Abstract
The invention provides a dish washer. An upper basket (6) arranged at the upper part in the cleaning tank is provided with: a slide body (61) capable of moving in a direction approaching to or separating from the central nozzle, and a pair of basket parts (62, 63) capable of being connected to the outer side and the inner side of the slide body in a fluctuant manner, and the situation that the basket parts are lifted up from the respective basket parts and the unused posture is carelessly fallen down can be prevented. The pair of baskets can be locked in the non-use posture. The locking mechanism (64) of the outer basket part is composed of an engaging part (641) arranged on the outer basket part and an engaged part (642) which can be engaged with the engaging part when the basket part is in a non-use posture and is arranged on the sliding body, and the locking mechanism (65) of the inner basket part is composed of an engaging part (651) arranged on the inner basket part and an engaged part (652) which can be engaged with the engaging part when the basket parts are in a non-use posture and is arranged on the outer basket part.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dish washer, which comprises: a cleaning tank which is capable of being freely pulled out and contained in a housing with an open front surface; a tableware basket which is arranged in the washing tank and supports tableware; and a cleaning nozzle disposed in the cleaning tank.
Background
Conventionally, in such a dishwasher, a cleaning nozzle has: a central nozzle extending upward at the central part of the cleaning tank. In addition, the cutlery basket has: a lower basket arranged at the lower part in the cleaning tank and an upper basket arranged at the upper part in the cleaning tank. Conventionally, as a basket, a basket including a slider and a basket portion connected to the slider, the slider being movable in a direction to approach and separate from a center nozzle when the cleaning tank is viewed from above, has been known (for example, see patent document 1). Wherein, in a state that the basket part of the upper basket starts to move from the upper position of the prescribed part of the lower basket, tableware can be placed on the prescribed part of the lower basket from the upper side. Further, the basket portion of the upper basket can be freely moved between the use posture for supporting the dishes and the non-use posture after the standing, and the large-sized dishes can be placed in the lower basket portion below the basket portion by placing the basket portion in the non-use posture.
However, in the above conventional example, the basket portion of the upper basket cannot be locked in the non-use posture, and the following problems may occur. That is, the basket portion of the upper basket in the unused posture may inadvertently fall down and touch large-sized dishes placed in the lower basket during the pulling-out operation or the pushing-in operation of the washing tub, resulting in abnormal noise or breakage of the dishes.

In view of the above problems, the present invention has an object of: provided is a dish washer capable of preventing a basket part of a basket from being carelessly fallen down from an unused posture.
In order to solve the above problems, a dishwasher according to the present invention includes: a cleaning tank which is capable of being freely pulled out and contained in a housing with an open front surface; a tableware basket which is arranged in the washing tank and supports tableware; and a washing nozzle provided in the washing tub, the dishwasher being characterized in that the washing nozzle has: a central nozzle extending upward at a central portion in the washing tub, the cutlery basket having: a lower basket arranged at the lower part in the cleaning tank; and an upper basket disposed at an upper portion in the cleaning tank, wherein the upper basket includes: a slider movable with respect to the cleaning tank in a direction approaching or separating from the center nozzle in a plan view; a pair of basket sections which are connected to the slider and are located on the outer side farther from the center nozzle and on the inner side closer to the center nozzle in a plan view, wherein each of the outer and inner basket sections is capable of freely fluctuating between a use position in which tableware can be supported and a non-use position in which the basket sections stand up on the other basket section side, and further comprises: and a pair of locking mechanisms capable of locking the outer and inner baskets in the non-use position, respectively.
According to the present invention, both the outer and inner basket parts of the upper basket can be locked in the non-use posture. Therefore, no occurrence occurs: the basket parts of the upper basket are inadvertently fallen from the unused posture when the pulling-out operation or the pushing-in operation of the washing tub is performed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent: the basket parts collide with tableware placed in the lower basket to generate abnormal sound or damage to the tableware.
However, when the outer basket is placed in the use posture and the inner basket is placed in the non-use posture, and large tableware is placed in the lower basket portion corresponding to the inner basket, the tableware is blocked by the outer basket, and the washing water sprayed from the center nozzle does not reach the tableware placed in the outer basket, resulting in poor washing of the tableware placed in the outer basket. Therefore, when the inner basket part is in the unused position, the outer basket part should be also in the unused position, so as to prevent the situation that the tableware is placed on the outer basket part without care.
In the present invention, among the pair of locking mechanisms, a mechanism capable of locking the outer basket in the non-use posture is referred to as a1 st locking mechanism, and a mechanism capable of locking the inner basket in the non-use posture is referred to as a2 nd locking mechanism, and the 1 st locking mechanism is preferably constituted by a1 st engaging portion provided on the outer basket and a1 st engaged portion provided on the slide body and capable of engaging with the 1 st engaging portion in the non-use posture, and the 2 nd locking mechanism is preferably constituted by a2 nd engaging portion provided on the inner basket and a2 nd engaged portion provided on the outer basket and capable of engaging with the 2 nd engaging portion in the non-use posture. Thus, when the inner basket is locked in the non-use position by the 2 nd locking mechanism, the outer basket is also locked in the non-use position, and it is possible to prevent the tableware from being placed on the outer basket without any concern.

Detailed Description
The dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1 is a built-in dishwasher assembled in a kitchen system, and includes a washing tub 2, and the washing tub 2 is housed in a housing 1 having an open front so as to be able to be pulled out forward. In the cleaning tank 2, there are housed: a cutlery basket described later for supporting cutlery is provided with: a washing nozzle 3 for spraying washing water toward the cutlery basket. Further, a front surface of the cleaning tank 2 is provided with: a front cover 21 closing off the front surface of the housing 1. Further, an upper portion in the housing 1 is provided with: a sealing cover 11 for sealing the open upper surface of the cleaning tank 2.
The bottom of the cleaning tank 2 is provided with: a storage part 23 for the cleaning water communicated with the cleaning tank 2 through the vegetable residue filter 22. The bottom underside of the cleaning tank 2 is provided with: a purge pump 4 communicating with the reservoir 23. When the cleaning pump 4 is rotated in the normal direction, the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 2 is supplied to the cleaning nozzle 3 through the reservoir 23 and the cleaning pump 4, and when the cleaning pump 4 is rotated in the reverse direction, the cleaning water is discharged from the cleaning tank 2.
The cleaning nozzle 3 has: a lower nozzle 31 extending in the horizontal direction at the lower portion of the cleaning tank 2, and supported rotatably about a vertical axis at the longitudinal center portion; and a center nozzle 32 standing on a longitudinal center portion of the lower nozzle 31 and extending upward at a center portion of the cleaning tank 2. The washing water is sprayed from the nozzle holes 311 formed in the lower nozzle 31, and the lower nozzle 31 is rotated by the spray reaction force. The center nozzle 32 is constituted by a lower half 32a integrally formed with the lower nozzle 31 and an upper half 32b inserted in the lower half 32a so as to be vertically movable, and the center nozzle 32 is vertically movable. When the washing water is supplied from the washing pump 4, as shown by a virtual line in fig. 1, the upper half 32b is pushed up by the water pressure of the washing water and moves upward, and the center nozzle 32 is extended upward. The cleaning water is sprayed from the nozzle hole 321 formed in the upper end portion of the lower half 32a and the nozzle hole 322 formed in the upper half 32 b. The center nozzle 32 may be constituted by only the lower half 32 a.
Further, as the cutlery basket, there is provided: a lower basket 5 disposed at a lower portion of the cleaning tank 2 and above the lower nozzle 31; an upper basket 6 disposed at an upper portion of the cleaning tank 2 and positioned at a portion adjacent to the front of the center nozzle 32; and a2 nd upper basket 7 disposed at a portion adjacent to the rear of the center nozzle 32. In addition, the lower basket 5 is provided with: the nozzle guard 51 surrounding the center nozzle 32 is provided to prevent tableware placed on the lower basket 5 from interfering with the center nozzle 32.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper basket 6 includes: a slider 61 movable in a front-rear direction, which is a direction approaching or separating from the center nozzle 32 in a plan view, with respect to the cleaning tank 2; and a pair of basket sections 62, 63 that are coupled to the slider 61 and are located on the outer side farther from the center nozzle 32 and on the inner side closer to the center nozzle 32 in a plan view. These baskets 62 and 63 can be raised and lowered freely in a use posture (posture shown in fig. 2 (a)) in which tableware can be supported, and in a non-use posture (posture shown in fig. 2 (b) (c)) in which they stand on the other baskets 63 and 62.
Specifically, provided are: the slide rail holder 24 detachably mounted in the cleaning tank 2 supports the slide body 61 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction on the slide rail holder 24. The slide rail frame 24 has: the pair of left and right slide rail portions 241, 241 are longer in the front-rear direction. The slider 61 has: a pair of left and right sliding parts 611, 611 movable in the front-rear direction along the left and right slide rail parts 241, 241; and a support shaft 612 formed by a bar that is laterally long and spans both sliding portions 611, 611. Each sliding portion 611 is provided with: a pair of front and rear rollers 613, 613 engaged with the slide rail portions 241. The door-shaped pressing frame 614 is coupled to the support shaft 612 so as to be capable of being lifted up and down at the grommet parts 614a, 614a at both the left and right ends, and this door-shaped pressing frame 614 can suppress: the dishes placed in the outer and inner basket parts 62 and 63 are floated by the water force of the washing water sprayed from the washing nozzle 3.
The outer basket 62 is provided with buttonholes 621, and the buttonholes 621, 621 are located: in the use posture, the left and right side portions of the inner end portion which is closer to the center nozzle 32 are inserted with a gap between the left and right end portions of the support shaft 612, and the outer basket 62 is provided with stopper portions 622, 622, and the stopper portions 622, 622 are located: left and right side portions of the portion that becomes the outer end in the use posture can be seated on the left and right slide rail portions 241, 241 when in the use posture. Therefore, the outer basket 62 is supported by the support shaft 612 so as to be capable of fluctuating between the use position and the non-use position standing on the inner basket 63 side by the fastening eye portions 621, and can be prevented by the stopper portions 622, 622: the device is more downward than the use posture.
Similarly, the inner basket 63 is provided with buttonholes 631, and the buttonholes 631, 631 are located: in the use posture, the left and right side portions of the outer end portion which is farther from the center nozzle 32 are inserted with a gap between the left and right end portions of the support shaft 612, and the inner basket 63 is provided with stopper portions 632, the stopper portions 632, 632 being located at: left and right side portions of the portion which becomes the inner end in the use posture can be seated on the left and right slide rail portions 241, 241 when in the use posture. Therefore, the inner basket 63 is supported by the support shaft 612 in a freely fluctuating manner by the eye portions 631 and 631 between the use position and the non-use position standing on the outer basket 62 side, and can be prevented by the stopper portions 632 and 632: the device is more downward than the use posture.
Here, as shown in fig. 2 (b), by moving the lower slider 61 forward in a state where the outer basket 62 is not in use, or as shown in fig. 2 (c), by moving the slider 61 forward in a state where both the outer basket 62 and the inner basket 63 are not in use, large tableware can be placed in the portion of the lower basket 5 that is originally covered by the upper basket 6. However, when the pulling-out operation or the pushing-in operation of the washing tub 2 is performed, the basket portions 62 and 63 may be inadvertently fallen down from the unused posture, and the basket portions 62 and 63 may collide with dishes to cause abnormal sounds or breakage of the dishes.
In view of this, there is provided: the 1 st locking mechanism 64 capable of locking the outer basket 62 in the non-use position, and the 2 nd locking mechanism 65 capable of locking the inner basket 63 in the non-use position. The locking mechanisms 64 and 65 of the 1 st and 2 nd are specifically described below.
The 1 st locking mechanism 64 is constituted by a1 st engaging portion 641 provided on the outer basket 62, and a1 st engaged portion 642 provided on the slider 61 and engageable with the 1 st engaging portion 641 when the outer basket 62 is in a non-use position. The 1 st engagement portion 641 is constituted by the left and right end portions of the transverse rod portion located at the lower position in the unused posture of the outer basket portion 62. The 1 st engaged portion 642 is constituted by a pair of front and rear rising pieces 642a, 642b, and the pair of rising pieces 642a, 642b are provided at portions near the respective end portions of the support shaft 612 on the left and right sides and rise with a gap in the front-rear direction. Then, in a state in which the outer basket 62 is raised up in the non-use posture and the outer basket 62 is lifted up by the amount of play of the grommet 621 with respect to the support shaft 612, the 1 st engagement portion 641 is displaced to a position directly above the gap between the front and rear rising pieces 642a, 642b, and from this state, the outer basket 62 is lowered, whereby the 1 st engagement portion 641 is inserted between the front and rear rising pieces 642a, 642b and engaged with the 1 st engaged portion 642, whereby the outer basket 62 is locked in the non-use posture.
The 2 nd locking mechanism 65 is constituted by a2 nd engaging portion 651 provided in the inner basket 63, and a2 nd engaged portion 652 provided in the outer basket 62, which can engage with the 2 nd engaging portion 651 in a state in which both the outer and inner baskets 62, 63 are not in use. More specifically, the 2 nd engaging portion 65 is formed of a "コ" shaped member protruding forward from the center portion of the horizontal bar portion located at the upper position in the unused posture of the inner basket portion 63. The 2 nd engaged portion 652 is constituted by a bar portion protruding upward from the central portion of the horizontal bar portion located at the upper position in the unused posture of the outer basket portion 62. Then, in a state in which both the outer and inner basket sections 62, 63 are raised in the non-use posture and the inner basket section 63 is lifted by the amount of play of the grommet 631 with respect to the support shaft 612, the 2 nd engaging section 651 is displaced to the position directly above the 2 nd engaged section 652, and from this state the inner basket section 63 is lowered, whereby the 2 nd engaging section 651 is engaged by being fitted over the 2 nd engaged section 652, and the inner basket section 63 is locked in the non-use posture.
According to the above configuration, the basket sections 62 and 63 on the outside and inside of the upper basket 6 can be locked in the non-use posture by the locking mechanisms 64 and 65 of the 1 st and 2 nd. Therefore, no occurrence occurs: when the basket sections 62, 63 of the upper basket 6 are inadvertently fallen from the unused posture during the pulling-out operation or the pushing-in operation of the washing tub 2, the basket sections 62, 63 can be prevented from colliding with the dishes placed in the lower basket 5 to cause abnormal sounds or breakage of the dishes.
When the outer basket 62 is placed in the use posture and the inner basket 63 is placed in the non-use posture and large dishes such as a long-handle pan are placed in the portion of the lower basket 5 corresponding to the inner basket 63, the dishes are blocked by the large dishes, and the washing water sprayed from the center nozzle 32 does not reach the dishes placed in the outer basket 62, whereby washing failure of the dishes placed in the outer basket 62 occurs. Therefore, when the inner basket 63 is put in the unused position, the outer basket 62 should be put in the unused position, so that the tableware can be prevented from being placed on the outer basket 62 without taking care. In the present embodiment, even when the inner basket 63 is locked in the non-use position by the 2 nd locking mechanism 65, the outer basket 62 is locked in the non-use position, and thus, it is possible to prevent a situation in which dishes are placed on the outer basket 62 without any attention.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the outer basket 62 and the inner basket 63 are coupled to the common support shaft 612 provided in the slider 61 in a free-to-roll manner, but the outer and inner baskets 62, 63 may be coupled to the support shafts provided in the slider 61 in a free-to-roll manner. In the above embodiment, the slide body 61 of the upper basket 6 is supported by the slide rail frame 24 so as to be movable in the front-rear direction, and the slide rail frame 24 is detachably mounted in the washing tub 2, but the support portion of the slide body 61 may be integrally provided with the washing tub 2. In the above embodiment, the upper basket 6 can be removed from the washing tub together with the slide rail frame 24, and convenience can be improved. The present invention can be similarly applied to a case where a slide body and a pair of laterally outer and inner basket portions connected to the slide body are provided, wherein the slide body is: an upper basket disposed at a portion of the upper part of the cleaning tank 2 adjacent to the center nozzle 32 in the lateral direction is movable in the lateral direction, which is a direction approaching or separating from the center nozzle 32 in a plan view.
