Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an antique surface artistic concrete and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As a building decoration material, the art concrete is widely applied to paving and sticking of outdoor and indoor wall surfaces and table surfaces and various art shapes. The artistic concrete is a high-level expression form in concrete materials, is a novel green, environment-friendly, nontoxic and pollution-free building material, has infinite plasticity and infinite originality, and realizes perfect combination of science and technology and art.
The traditional art concrete belongs to pouring or pressing forming, and is made into different colors and various shapes by utilizing the plasticity of the concrete. In China, the special-shaped artistic concrete models such as curved surfaces, relief sculpture and the like are mostly expressed in two forms: one is the clear water color which is expressed as gray or white as a whole and has no texture of aggregate particles; one is that the concrete surface is polished to form a smooth texture similar to terrazzo. And the research on the artistic concrete with the irregular surfaces such as curved surfaces, embossments and the like, which not only has the texture of aggregate particles, but also has the texture of an antique surface which is concave-convex and smooth is less.
