Description

Method and device for providing commodity object information and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the technical field of commodity object information processing, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for providing commodity object information, and an electronic device.
Background
In the network sales service system, commodity object searching is an important function, most of access is started from searching, and through feedback of search results, recommendation of related or similar commodity objects and the like, a user is finally helped to find commodity objects meeting the requirements of the user, and trade is achieved.
In practical application, the search result page generally displays information of a plurality of commodity objects meeting the search conditions in a list form, and each list item corresponds to one commodity object, wherein main information such as a main picture, a title, a price and the like of the commodity object can be displayed. The user selects the commodity objects which are possibly interested through browsing the abstract information in the list, the user can enter a detail page to browse after clicking, operation options such as 'joining shopping carts', 'purchasing immediately', and the like can be provided in the detail page, and the user can click 'purchasing immediately', directly enter an order confirmation page and execute operations such as selecting specific rules, quantity, filling in a goods receiving address, and the like for the commodity objects which are purchased immediately. For a commodity object which is temporarily uncertain whether to purchase or needs to wait for being ordered together with other commodity objects, the shopping cart can be selected to be added, and then the shopping cart page is subsequently added to initiate the ordering. Of course, the "shopping cart" page may further screen the commodity objects, and the commodity objects determined to be unnecessary to be purchased after repeated confirmation may be deleted from the shopping cart. For example, after a user inputs a keyword "double-sided overcoat" to search, the user is interested in multiple coats successively in the process of browsing a search result page, but can not determine which coat to select specifically at a time, the user can add the coats to a shopping cart to compare, and then select one coat to purchase in order, and the like.
Therefore, the shopping cart also plays a role of a comparator to a certain extent, but because the shopping cart possibly comprises other types of commodity object information besides a plurality of commodity objects which need to be compared at present, the current comparison is interfered; in addition, the main function of the shopping cart is further confirmation before purchase, and the confirmation action is completely completed manually by the user, so that the comparison requirement of the user cannot be perceived, the specific comparison process is completed by the user, and the shopping cart cannot provide any help in the secondary screening process of the user.
In summary, how to more effectively help users to screen commodity objects more in line with their needs becomes a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application are within the scope of the protection of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to more effectively help a user to screen commodity objects, a corresponding solution is provided, in the solution, for a commodity object information set page (including a search result set, or a page for navigating according to categories and the like), an operation option for adding a specified commodity object to a comparison may be provided. In the process of selecting commodity objects by a user, a plurality of commodity objects of interest can be added into comparison, and then secondary screening is carried out on the commodity objects added into comparison. In the secondary screening process, corresponding recommendation information can be provided according to commodity objects which are added into the comparison by the user. That is, for the user to join the compared commodity objects, usually the commodity objects of interest to the user, but there may be multiple commodity objects corresponding to the points of interest, the user needs to perform secondary screening on these commodity objects, and select the specific object to be purchased. However, there may be some dissatisfaction of the user with respect to such a product object to be added with the comparison (otherwise, the user may directly select "purchase immediately"), so in this embodiment of the present application, more information of the product object may be further recommended to the user based on the product object to be added with the comparison, so in the process of the user performing the second screening on the product object to be added with the comparison, a product object of interest may be obtained according to the further recommended information, so as to help the user select to a product object of interest.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application may provide the above functions through an application client and a server provided by a commodity sales service system. The client is mainly used for displaying the front-end page and interacting with a user, and comprises a response for adding a contrast operation and the like; the server is mainly used for providing data support of the background, including providing page data, and recommending related or similar commodity objects in a specific secondary screening process. The client may specifically have various existing forms, for example, for a mobile terminal device, a specific client may be an independent application App, for some devices such as a PC, a specific client may exist in the form of a web page, and so on.
The following describes the specific technical scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application in detail.
Example 1
First, this embodiment provides a method for providing merchandise object information from the perspective of a client, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: the method comprises the steps that a client side provides a commodity object set information page, and provides operation options for adding appointed commodity objects into comparison in the set page; the aggregate page comprises information of a plurality of commodity objects with common attributes in at least one information dimension;
The commodity object set information page may include a commodity object search result page, where the page includes information of a plurality of commodity objects that meet a target search condition. That is, after the user inputs a certain keyword to search, a specific search result page may be returned to the user, and the user may select a commodity object specifically meeting the requirement from the search results. In this case, in the embodiment of the present application, an operation option for adding a commodity object to be compared may be added to the search result page, and when a user has a certain interest in a certain commodity object and wants to decide which commodity object to purchase after comparing with other commodity objects, the commodity object may be added to be compared through the operation option.
Alternatively, in addition to the above-mentioned functions provided for the search result page, the above-mentioned functions may be added to other pages, for example, a specific commodity object set information page may further include a commodity object information page provided by category, where the page includes information of a plurality of commodity objects under the target category. Specifically, for pages such as a client home page provided in a commodity sales service system, wherein pages which are navigated according to categories are usually provided, a user can navigate according to specific categories to view pages, and there are some commodity object set information pages displayed according to the categories.
There may be various ways to specifically provide the operation options, for example, in one way, as shown in fig. 3, a comparison container icon may be provided in the aggregate information page in a floating layer form, as shown in fig. 301; each commodity object in the specific aggregate information page can be set to be in a draggable state, if a user needs to add a certain commodity object into comparison, a list item corresponding to the commodity object can be dragged to a position where a specific comparison container icon is located, and then the client can respond to an operation instruction for dragging a specified commodity object to the comparison container to determine the specified commodity object as the commodity object added into comparison. After the commodity objects to be compared are selected, clicking and other operations can be performed on the specific comparison container icons, and correspondingly, after receiving an operation instruction aiming at the comparison container icons, the client side can display the comparison page.
Or, in another mode, a first operation option for adding contrast can be provided for each commodity object in the collection page; that is, the list item corresponding to each specific commodity object may correspond to an option such as "join in contrast", and the user may join in contrast the commodity object of interest by clicking the selection. Correspondingly, after receiving the instruction of adding the corresponding commodity object into the comparison through the operation options, the client can pop up the floating layer, and provide a second operation option (for example, "start comparison" and the like) for triggering the comparison in the floating layer, so that a specific comparison page is displayed after receiving the operation instruction through the second operation option.
S202: determining at least two commodity objects to be added into comparison through the operation options, and providing a comparison page;
and after determining a plurality of commodity objects to be compared through specific operation options and receiving a specific command for starting comparison, generating a comparison page. Specifically, information of a plurality of commodity objects added to the comparison may be displayed in the comparison page. When the commodity object information is displayed in the comparison page, the specific displayed information can also comprise key information such as a main diagram, a title, a price and the like of the commodity object. Or under the condition that some parameter information with a plurality of fields is provided, and the parameter has important reference value for purchasing decision of a user, the parameter value information of the commodity objects added with comparison in a plurality of dimensions can be respectively extracted, and the information of different commodity objects in the same latitude is transversely compared in a form and other modes, so that the user can conveniently and intuitively compare the information among a plurality of different commodity objects.
S203: and acquiring recommended commodity object information according to the at least two commodity objects which are added into the comparison, and displaying the recommended commodity object information in the comparison page.
In particular, when further recommendation is performed according to the multiple commodity objects to which the comparison is added, various specific implementations are possible. For example, in one manner, since multiple merchandise objects of interest may have some common characteristic at the same time during a single pick, such common characteristic typically corresponds to a point of interest of the user. For example, a user may prefer a profile layout for a merchandise object such as a woolen overcoat, and then during a specific selection process, may pay more attention to the profile overcoat, and may be a pending overcoat, while a profile may not pay attention to or may not be a comparison for a slimming overcoat. The above phenomenon reverse reasoning is also generally true, for example, a user will compare multiple blobs, which generally conform to a certain point of interest of the user, and will only draw attention of the user, for example, are all versions of a profile, or are all geodetic systems, etc., which can also generally prove that the user is interested in the profile, geodetic systems. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, particularly when providing the recommendation information, some common features, for example, various features such as color, style, material, etc., may be extracted from the multiple compared commodity objects, and then the interest point of the user is focused more accurately according to the common features, so as to recommend more commodity object information for the interest point. Of course, the above process of extracting the common characteristics of the specific commodity objects and determining the recommended information may be generally completed by the server, and for the client, the at least two commodity objects that are compared may be submitted to the server, so that the server extracts the common characteristics of the at least two commodity objects, and provides the recommended commodity object information according to the common characteristics.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of interested commodity objects can be compared in a search or purchase process, so that interest points of a user can be mined from the commodity object information. This is because, in a common interaction process, each operation of a user is usually isolated, for example, a user clicks on a commodity object and joins a "shopping cart", and only the user is able to prove that the commodity object is interested in the commodity object, but a commodity object usually contains a very large number of features, and it is often difficult to determine which feature of the commodity object is interesting to the user. For example, the user selects a piece of double-sided woolen overcoat, the overcoat has a contour and a color of the overcoat is a geodesic, at this time, whether the user is interested in the contour or the geodesic at all can not be determined only according to the overcoat, if the user is recommended on the basis of the contour or the geodesic, the problem that the user interest point cannot be focused can occur, and the probability that the recommended result truly meets the user requirement can be low. In the embodiment of the present application, since the user selects a plurality of similar commodity objects for comparison, the commodity objects are all objects of interest to the user, and thus, by extracting common features between the commodity objects, it is possible to easily focus on points of interest of the user. For example, a user selects two pieces of woolen overcoat for comparison, one piece of the layout is a profile, the color is a geodesic color system, the other piece of the layout is a profile, the color is white, and the two pieces of the layout are characterized in common, so that the interest point of the user can be determined to be the profile instead of the geodesic color system, and the key point of the profile is mainly focused when the recommendation is performed. Of course, if the user selects two pieces of woolen overcoat to be added for comparison to be the profile and the ground color system, the interest points of the user are proved to be the profile plus the ground color system, and then the two key points can be combined for recommendation when the recommendation is specifically performed, and other patterns and other color systems are excluded, so that the recommended result meets the requirements of the user.
In particular, in order to facilitate information display, as shown in fig. 4, a specific comparison page may include a first area 401 and a second area 402, where the first area 401 is used for displaying information of at least two commodity objects that are to be compared, and the second area 402 is used for displaying information of the recommended commodity objects.
That is, in the comparison page, the specific page may be divided into two areas, wherein one area is used for displaying the information of the commodity object selected from the integrated information page and added to the comparison, and the other area is used for displaying the information of the commodity object which is further recommended and possibly meets the requirement of the user according to the collected commodity object added to the comparison. In this way, in the process of comparing commodity objects through the first area and performing secondary screening, the user can obtain more recommended information, so that the range of secondary screening is not limited to a plurality of commodity objects selected from the last page, and the recommended information may include commodity object information more meeting the requirements of the user.
In the process of displaying the comparison page, if the user is interested in the recommended commodity object, the user can directly click to view details or execute operations such as adding a shopping cart, immediately purchasing and the like. Alternatively, the merchandise object of interest may be dragged from the second region to the first region, also joining the contrasting line. At this time, the client may add the recommended target commodity object to the comparison object in response to an operation of dragging the recommended target commodity object from the second area to the first area. In this way, the number of commodity objects specifically added to the comparison increases, and therefore, a recommendation can be restarted. Specifically, the commodity object information dragged to the first area can be submitted to the server, so that the server can re-extract common features and re-recommend the commodity objects according to the updated commodity objects added for comparison.
In addition, the sequence of each commodity object in the specific first area can be in an adjustable state, and the user can sort the commodity objects which are added into the comparison according to the interested degree, so that the server can assign different weights to different commodity objects and recommend according to the weight information. That is, for the client, the order of the commodity objects that are added to the comparison may be re-determined in response to an operation instruction to re-order the commodity objects in the first area, and such order information may be submitted to the server so as to determine the weight of the commodity object from the order information of the commodity objects and re-recommend according to the weight information.
For example, for a plurality of commodity objects currently added to the comparison, the common feature is that the commodity objects are all profiles, and information on other dimensions can be determined according to the height of the weight. For example, the plurality of woolen jackets added with the comparison are all profiles, wherein the color of the woolen jacket arranged at the first position is a geodesic system, the color of the woolen jacket arranged at the second position is white, and the color selection can be the preferential recommendation of the geodesic system based on the important recommended profile, and the like.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, an operation option for adding a specific commodity object to be compared may be provided in the commodity object set information page, after a plurality of commodity objects are added to be compared, more recommendations may be provided according to the commodity object information added to be compared, so that in the process of performing secondary screening, a user may select not only a few commodity objects added to be compared from the user, but also information of more commodity objects recommended by the system. In addition, the recommended commodity object information is determined according to the commodity object selected by the user and added for comparison, and the current interest point information of the user is mined, so that the probability that the recommended result meets the user requirement is higher, the recommending effectiveness is improved, the resource waste in the process is avoided, meanwhile, the shopping decision of the user is also helped, and the user experience is improved.

s503: and determining recommended commodity object information according to the at least two commodity objects which are added into the comparison, returning the information to the client, and displaying the recommended commodity object information in a comparison page by the client.
Specifically, when determining the recommended commodity object information, the common features of the at least two commodity objects can be extracted, and the recommended commodity object information is determined according to the common features.
In addition, in concrete implementation, a notification message for adding the recommended commodity object into comparison can also be received; and then, extracting common characteristics again according to the updated information of the commodity object added with the comparison, and redefining the recommended commodity object information.
Furthermore, the order information between the commodity objects added with the contrast can be determined; determining weights of non-common features among commodity objects according to the sequence information; in this way, the recommended commodity object information can be determined specifically based on the common feature and the weight information of the non-common feature.
Furthermore, a notification message for reordering the compared commodity objects can be received; determining the weight of the commodity object according to the order information of the commodity object, and re-recommending according to the weight information
