背景技术
据全国老龄办最新统计2020年,全国60岁以上老年人口将增加到2.55亿人左右,占总人口比重提升到17.8%左右;高龄老年人口(85岁以上)将增加到2900万人左右,独居和空巢老年人将增加到1.18亿人左右,老年扶养比例将提高到28%左右。
新兴养护院或护理院以老年人为目标。截至2019年6月底,中国共有各类养老机构2.99万个,社区养老服务机构和设施14.34万个,养老服务床位合计735.3万张。
老年人体味重,目前市场的84(次氯酸钠溶液)、来苏水、酒精等因刺激性气味易引起老年人不适,而空气清新剂无杀菌效果且只能掩盖异味,市场急需一种新的环保抑菌去味清新剂。
柠檬酸(CitricAcid,简称CA)是一种重要的有机酸,分子式C6H8O7,无色晶体,常含一分子结晶水,无臭,有很强的酸味,易溶于水,密度1.542g/cm3,熔点153℃(失水),175℃以上分解释放出水及二氧化碳。柠檬酸易溶于水和乙醇,20℃时溶解度(w/w)为59%,其2%水溶液的pH为2.1。柠檬酸为食用酸类,可增强体内正常代谢,适当的剂量对人体无害。制备柠檬酸的原料都是来源于粮食,这是安全的食品级微生物。柠檬酸的使用对环境不会造成影响,在微生物以及热等作用下比较容易降解,其自身的螯合能力也比较强。
柠檬酸与80℃温度联合作用具有良好杀灭细菌芽孢的作用,有机酸可以进入细菌的细胞壁,使细菌内部和外部出现pH梯度变化,抑制细菌生长。常见的几种病原菌生长的适宜pH均是中性偏碱,如大肠杆菌适宜的pH为6.0-8.0,链球菌为6.0-7.5,而乳酸菌等益生菌宜于酸性环境繁殖。柠檬酸使胃肠道内pH下降,肠道内乳酸菌等益生菌得到良好的生长条件,从而维持消化道中微生物菌群的正常平衡。柠檬酸是一种天然防腐剂。由于柠檬酸可降低pH,有害微生物的增殖及毒素的产生受到抑制,有明显的防霉作用。

2.将15组大肠菌群快速检验纸片通过大肠杆菌培养液接种大肠菌群,恒温培养24小时,检测大肠菌群数。
3.向其中12组大肠菌群快速检验纸片滴入环保抑菌去味清新剂溶液,恒温培养30min,检测15组大肠菌群快速检验纸片的大肠菌群数。

聚六亚甲基双胍是一种环保型高分子聚合物杀菌抑菌剂,结构式:C3H6—NH—C(=NH)—NH—C3H6。具有杀菌广谱;有效浓度低;作用速度快;性质稳定;易溶于水的优良性能;可在常温下使用;长期抑菌、无副作用;无腐蚀性;无色、无嗅;无毒;不燃、不爆、使用安全;价格适中;运输方便,可以说是最佳的杀菌剂。
作用方式、机理:
本品为多胍类高分子聚合物,在水溶液中能产生电离,它的亲水基部分含有强烈的正电性,吸附通常呈负电性的各类细菌、病毒,进入细胞膜,抑制膜内脂质体合成,造成菌体凋亡,达到最佳的杀菌效果。
性能优越性:
1、易溶于水;
2、水溶液无毒、无色、无嗅;
3、不燃、不爆;
4、有极强的杀灭细菌的能力,而且广谱、高效、并具有长期抑菌作用;
5、对各种材料无浸蚀作用;
6、无腐蚀性;
7、不含醛、碘、活性氯等有害物质。
毒性
1、1%聚六亚甲基双胍大于5000mg/kgBW属实际无毒级;
2、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍眼刺激试验积分为3.0分属无刺激性;
3、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍急性皮肤刺激试验积分为0分,属无刺激性;
4、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性,无致突变性;
5、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍精子畸形试验结果为阴性;
6、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积毒性;蓄积系数K>5。
聚六亚甲基双胍稳定性
1、0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍放置于37℃,相对湿度为75%~80%的环境中90天,其下降率为4.91%。
金属腐蚀性:0.5%聚六亚甲基双胍对不锈钢、铜无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝基本无腐蚀。
