The difference between this embodiment and the above embodiment is that, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, the bottom of the test paper 20 is provided with the adsorption pad 22, which can firmly adsorb the test paper 20 on the lower housing 3, so that the test paper 20 cannot move during testing, and the contact effect of saliva and the test paper 20 is affected, so that an error is caused to the test result, the adsorption pad 22 is made of a cellulose material, the cellulose material is easy to obtain, and the test result after the test paper 20 contacts saliva is not affected, the performance is stable, and the accuracy of the device is increased. The bottom of the lower shell 3 is provided with the preset recess 23, the preset recess 23 is shaped like a strip arranged along the length direction of the lower shell 3, and the preset recess is arranged into the shape, so that the three-way channel 6 can be fixed on the lower shell 3 more reliably, the three-way channel 6 cannot move between the upper shell 2 and the lower shell 3, the flowing and detection of saliva are affected, and the stability of the device is improved.
