Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the present invention further provides an automatic material injection system of a setting machine using the material injection unit of the setting machine. The automatic material injection system of the setting machine comprises an embryo material injection device 10, a setting material injection device 20 and a control system 30 for controlling the embryo material injection device 10 and the setting material injection device 20. The use of the setting machine auxiliary agent is divided into an embryo setting process and a setting process, and when the setting machine is used for the embryo setting process, the embryo setting auxiliary agent is used. The blank injection device 10 comprises a set of the setting machine injection unit, and the stirring tank 1 of the setting machine injection unit is used for preparing blank auxiliary agent solution. Each injection branch pipe 3 of the injection unit of the setting machine extends to a corresponding blank fixing groove 7 of the setting machine, and one injection branch pipe 3 independently supplies blank fixing auxiliary agent solution for one blank fixing groove 7 of the setting machine. The lower section of each injection branch pipe 3 adopts a hose so as to be bent when the blank material-fixing groove 7 of the matched forming machine is toppled.
When the setting machine is used for a setting process, the auxiliary agents are used according to different proportions according to different handfeels, and in order to make the handfeel of a product more stable, the proportions of the auxiliary agents commonly used by the setting machine are specified to be four handfeels, namely soft oil, soft, medium soft and heavy soft. The forming and setting material injecting device 20 comprises four sets of the forming machine material injecting units, wherein one set of the forming machine material injecting units correspondingly supplies auxiliaries with one kind of hand feeling, and the four sets of the forming machine material injecting units respectively supply auxiliaries with four kinds of hand feeling. The stirring tanks 1 of the material injection units of the four sets of setting machines are respectively used for preparing additive solutions with four types of hand feeling. Each injection branch pipe 3 of each set of setting machine injection unit extends to a corresponding setting machine shaping and setting trough 8 so as to supply one injection branch pipe 3 to independently supply auxiliary agent solution with one type of hand feeling for one setting machine shaping and setting trough 8, and each setting machine shaping and setting trough 8 is provided with four injection branch pipes 3, so that any one of four types of hand feeling auxiliary agents can be flexibly selected according to product requirements. The lower section of each injection branch pipe 3 adopts a hose so as to be bent when the material fixing groove 8 of the matching shaping machine topples.
In order to facilitate the cleaning of the setting machine embryo material fixing groove 7 and the setting machine finished material fixing groove 8, the automatic material injecting system of the setting machine further comprises a cleaning device 9, the cleaning device 9 comprises a water supply main pipe 91, a water supply branch pipe 92, a cleaning valve 93 and a flexible pipe 94, and the water supply pipe 91 supplies cleaning water for the setting machine embryo material fixing groove 7 and the setting machine finished material fixing groove 8 through the water supply branch pipe 92. The cleaning valve 93 is arranged on the water supply branch pipe 92, and the water supply branch pipe 92 is connected with the setting machine embryo material fixing groove 7 and the setting machine embryo material fixing groove 8 through the flexible pipe 94 so as to be bent when the material fixing groove 7 of the matching setting machine embryo and the setting machine embryo material fixing groove 8 topple over.
The control method of the automatic material injection system of the setting machine comprises the following steps:
when the shaping machine is used for the blank shaping process, the blank shaping auxiliary agent is put into the stirring tank 1 of the blank shaping and injecting device 10, and when the water adding amount reaches the water adding amount required by the blank shaping auxiliary agent detected by the flowmeter 15, the water inlet valve 16 is controlled to be closed, and the water adding is stopped. And controlling a stirring motor 12 to drive a stirring wheel 13 to rotate, and uniformly stirring the water-added embryo-fixing auxiliary agent. When the embryo sizing agent is uniformly stirred, the feeding valve 17 is controlled to be opened and the material pumping pump 5 is controlled to work, and the uniformly stirred embryo sizing agent flows to each material injection branch pipe 3 and each material return pipe 4 through the material injection main pipe 2 under the suction action of the material pumping pump 5. The embryo sizing agent solution is quantitatively supplied to the embryo sizing groove 7 of the setting machine at a designated position by controlling the opening degree of the material injection valve 6. A part of the embryo setting auxiliary solution pumped out through the main injection pipe 2 flows to each branch injection pipe 3, and the rest flows into the stirring tank 1 through the return pipe 4. When the liquid level meter 18 detects that the liquid level in the stirring tank 1 reaches the lowest liquid level, the supply valve 17 of the stirring tank 1 is controlled to be closed, and the supply valve 17 of the other stirring tank 1 is controlled to be opened, so that the blank fixing auxiliary agent solution is supplied uninterruptedly.
When the shaping machine is used for a shaping process, soft oil, soft, medium soft and heavy soft hand feeling aids are respectively added into the four stirring tanks 1 of the shaping and injecting device 20, and when the flow meter 15 detects that the water adding amount reaches the water adding amount required by the hand feeling aids, the water inlet valve 16 is controlled to be closed, and the water adding is stopped. And controlling a stirring motor 12 to drive a stirring wheel 13 to rotate, and uniformly stirring the hand feeling auxiliary agent added with water. After the hand feeling auxiliary agent is uniformly stirred, the feeding valve 17 corresponding to the type of the required hand feeling auxiliary agent is controlled to be opened and the material pumping pump 5 works, and the uniformly stirred hand feeling auxiliary agent flows to each material injection branch pipe 3 and each material injection return pipe 4 through the material injection main pipe 2 under the suction effect of the material pumping pump 5. And controlling the opening degree of the material injection valve 6 on the material injection branch pipe 3 corresponding to the type of the hand feeling aid to quantitatively supply the solution of the type of the hand feeling aid to the material forming and fixing groove 8 of the setting machine at the designated position. A part of the hand feeling auxiliary agent solution pumped out through the main injection pipe 2 flows to each branch injection pipe 3, and the rest flows into the stirring tank 1 through the return pipe 4. When the liquid level meter 18 detects that the liquid level in the stirring tank 1 reaches the lowest liquid level, the supply valve 17 of the stirring tank 1 is controlled to be closed, and the supply valve 17 of the other stirring tank 1 is controlled to be opened, so that the hand feeling auxiliary agent solution is supplied uninterruptedly.
In summary, the automatic material injection system of the setting machine of the invention is an automatic auxiliary agent supply system which is formed by applying the material injection unit of the setting machine and is respectively used for the embryo setting and forming process, and has the following beneficial effects: the backflow pipe 4 can prevent blockage caused by liquid non-circulation in the pipeline for a long time. Meanwhile, a flow from top to bottom can be formed in the stirring tank 1, the mixing uniformity of the aid solution in the stirring tank 1 can be further improved, and the processing quality of the product is further improved. In addition, the automatic material injection system of the setting machine has reasonable structural layout and simple and convenient control operation, can accurately and quickly realize the quantitative conveying of the auxiliary agent solution for a plurality of setting machines, is convenient for the centralized supply of the auxiliary agent solution, is uniformly controlled and controlled, and is beneficial to the standardization of product processing and the guarantee of the stability of the product processing quality.
