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,抗氧化剂包括主抗氧化剂和辅助抗氧化剂,主抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂BHT、抗氧化剂1010或抗氧化剂1076,辅助抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂168或抗氧化剂626。
8.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,分散剂为聚乙烯蜡或硬脂酸,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝弹性体。
9.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,紫外线吸收剂为uvp-327、uv-9或uv-531。
10.如权利要求1所述的给水用抗菌塑料管材制作新工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,挤出机的温度为180-190℃,挤出压力为40-55MPa。
