Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
During the operation of the textile machine, the moving parts of the textile machine, such as spindles, knitting needles and the like, are abraded, and the knitting machine oil is mainly used for lubricating the knitting needles, sinkers, triangular needles, inner grooves, outer grooves and the like of the circular knitting machine, so that the friction abrasion of parts of the circular knitting machine is reduced.
In the knitting process of the high-speed cylindrical knitting machine, the cloth is difficult to be stained with oil stains, so that the knitting machine oil used by the circular knitting machine is required to be easy to clean, and the knitted cloth does not pollute the fabric after being cleaned; because the operation speed is very fast, the friction between the needle and the needle cylinder is very large, and the temperature rise is very fast, the knitting machine oil also has excellent extreme pressure antiwear property, lubricating property and cooling property; meanwhile, because the requirement on environmental protection is higher and higher at present, the cloth is in direct contact with the skin, and therefore the knitting machine oil is required to be naturally degradable and nontoxic and harmless to human bodies.
The needle loom oil in the market is various, and patent CN108998163A, namely, an easily-cleaned antirust needle loom oil and a preparation method thereof, discloses an easily-cleaned antirust needle loom oil composition which comprises 70-90 parts of base oil, 0.5-4 parts of an extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.1-1 part of an antirust agent, 5-20 parts of an emulsifier, 0.05-2 parts of a demulsifier, 0.01-1 part of an antifoaming agent and 0.01-0.05 part of an antistatic agent, wherein the composition is easy to clean, but the biodegradability of the composition is not explained. Patent CN 109401822A discloses degradable emulsified knitting machine oil, which comprises 50-90 parts of base oil, 5-10 parts of methyl oleate, 3-10 parts of trimethylolpropane oleate, 5-10 parts of isooctyl stearate, 2-7 parts of oleic acid, T7461-2 parts of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of TX-101-2 parts of and SP-801-2 parts of. In the prior art, the types of the additives in the knitting machine oil patent are more than six, seven, which are not beneficial to environmental protection and cause difficulty for natural degradation.

One of the technical problems to be solved by the invention is the technical problem that the knitting machine oil composition in the prior art has many components and is difficult to naturally degrade, and the invention provides the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition which has certain extreme pressure lubricity, is easy to clean, does not pollute cloth, can be naturally degraded and is nontoxic and harmless to a human body. The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a preparation method of the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition corresponding to the first technical problem. The invention solves the technical problem of providing a new application of the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition corresponding to one of the solved technical problems.
In order to solve one of the above technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a knitting machine oil composition capable of being naturally degraded comprises the following components in parts by weight: 92-98 parts of base oil; 1-5 parts of an emulsifier; 1-3 parts of extreme pressure agent.
Preferably, the base oil is at least one selected from group II hydrogenated base oils, group III hydrogenated base oils, or synthetic oil esters.
Preferably, the base oil is a mixture of a group II hydrogenated base oil and pentaerythritol oleate. The pentaerythritol oleate has excellent lubricating property and can ensure the biodegradation rate.
Preferably, the emulsifier is at least one selected from polyethylene glycol monooleate, polyethylene glycol dioleate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether. The polyethylene glycol monooleate and the polyethylene glycol dioleate not only have good emulsifying effect, but also can be used as a textile softener, have antistatic effect, are easy to clean and biodegrade, and effectively avoid environmental pollution.
Preferably, the emulsifier is at least one selected from polyethylene glycol monooleate or polyethylene glycol dioleate.
Preferably, the extreme pressure agent is at least one selected from phosphite amine salts, fatty alcohol ether phosphate esters, triphenyl thiophosphate, butoxyethyl phosphate or castor oil phosphate esters.
Preferably, the extreme pressure agent is at least one selected from fatty alcohol ether phosphate, castor oil phosphate and triphenyl thiophosphate. The castor oil phosphate has the advantages of good emulsibility, strong detergency, no toxicity, no irritation, antistatic property and the like, and is suitable for the textile industry contacting with human bodies.
Preferably, the appearance of the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition is a light colored transparent liquid.
To solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition comprises the following steps: adding base oil into a reaction kettle with the rotating speed of 80-120 rpm, heating to 55-65 ℃, starting stirring, sequentially adding an emulsifier and an extreme pressure agent into the reaction kettle, keeping constant temperature and stirring for 30-90 minutes until the mixture is clear and transparent, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the naturally degradable knitting machine oil composition.
In order to solve the third technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
