本发明公开了一种含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉,其特征在于,原料包括粉料部分、水相部分、羟丙基纤维素水溶液、香精微胶囊及水杨酸微胶囊,所述粉料部分包括玉米淀粉、β‑环状糊精及苯甲酸钠,所述水相部分包括甘油、乳化硅油、乙醇水溶液。制备方法为分别配制粉料、水相;将羟丙基纤维素水溶液分散到水相中,然后加入粉料,搅拌至糊状;烘干后粉碎、过筛;加入香精微胶囊、水杨酸微胶囊。本发明的粉质原料玉米淀粉天然、安全、吸油效果好,并加入增添水杨酸微胶囊,增加有效去屑止痒效果,长效留香,扩大了干洗类发用清洁产品应用范围。

背景技术
据研究表明,每天清洗头发会让头皮上的油脂过度流失,使头皮和头发失去天然的保护屏障,有害于我们的头皮和发质健康;并且上班族和学生党常常由于时间工作问题没有精力去洗发、护发。但头发的油脂过重,或是电性为中性状态,就可能出现扁塌现象。目前,化妆品市场上出现发用吸油粉类产品,其功效主要为控油、充盈发丝等,得到很大关注,但依然存在一些问题。本发明欲提升此类产品,增加缓释留香、有效去油、抑菌去屑等功能。
微胶囊技术在化妆品科学研究中的成功应用,为美容化妆品行业带来革命性的变化。将化妆品中的添加剂采用微胶囊进行包覆,改善被包囊物质的反应活性、耐久性(延长挥发性物质的贮存时间)、亚敏性、热敏性和光敏性,气味控制释放等,从而使产品的性能更加优越,而本发明就是要采用微囊化技术包覆香精,达到长效缓释留香的作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有技术中的化妆品中留香时间短、油脂过多、头屑滋生、头皮痒,影响化妆品的效果的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉,其特征在于,原料包括粉料部分、水相部分、质量浓度0.5%-5%的羟丙基纤维素水溶液、香精微胶囊及水杨酸微胶囊,所述粉料部分包括玉米淀粉、β-环状糊精及苯甲酸钠,所述水相部分包括甘油、乳化硅油、乙醇水溶液。
优选地,所述粉料部分包括以重量份数计的玉米淀粉35重量份、β-环状糊精64.99重量份、苯甲酸钠0.01重量份;所述水相部分包括以重量份数计的甘油5重量份、乳化硅油3重量份及乙醇水溶液102重量份;所述羟丙基纤维素水溶液的加入量为所有原料总质量的0.5%-3%;所述香精微胶囊的加入量为所有原料总质量的5%-10%;所述水杨酸微胶囊的加入量为所有原料总质量的3%-6%。
优选地,所述乙醇水溶液的质量浓度为50-60%。
本发明还提供了上述含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1):将玉米淀粉、β-环状糊精、苯甲酸钠配制成粉料;将甘油、乳化硅油、乙醇、纯水配制成水相;
步骤2):将羟丙基纤维素水溶液分散到水相中,搅拌均匀,然后加入到粉料中,充分搅拌均匀至糊状;
步骤3):将步骤2)得到的混合物烘干后粉碎、过筛;
步骤4):在步骤3)所得粉体中加入香精微胶囊、水杨酸微胶囊,混合均匀。
优选地,所述步骤2)中搅拌均匀至糊状的搅拌速度为100-500r/min,搅拌时间5-10min。
优选地,所述步骤3)中的烘干温度为30-35℃。

添加抑菌物质原料、去屑止痒原料——水杨酸微胶囊,水杨酸有双向角质调节作用,一方面有角质松解作用,能促进过度角化的角质层的代谢,并且能促进药物的吸收;另一方面,还可以促进丝聚合蛋白的表达,促进屏障功能修复,从而有效抑制头皮屑产生,解决市面同类产品头皮屑增多、头皮痒问题,抑制马拉色菌的生长繁殖,吸附油脂,从头屑产生过程解决问题;本发明和已有技术相比,其技术进步是显著的。本发明的粉质原料天然、安全,加之微胶囊包覆技术,使得此款蓬蓬粉性能优越,使用方便,防腐剂用量大大降低,扩大了新型免洗去头油的产品类型,同时为微胶囊化技术在化妆品中的应用提供参考。

为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
本发明的各实施例中所用的原料的规格及生产厂家的信息如表1所示。

本发明的各实施例制备过程中所用的仪器设备的型号及生产厂家的信息如下:
电子天平,PL403,梅特勒-托利多仪器有限公司;
恒温磁力搅拌器,524G,上海梅颖浦仪器仪表制造有限公司;
数显恒温水浴锅,HH-2,常州国华电器有限公司;
鼓风恒温干燥箱,GZX-9023MBE电热鼓风干燥箱。
实施例1
用去离子水配置20g质量浓度为5%的羟丙基纤维素水溶液,在室温条件下搅拌至完全溶解;制备所需粉体原料:玉米淀粉15.12g,β-环糊精22.7g;准备30g乙醇溶液。
向配制的粉体原料中加入甘油2.5g,乳化硅油1.5g,并加入羟丙基纤维素溶液;边搅拌边迅速加入乙醇溶液,充分且迅速搅拌至均匀糊状,将其至于恒温烘箱中35℃恒温烘干48小时至水分全部蒸发成粉饼。
将粉饼至于研磨皿中充分研磨至分散粉状,以120目筛过滤得到粉末状样品,向其加入原料总质量5%的微胶囊香精、原料总质量6%的水杨酸微胶囊,混合均匀得到粉状样的蓬蓬粉。
实施例2
先称取20.0g纯水,配制质量浓度为1%羟丙基纤维素溶液,搅拌至全部溶解,然后将0.5g甘油、0.3g乳化硅油加入溶液中,以及加入30g乙醇,搅拌均匀。
向溶液中迅速加入35.0g玉米淀粉,65.0gβ-环糊精以及适量苯甲酸钠,搅拌成糊状,在常温下搅拌10min,对生成的糊状悬浊液进行35℃恒温干燥48小时,使水分和酒精完全挥发成饼状。
取出饼状进行球磨机研磨过滤,使其粒度控制在180目左右,最后加入原料总质量6%的水杨酸微胶囊,原料总质量5%的香精微胶囊,混合均匀得到白色粉状蓬蓬粉。
实施例3
配制溶胀20.0g质量浓度为0.5%羟丙基纤维素水溶液,搅拌至全部溶解,静置待用;配制30.0g玉米淀粉、50.0gβ-环糊精混合粉体,将粉体全部倒入羟丙基纤维素溶液中,并向其加入4.0g甘油,3.0g乳化硅油,再加入乙醇溶液调整至合适稠度,呈糊状悬浊液,低速搅拌20min至搅拌均匀。
将其悬浊液放入鼓风恒温干燥箱以35℃恒温烘干,使全部水分及酒精挥发,呈块状固体。将固体再以研磨方式破碎打散,过100目筛,最后根据粉体质量加入4.0g香精微胶囊,4.8g水杨酸微胶囊。
测试结果:
1.吸油、控油效果测试:
通过检测4位测试者日常情况下72小时不洗头,使用与不使用该款蓬蓬粉的头发含油量的变化,得到测试结果如图1所示。所用测试方法为在日常情况下对测试者要求72小时中不得以常规方法清洗头发,保持自然状态,对其使用蓬蓬粉与否进行含油量测试,测试样纸为:可伶可俐吸油纸(Clean Clear oilcontrol film),利用其薄膜胶质材料的极易与油结合、吸油后颜色变深的原理进行测试,与头发按相同接触方式、力度、部位条件下充分吸油后拍摄其效果进行测试。
由测试结果易看出,使用蓬蓬粉后阴影处面积与使用蓬蓬粉前阴影处面积显著减小,从大面积、多分布到小面积、分散、个别分布,整体使用后吸油纸整体颜色显著较浅。可得出此款蓬蓬粉对油脂清洁、去除、调理作用较好。
2.留香效果及香气稳定性测试:
通过在正常使用蓬蓬粉情况下,对10位志愿测试者进行较淡培训后进行感官测评,志愿者分别在在一次正常使用量后分别在6小时、12小时、24小时后进行嗅觉感官测评,描述其香气浓度变化,共分为浓重、较浓、一般、较淡、很淡五个等级。

根据实验数据测评容易得出,其中香精微胶囊持久性良好,在日常生活中基本能够维持24小时以上,能起到显著的缓释香氛的作用。
3.抑菌及去屑止痒效果测试:
头屑的产生是因为头皮不停地在进行新陈代谢,一旦新陈代谢失常,就会有过量的头皮细胞剥落,变成无核、无生命的角质层,从而引起头屑问题。在最近的巴黎世界皮肤病学大会上,美国宝洁公司科学家宣布这种头皮屑是由2种真菌的脂性代谢废物引起的,即限制性马拉色菌和球形马拉色菌。限制性马拉色菌和球形马拉色菌的特征具有嗜脂性,它们以人头皮毛囊中分泌的脂肪物质为食物,将一些已消化的脂肪留在头皮上,成为引起头屑的刺激原。
通过对样品取样进行抑菌实验,检测其抑菌效果,进而通过抑菌作用减少头皮屑产生及头皮发痒等问题。将样品制成原液,按消毒技术规范要求,进行药效杀菌效果及毒性试验,得出含水杨酸微胶囊能够杀灭大于等于99.0%的细菌。

综上所述,本发明所得的微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉适合用作清洁头发表面油脂,调理油脂平衡,保持蓬松清爽,控制头屑抑菌,缓释香氛;本发明的主体原料来自于天然、食用级、无副作用,微胶囊技术的使得防腐剂和水杨酸抑菌止痒剂的用量降低,刺激性大大减少,不伤头皮,稳定性高,各种人群均适用,加之干洗的形式,使用方便,更加迎合消费者的使用需求,增强便利性。
Claims (7)
1.一种含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉,其特征在于,原料包括粉料部分、水相部分、质量浓度0.5%-5%的羟丙基纤维素水溶液、香精微胶囊及水杨酸微胶囊,所述粉料部分包括玉米淀粉、β-环状糊精及苯甲酸钠,所述水相部分包括甘油、乳化硅油、乙醇水溶液。
2.如权利要求1所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉,其特征在于,所述粉料部分包括以重量份数计的玉米淀粉35重量份、β-环状糊精64.99重量份、苯甲酸钠0.01重量份;所述水相部分包括以重量份数计的甘油5重量份、乳化硅油3重量份及乙醇水溶液102重量份;所述羟丙基纤维素水溶液的加入量为所有原料总质量的0.5%-3%;所述香精微胶囊的加入量为所有原料总质量的5%-10%;所述水杨酸微胶囊的加入量为所有原料总质量的3%-6%。
3.如权利要求1所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉,其特征在于,所述乙醇水溶液的质量浓度为50-60%。
4.权利要求1-3任意一项所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1):将玉米淀粉、β-环状糊精、苯甲酸钠配制成粉料;将甘油、乳化硅油、乙醇、纯水配制成水相;
步骤2):将羟丙基纤维素水溶液分散到水相中,搅拌均匀,然后加入到粉料中,充分搅拌均匀至糊状;
步骤3):将步骤2)得到的混合物烘干后粉碎、过筛;
步骤4):在步骤3)所得粉体中加入香精微胶囊、水杨酸微胶囊,混合均匀。
5.如权利要求4所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中搅拌均匀至糊状的搅拌速度为100-500r/min,搅拌时间5-10min。
6.如权利要求4所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中的烘干温度为30-35℃。
7.如权利要求4所述的含水杨酸微胶囊缓释香氛的发用控油去屑蓬蓬粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中过200-300目筛。
