Abstract
The invention provides a three-layer makeup remover, which consists of a lower-layer water phase component, a middle-layer silicon oil phase component and an upper-layer oil phase component, wherein the lower-layer water phase component accounts for 15-60% of the makeup remover by mass; the silicone oil phase component of the middle layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the oil phase component of the upper layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the upper oil phase component comprises mineral oil; the silicone oil phase component comprises silicone oil; the water phase component comprises water, polyalcohol, chelating agent, inorganic salt and preservative. The invention not only has the function of removing facial makeup with common makeup remover, but also has clear interface layering. The color combination and matching of the invention can quickly recover the transparent and clear appearance after shaking up and standing, thereby meeting the basic skin care function of the market on skin care cosmetics and simultaneously having beautiful appearance for attracting the eyes of users.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the field of chemical industry, relates to daily chemical products, particularly relates to skin care cosmetics, and particularly relates to a three-layer makeup remover and a preparation method thereof.
Background art:
as cosmetics are increasingly accepted by women, the corresponding customer's demand for makeup removal products is also increasing. the invention aims to provide a three-layer makeup remover and a preparation method thereof, and the three-layer makeup remover and the preparation method thereof aim to solve the following problems in the prior art: standing after shaking up, and the clear and transparent appearance and the unclear interface between layers can not be recovered.
The invention provides a three-layer makeup remover, which consists of a lower-layer water phase component, a middle-layer silicon oil phase component and an upper-layer oil phase component, wherein the lower-layer water phase component accounts for 15-60% of the makeup remover by mass; the silicone oil phase component of the middle layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the oil phase component of the upper layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the upper oil phase component comprises mineral oil; the silicone oil phase component comprises silicone oil; the water phase component comprises water, polyhydric alcohol, a chelating agent, inorganic salt and a preservative; wherein, the mass ratio of the water, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the inorganic salt and the preservative is 14.5-58.8%: : 1-40%: 0.005-0.3%: 0.05-5%: 0.1 to 3 percent.
Further, the upper oil phase also contains vegetable oil, pigment and antioxidant, and the vegetable oil accounts for 0.01-10% of the unloading liquid by mass; the mass percentage of the pigment is 0.00001-2%; the mass percent of the antioxidant is 0.01-1%.
Furthermore, the silicone oil phase component also contains pigment; in the unloading liquid, the mass percent of the pigment is 0.00001-2%.
Furthermore, the water phase component also contains pigment, plant extract and essence, and the mass percent of the pigment in the unloading liquid is 0.00001-2%; the mass percentage of the plant extract is 0.0001-10%; the essence is 0.001-0.5% by mass.
Further, the water phase component of the lower layer accounts for 30-55% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the silicone oil phase component of the middle layer accounts for 15-35% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the oil phase component of the upper layer accounts for 15-50% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent.
Further, the vegetable oil is one or a combination of more than two of jojoba seed oil, hemp seed oil, macadamia nut seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, grape seed oil and sunflower seed oil.
Further, the pigment is one or a combination of more than two of CI 61565, CI 60725, CI 17200, CI 73360, CI 16255, CI75470, CI 16035, CI15850, CI 45410, CI 19140, CI 42090, CI 77947 and CI 15985.
Further, the antioxidant is one or the combination of more than two of butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol and tocopherol acetate.
Further, the silicone oil is one or a combination of more than two of polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane and phenyl trimethicone.
Further, the polyalcohol is one or the combination of more than two of propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, butanediol, glycerol, hexanediol and 1, 2-pentanediol.
Further, the chelating agent is one or the combination of more than two of EDTA disodium, EDTA trisodium, EDTA tetrasodium and sodium phytate.
Further, the inorganic salt is one or a combination of more than two of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate and magnesium sulfate.
Further, the preservative is one or the combination of more than two of phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, imidazolidinyl urea, chlorphenesin and p-hydroxyacetophenone.
Further, the plant extract is one or a combination of more than two of aloe vera extract, calendula extract, hamamelis virginiana extract, purslane extract and rose extract.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the three-layer cleansing lotion, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the formula amount for later use;
(2) a step of preparing an upper oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components to obtain an oil phase;
(3) a step of preparing a middle silicone oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components to obtain a silicon oil phase;
(4) a step of preparing the lower aqueous phase: heating the other components to 80-90 ℃, stirring and dissolving uniformly, stirring and cooling to normal temperature, adding the preservative and the plant extract respectively, and stirring uniformly to obtain a water phase;
(5) and after the inspection is qualified, sequentially filling the lower-layer water phase, the middle-layer silicon oil phase and the upper-layer oil phase into a cosmetic container to obtain the cosmetic.
Further, the three-layer cleansing lotion is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass, and is shown in table 1:

The components used in the invention are characterized as follows:
1. mineral oil
Removing the color cosmetics as the main oil solvent of the upper oil phase;
2. vegetable oil
The emollient serving as the upper oil phase nourishes the skin while removing the color makeup;
as vegetable oils in the cleansing liquid, the following are included, but not limited to: jojoba seed oil, hemp seed oil, macadamia nut seed oil, chinaroot flower seed oil, grape seed oil, and sunflower seed oil.
3. Pigment
As colorants in the makeup remover, the following pigments are included, but not limited to:
CI 61565、CI 60725、CI 17200、CI 73360、CI 16255、CI 75470、CI 16035、CI15850、CI 45410、CI 19140、CI 42090、CI 77947、CI 15985。
4. silicone oil
Taking the mixture as an oil solvent in the makeup remover, and removing the makeup;
as emollients in cleansing liquids, the following silicone oils are included, but not limited to: polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, phenyl trimethicone.
5. Antioxidant agent
Can be used as antioxidant in makeup remover to prevent or delay oxidative rancidity of vegetable oil.
As antioxidants in the makeup remover, the following antioxidants are included, but not limited to: butylated hydroxytoluene, tocopherol, and tocopherol acetate.
6. Polyhydric alcohols
As a moisturizing agent in the makeup remover,
as the polyol in the makeup remover, the following polyols are included, but not limited to: propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, butanediol, glycerol, hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol.
7. Chelating agents
As a chelating agent in the makeup remover, metal ions are chelated.
As chelating agents in the cleansing liquid, the following chelating agents are included, but not limited to: disodium EDTA, trisodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA, and sodium phytate.
8. Inorganic salt
The emulsion can be used as an antifreeze agent in makeup remover to improve the low-temperature stability of the formula.
As inorganic salts in the cleansing liquid, the following are included, but not limited to: sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate and magnesium sulfate.
9. Water (W)
As the main solvent of the aqueous phase, water is given to the skin.
10. Preservative
As a preservative in the makeup remover, the common preservative for cosmetics prevents microbial contamination of products;
the amount used is in accordance with the global cosmetic regulations.
As preservatives in the makeup remover, the following preservatives are included, but not limited to: phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, imidazolidinyl urea, chlorphenesin and p-hydroxyacetophenone.
11. Plant extracts
The skin conditioner used in the makeup remover can be used for providing skin care effects of various plant extracts on skin, such as moisturizing, repairing and the like.
As plant extracts in the makeup remover, the following plant extracts are included but not limited: aloe vera extract, calendula extract, Hamamelis virginiana extract, purslane extract, rose extract.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has remarkable technical progress. The invention not only has the function of removing facial makeup with common makeup remover, but also has unique appearance different from common makeup remover, and has clear interface layering and combination of more than two. The invention adopts color combination and matching, can quickly recover transparent and clear appearance after shaking up and standing, and satisfies the requirement that the market has beautiful appearance for attracting the eyes of users in addition to the basic skin care function of skin care cosmetics. The invention also has the function of removing facial makeup.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples:

Description of the preparation process:
the three-layer cleansing liquid of examples 1 to 5 in table 2 was prepared according to the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the formula amount for later use;
(2) preparing an upper oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components uniformly to obtain an oil phase;
(3) preparing a middle-layer silicone oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components uniformly to obtain a silicon oil phase;
(4) preparing a lower water phase: heating the other components except the antiseptic and the plant extract to 85 deg.C, stirring for dissolving, cooling to room temperature, adding the antiseptic and the plant extract, and stirring to obtain water phase;
(5) and after the inspection is qualified, sequentially filling the lower-layer water phase, the middle-layer silicon oil phase and the upper-layer oil phase into a container to obtain the product.
Experimental comparison of this product
Experimental methods
The cleansing liquid was continuously shaken vigorously for 30 seconds in the container, then left on a horizontal table, and after 30 minutes the appearance of the cleansing liquid was visually observed through the container.
Basis of experimental judgment
The interface between each layer is: no layering, blurring and clearness;
the colors of each layer are as follows: color cross color, color unchanged (as before shaking);
the transparency is divided into: fuzzy, semi-transparent and clear.
According to the visual observation, the appearance state was recorded.
Results of the experiment
The results of the experimental observations are reported in Table 3:

Conclusion of the experiment
As can be seen from the results in Table 4, the three-layer makeup remover compositions of examples 1 to 5 have clear interfaces, distinct colors and transparency, and restore their original appearance after shaking.

Claims (10)
1. A three-layer makeup remover is characterized in that: the cleansing cream comprises a lower-layer water phase component, a middle-layer silicon oil phase component and an upper-layer oil phase component, wherein the lower-layer water phase component accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing cream by mass; the silicone oil phase component of the middle layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the oil phase component of the upper layer accounts for 15-60% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the upper oil phase component comprises mineral oil; the silicone oil phase component comprises silicone oil; the water phase component comprises water, polyhydric alcohol, a chelating agent, inorganic salt and a preservative; wherein, the mass ratio of the water, the polyalcohol, the chelating agent, the inorganic salt and the preservative is 14.5-58.8%: 1-40%: 0.005-0.3%: 0.05-5%: 0.1 to 3 percent.
2. A three-layer cleansing liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water phase component of the lower layer accounts for 30-55% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the silicone oil phase component of the middle layer accounts for 15-35% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent; the oil phase component of the upper layer accounts for 15-50% of the cleansing liquid by mass percent.
3. A three-layer cleansing liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the upper oil phase also contains vegetable oil, pigment and antioxidant, and the mass percent of the vegetable oil in the unloading liquid is 0.01-10%; the mass percentage of the pigment is 0.00001-2%; the mass percent of the antioxidant is 0.01-1%.
4. A three-layer cleansing liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the silicone oil phase component also contains pigment; in the unloading liquid, the mass percent of the pigment is 0.00001-2%.

A three-layer cleansing liquid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water phase component also contains pigment, plant extract and essence, and the mass percent of the pigment in the unloading liquid is 0.00001-2%; the mass percentage of the plant extract is 0.0001-10%; the essence is 0.001-0.5% by mass.

7. The three-layer makeup remover according to claim 1, wherein: the chelating agent is one or the combination of more than two of EDTA disodium, EDTA trisodium, EDTA tetrasodium and sodium phytate.

The three-layer makeup remover according to claim 1, wherein: the inorganic salt is one or the combination of more than two of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium citrate and magnesium sulfate; the antiseptic is one or more of phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, imidazolidinyl urea, chlorphenesin and p-hydroxyacetophenone.
9. The three-layer makeup remover according to claim 1, wherein: the plant extract is one or more of Aloe barbadensis Miller extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, Hamamelis virginiana extract, herba Portulacae extract, and flos Rosae Rugosae extract.
10. A method of preparing a three-layer cleansing liquid as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the components according to the formula amount for later use;
(2) a step of preparing an upper oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components to obtain an oil phase;
(3) a step of preparing a middle silicone oil phase: mixing, stirring and dissolving all the components to obtain a silicon oil phase;
(4) a step of preparing the lower aqueous phase: heating the other components to 80-90 ℃, stirring and dissolving uniformly, stirring and cooling to normal temperature, adding the preservative and the plant extract respectively, and stirring uniformly to obtain a water phase;
(5) and after the inspection is qualified, sequentially filling the lower-layer water phase, the middle-layer silicon oil phase and the upper-layer oil phase into a cosmetic container to obtain the three-layer makeup remover.
