本发明公开了一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维及其制备方法和运用。所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N‑羟甲基的官能团。本发明提供的纤维结构物,对所述护肤成分的牢固性强、显露面积大,护肤成分不易损失,护肤功效持久,在基于该具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的获得的家用纺织品在使用过程可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。

本发明属于纺织纤维制造技术领域,具体涉及一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对纺织品要求不仅停留在保暖和美观方面,对纺织用品品功能性,特别是保健功能的要求逐渐提高。原来单一的家用纺织品已不能适应时代的发展和人们的需要,因此,提供一种具有护肤功能的家用纺织品十分重要,以满足现代人的消费要求。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维具有良好的护肤效果,从而由此获得的家用纺织品,具有良好的舒适性、柔软性和护肤效果,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种如上所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种护肤家用纺织品。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明第一方面提供一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分选自保健成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分、凉暖成分中的任意一种或上述任意其组合。
在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述纤维基材选自天然纤维、再生纤维,以及合成纤维中的任意一种或上述任意其组合。
本发明还提供了一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括:纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所纤维基材为数均分子量为1000-100万g/mol的聚合物,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
本发明还提供了一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:提供多个原料组分,所述多个原料组分包括纤维基材和护肤成分,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团;对所述多个原料组分进行纺丝,得到一复合中间体;交联所述复合中间体,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,得到所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述护肤液还包括纤维基材,其中,所述纤维基材与所述护肤成分之间的重量比为(25-80):(5-60)。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,所述护肤液的粘度为5~2000mPa.s。

本发明还提供了一种护肤家用纺织品,所述护肤家用纺织品含有具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,以具有护肤效果,其中,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维及其制备方法和运用。所述护肤纤维利用至少带有选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基中至少一种的官能团的护肤成分,使其与纤维基材之间进行交联聚合,获得具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,对所述护肤成分的牢固性强、显露面积大,护肤成分不易损失,护肤功效持久,在基于该具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的获得的家用纺织品在使用过程可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家用纺织品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。此外,本发明提供的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的原料成分来源广泛、安全环保、成本低,且制备方法简单,易操作,可以广泛适用于工业化生产。其他的特征、益处可以参考本发明公开的权利要求和说明书在内的内容。

本发明提供的护肤家用纺织品为包括护肤成分的家用装饰用纺织品,所述护肤家用纺织品的具体的例子可以包括但不限于床用套件,例如被单、被套、枕套、床笠、蚊帐、毛毯、抱枕、垫套等;芯被类,例如枕头、被子等;床垫等;家居用品,例如家具鞋、家具服、窗帘、布艺、靠垫、地毯等;卫浴用品,例如毛巾、浴巾、干发帽等,所述家用纺织品可以主要应用于家庭和公共场所,例如宾馆、酒店、剧场、舞厅、飞机、火车、汽车、轮船、商场、公司、机关等许多场合。
本发明术语“护肤成分”是指促进人体吸收和代谢,保持健康状态的物质,包括但不限于美容成分、药效成分。可以列举例如保健成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分、凉暖成分,当然还可以列举止汗成分、香味成分、促进血液循环成分、皮肤止痒成分等。

在一具体实施例中,所述护肤成分可以列举凉暖成分,所述凉暖成分可分为凉感成分和暖感成分,所述凉感成分接触皮肤使人体感觉凉爽、舒适,具体地例子可以列举松针、桑蚕丝和云母、木糖醇,赤糖醇,丝蛋白、薄荷脑、有机硅乳液、玉石冷感母粒、锦纶6切片、丙烯酸类-聚酯-聚氨酯共聚物等;所述暖感成分接触皮肤会使人体感觉温暖,具体地例子可以列举唐辛子、甘菊、山茶油、石墨烯、三氧化铝、二氧化钛、二氧化硅等。
制备本发明的护肤家用纺织品可以通过原料纤维纺丝、纺纱、织造,以及染色整理获得成品的护肤面料,再裁剪成所需要的护肤家用纺织品。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺丝过程中,可以将能够成纤聚合物在溶剂中溶解成溶液,或将成纤聚合物切片的纤维原料在螺杆挤出机中加热熔融成熔体,经纺前准备工序后入纺丝机,用纺丝泵将纺丝溶液或熔体定量、连续、均匀地从喷丝头的细孔压出,从而细流在水、凝固液或空气中固化,生成初生纤维结构物。进一步地,在纺丝过程中,采用的纺丝机和纺丝工艺可以根据纤维原料的种类和物理化学特性进行选择,例如将采用熔体纺丝,将高聚物加热至熔点以上的适当温度以制备熔体,熔体经螺杆挤压机,通过纺丝获得,还可以例如采用溶液纺丝(例如包括湿法纺丝和干法纺丝),选取适当溶剂,将所述成纤高聚物溶解成纺丝溶液,或先将高分子物质制成可溶性中间体,再溶解成纺丝溶液进行纺丝(例如粘胶、维纶、腈纶等)。
在一具体实施例中,在所述纺纱过程中,例如将如上所述的纤维结构物并在一起纺成纱线,具体地可以将单一的纤维结构物进行纺纱,也可以将多种纤维结构物混合进行混纺,并将纤维结构物开松除杂以除去混合、梳棉、并合、牵伸、加捻、卷绕的过程后得到:所述开松除杂过程可以将纤维结构物中较大的杂质颗粒避免对纤维结构物挤压和损伤,以及利于后续的混合,在所述梳棉过程中,将成块的纤维结构物梳理成单根纤维状态,从而提高纤维结构物的牵伸过程和成纱强力、纺纱的断头率的情况;所述牵伸将所述弯钩呈卷曲状态的纤维平行伸直,改善纱线的结构;所述加捻过程可以是纤维结构物绕其本身轴线加以扭转,使平行于须条轴向的纤维结构物呈螺旋状,从而产生径向压力使纤维结构物间的纵向联系固定下来,提高强度,当然也可以通过低捻以及无捻的方式提高纱线的柔软性,进一步地,依据采取的纺纱方式的不同还可以通过环锭纺、赛络纺、紧密纺、转杯纺、喷气纺,以及自有端纺纱实现。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,在所述织造过程中,在一具体实施例中,在所述织造过程中,可以将所述纱线作为经纱、纬纱,在织机上相互交织成机织物、针织物、非织造布(无纺织物)或形成的其他结构。具体而言,机织物由相互垂直排列即横向和纵向两系统的纱线,在织机上根据一定的规律交织而成的织物,例如,牛仔布、织锦缎、板司呢、麻纱等。其中,按组成机织物的纤维长度和细度机织物分为棉型织物、中长织物、毛型织物与长丝类织物:棉纤维的长度在30毫米左右,构成为棉型纱线,从而获得棉型织物;羊毛的长度大概在75毫米左右,构成毛型纱线,从而毛型织物;介于棉型与毛型长度之间的纤维,称做中长纤维,构成的纱线叫做中长纤维纱线,用这种纱线构成的织物为中长型织物。长丝型织物是用长丝织成的织物,如人造丝织物、涤纶丝织物。其中,还可以按照组织结构机织物形成平纹、斜纹、缎纹与其他组织:针织物是由纱线编织成圈而形成的织物,分为纬编和经编。其中,纬编针织物是将纬线由纬向喂入针织机的工作针上,使纱线有顺序地弯曲成圈,并相互穿套而成;经编针织物是采用一组或几组平行排列的纱线,于经向喂入针织机的所有工作针上,同时进行成圈而成。针织物主要分为两类:纬编针织物和经编针织物两大类。纬编针织物用于毛衫和袜子等,经编针织物常用做内衣面料,手工编制也是纬编的编制方法。非织造布(无纺布)是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料,按用途分为医疗卫生用无纺布、家庭装饰用无纺布、服装用无纺布、工业用无纺布、农业用无纺布等。。
在本发明的一具体实施例中,在所述染色整理过程,坯布可以通过前处理、后整理,染色以及印染得到成品面料,对于坯布的前处理可以是对坯布的物理和外观进行检验,对于坯布的后整理可以是通过物理、化学或物理和化学联合的方法,改善面料外观和内在品质,提高服用性能和其他应用性能,或赋予面料某种特殊功能的加工过程,一般可以包括但不限于退浆处理、定幅、热定型、烧毛、轧光、磨毛、机械柔软、化学整理、硬挺整理,以及防水整理、拒水整理、阻燃整理等。进一步地,所述染色可以是依据坯布,例如全棉、涤棉、尼龙、涤纶、化纤制品、混纺制品的种类采用染料染料例如活性、分散、硫化、涂料以进行轧染、卷染、高温高压染色,从而提高对成品面料的色牢度。
本发明提供的护肤家用纺织品,区别于传统的护肤家用纺织品,其利用将护肤成分固定在所述纤维结构物上,获得特殊结构的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100,使得对所述护肤成分的牢固性强、显露面积大,护肤成分不易损失,护肤功效持久,从而基于该具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的获得的家用纺织品在使用过程可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家用纺织品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。
具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100
请接着参阅图1~7,本发明提供了一种护肤纤维100,所述护肤纤维100为包含护肤成分的纤维结构物,其中所述护肤纤维100结构物的中空度为30-55%,所述纤维结构物的细度为0.8-150D。
本发明术语“纤维结构物”是指由连续或不连续的细丝组成的物质。作为构成纤维结构物的原料,这里可以由护肤成分单独或者组合纤维基材等获得。
本发明术语“纤维基材”是指常规使用的纤维材料,可以列举天然纤维,例如棉、麻、羊毛;再生纤维,例如粘胶、铜氨、醋酯、聚乳酸,以及人造丝等;以及合成纤维,例如聚酯、尼龙、碳纤维,以及玻璃纤维等。这些纤维基材可以单独或者组合进行纺丝,所述纤维基材可以有效提高包含护肤成分的纤维结构物。
如图1和图2所示,所述护肤纤维100具有中空度,形成中空护肤纤维100,所述中空护肤纤维100芯部为空心的管状纤维,所述芯部的中空腔内包裹有大量的静止的空气,低热导率的空气实现保温效果,同时,所述护肤纤维100表面形成大量的微孔、沟槽和贯穿孔,可将湿气、汗水等通过芯吸通道迅速导出,赋予显著的吸湿排汗效果,所述护肤纤维100的中空度为30-55%,例如35%、40%、50%,在上述范围中空度。在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,将包含护肤成分的护肤液经过异形喷丝板法喷丝拉伸、卷曲,并通过改变纺丝的原料比例获得上述范围内的中空度。在另一实施例中,所述护肤纤维100制备成皮芯结构的护肤纤维100,并经过碱处理溶除芯层制得中空度可控的中空纤维。
本发明的提供的护肤纤维100具有例如0.8-150D的纤维细度。例如,对于细旦纤维,可以使用0.8-1D的纤维。对于短纤维,可以使用0.8-80D的纤维,所述短纤维可以经过与其他纤维基材,例如长丝的纤维(例如腈纶)等混纺做成面料。对于长纤维,可以使用80-150D的纤维,进一步地,所述长纤维织造面料时每束丝可以包括30-300F的单丝数,从而以形成更具柔软和护肤效果。
本发明的提供的护肤纤维100具有例如1.7-25cN/dtex的强度,例如4cN/dtex、5cN/dtex、15cN/dtex,在上述范围内的细度和强度,强度高、面料紧度理想,手感柔软,进一步的,将所述护肤纤维100制备家用纺织品时,纤维护肤效果理想。
在一些实施例中,所述护肤纤维100还包括离子液体,所述离子液体为具有极性参数在52–58Kcal/mol范围的羟基离子液体,具体地例子例如可以列举羟基咪唑盐离子液体、羟基季铵盐离子液体、羟基季鏻盐离子液体、羟基吡咯盐离子卤素离子液体等,本发明利用离子液体将所述如上所述的护肤成分和纤维基材溶解,形成均相的体系而避免相分离,提高所述护肤纤维100的舒适性和保健性。
本发明提供的护肤纤维100例如具有三维结构,例如物理卷绕结构、交联网络结构,例如互穿网络结构、半互穿网络结构、化学交联立体结构。所述三维结构形成蓬松形态,具有透气、透湿性能。与护肤成分具有良好的相容性、活性,有效发挥护肤成分的护肤功效。
如图3所示,在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述护肤纤维结构物在0.001-0.01cN/dtex的拉伸负荷下,伸长率大于等于45%,呈现卷曲结构,其卷曲率根据使用状态发生变化,使得包含该护肤纤维100的面料产品时,护肤成分得到有效的舒展和接触肌肤。例如将护肤成分和纤维基材制得纤维后,特别的是对于包含保湿成分,例如烟酰胺,其表面含有大量的酰胺基团和,例如特性粘度为0.1-0.3mPa.s的聚酯材料制备得到复合纤维通过沸水处理0.5-1h,而出现高温收缩,在使用过程中时,其卷曲率随使用状态,例如湿度、伸展状态而发生可逆的较大的变化,提高所述护肤成分的舒适性,例如具体而言,可以在将所述护肤纤维100经过沸水处理0.5h,并再经过冷处理定型。在0.001-0.01cN/dtex的拉伸负荷下,所述伸长率大于等于45%,进一步地大于等于50%,并能够进行可逆的变化。当然,还可以将所述护肤纤维100通过在纤维方向的拉伸,使得护肤纤维100变得平直后,纤维具有返回到卷曲状态的趋势,例如将包含至少一种护肤成分的护肤液在纺丝时,通过定型装置,将纤维拉伸回缩后得到。
如图4所示,在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述护肤纤维100具有互穿网络结构,所述护肤成分自交联形成互穿网络结构的溶液,和/或所述护肤成分与所述护肤基材形成互穿网络结构的溶液,经过纺丝工艺,例如静电纺丝得到所述护肤纤维100,具体地,在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,例如将纤维基材,例如聚丙烯腈加入到有机溶剂中例如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,待完全溶解之后再加入护肤成分,例如中药当归,充分混合搅拌均匀,得到第一溶液;将水溶性高分子材料,例如木质纤维素加入到去离子水当中,待完全溶解之后再加入护肤成分,例如中药麻黄,充分混合搅拌均匀,得到第二溶液;将第一溶液和第二溶液通过同轴静电纺丝,得到具有复合纤维材料,并在管式炉中氮气气氛下经历预氧化,例如200℃、10h和碳化,例如550℃、24h过程,得到具有互穿网络结构的复合护肤纤维100。
当然并不限定于此,在本发明公开的另一具体实施例中,在有机溶剂,例如三氯甲烷中加入乳化剂,例如司盘,高速乳化分钟后,加入用蒸馏水为溶剂配制成质量分数为的护肤成分,例如海藻酸钠溶液,高速乳化,加入真空干燥后的纤维基材,例如聚乳酸(Mw=3×105g/mol)溶液,将配好的海藻酸钠溶液/聚乳酸采用静电纺丝成型制备聚乳酸/海藻酸钠互穿网络结构的复合纤维。
如图5所示,在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述护肤纤维100具有半互穿网络结构,所述护肤成分自交联形成半互穿网络结构的溶液,和/或所述护肤成分与所述护肤基材形成半互穿网络结构的溶液,经过纺丝工艺,例如静电纺丝得到所述护肤纤维100。在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,首先采用悬浮聚合法将不易形成交联结构的护肤成分的单体合成为线性非交联聚合物,将其溶于适宜于静电纺丝的有机溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺配制溶液,并将溶有引发剂的易形成交联结构的单体例如护肤成分和/纤维基材加入上述溶液中,采用溶液聚合法制备含半互穿网络结构的聚合物溶液,经保温脱泡后,采用静电纺丝法将溶液喷射于接收辊上,伴随溶剂的挥发,纤维固化后将半互穿网络结构固定于纤维内部,形成了具有半互穿网络结构的复合护肤纤维100。在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,将数均分子量为1000-100万g/mol,例如2000g/mol、4000g/mol、50万g/mol的聚合物的纤维基材,例如纤维素纤维溶解于溶剂中,例如水中,接着与选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团的护肤成分混合,在交联聚合后得到所述护肤纤维100。
当然并不限定于此,在本发明公开的另一具体实施例中,还可以通过聚异丙基丙烯酰胺改性得到半互穿网络结构,例如将聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺与护肤成分例如壳聚糖,以及纤维基材,例如乙基纤维素的混合物溶于例如无水乙醇中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到浓度为10-30重量%的电纺液,进行静电纺丝得到。
如图6所示,在本发明公开的一具体实施例中,所述护肤纤维100具有化学交联立体结构,所述护肤纤维100通过化学交联剂,例如固化剂,例如可以列举异氰酸酯类、多元胺类、多元醇类、缩水甘油醚类、无机固化剂、有机固化剂、有机硅类、苯磺酸类、丙烯酸酯类、有机过氧化物、金属有机化合物、氮丙啶类、烯类单体等、光固化剂;例如偶联剂,具体地,可以列举有机铬络合物、硅烷类、钛酸酯类和铝酸偶联剂等交联得到所述护肤纤维100。在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,例如将中药成分,例如当归和抗菌成分,例如壳聚糖溶解混合,并添加不饱和有机物,例如与中药和抗菌成分具有反应性的多官能团丙烯酸酯单体,以及光敏剂,例如2-甲基-2-羟基-1-苯基丙酮得到纺丝液,经过纺丝工艺,例如静电纺丝获得护肤纤维100,并通过紫外光进一步的固化得到化学交联的护肤纤维结构物,提高所述纤维对所述护肤成分的牢固性。
当然并不限定于此,在本发明公开的另一具体实施方式中,还可以将至少一种护肤成分溶解蒸煮得到的第一纤维原料,将另外的至少一种护肤成分,或纤维基材,例如天然纤维,蒸煮得到的第二纤维原料,将所述第一纤维原料和第二纤维原料混合,并通过交联剂例如C2-C9多羧酸交联剂和催化剂,得到交联的护肤纤维100。具体而言,使用柠檬酸作为交联剂,纤维素纤维加至水溶液中形成一悬浮液,并添加柠檬酸、氢氧化钠溶液,将纤维在悬浮液中浸渍约60分钟。接着借助离心作用将纤维脱水至约40%至约50%的浓度,使得所述柠檬酸发挥交联作用,接着对脱水后的纤维进行分离、干燥、以及固化,制备所述护肤纤维100,所述护肤纤维100具有改进的湿响应性,护肤性明显。
具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的制备方法
如图7所示,本发明还提供一种如上所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的制备方法,包括但不限于以下方法:
—S1,提供多个原料组分,所述多个原料组分包括纤维基材和护肤成分,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团;
—S2,对所述多个原料组分进行纺丝,得到一复合中间体;
—S3,交联所述复合中间体,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,得到所述护肤纤维100具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100。
在所述步骤S1中,所述护肤液包含一种或多种护肤成分,所述护肤成分可以进行物理混合,或者化学反应。进一步的,与所述纤维基材之间进行物理混合或者化学反应,所述纤维基材与所述护肤成分之间的重量比为(25-80):(5-60),例如75:25、70:30。
在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,将所述一种或者多种护肤成分进行物理混合,具体的,例如将中药成分,例如当归和抗菌成分,例如壳聚糖溶解获得护肤液,经过纺丝工艺,例如静电纺丝获得具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100,进一步的,所述护肤液还可以包括湿润剂、分散剂、抗氧剂,提高所述护肤液的可纺性,以及具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的强度和耐用性。
在本发明公开的另一具体实施方式中,所述护肤液包括25-80重量%的纤维基材、5-60重量%的护肤成分,以及10-40重量%的离子液体,作为纺丝原液,并进一步将所述上述组分溶解于水中,进行纺纱过程。具体而言,将护肤成分,例如角鲨烷与纤维素纤维混合均匀,加入羟基-3-甲基咪唑氯化物,在80℃溶解3h,接着对所述该混合液进行过滤脱泡,经计量泵和喷丝板挤出,空气冷凝后,进入5℃水凝固浴,经过导辊进入72℃的热水浴拉伸,并经常压蒸汽水洗后,于110℃空气中干燥,以20m/min的速度卷绕成所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100。
在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,将所述一种或者多种护肤成分进行化学反应,并形成如上所述的三维结构。
在所述步骤S1中,所述护肤液例如具有微胶囊结构,例如将护肤成分与乳化剂,例如油包水型的乳化剂,进行混合制备得到所述微胶囊乳液。具体地,向包含护肤成分,例如抗衰老成分,例如虾青素饱和的水溶液中加入油包水型的乳化剂,并加热搅拌乳化,然后再超声处理,形成微胶囊。
在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,所述油包水型的乳化剂具体的列举聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油,例如,聚氧乙烯、硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯、硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯、硬化蓖麻油、聚氧乙烯、硬化蓖麻油等;还可列举聚甘油脂肪酸酯,例如聚甘油缩合蓖麻醇酸酯、聚甘油硬脂酸酯、聚甘油油酸酯等。
在步骤S1中,所述护肤液的粘度为5~2000mPa.s,进一步的,例如20~800mPa.s,例如、70mPa.s、100mPa.s、300mPa.s、500mPa.s、700mPa.s,在上述范围内的粘度,纺丝的稳定性理想。
在所述步骤S2中,所述护肤液通过纺丝工艺制备得到所述包含护肤成分的纤维结构物。所述纺丝工艺包括但不限于静电纺丝、熔喷复合纺丝方法、离心纺丝、离心静电纺丝、湿法纺丝,例如湿法纺丝,静电纺丝。
在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,例如湿法纺丝,通过将步骤S1中的获得护肤液经过经例如硫酸锌的凝固浴纺丝成型,再将纤维清洗、脱硫、上油、干燥,得到所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100。
在本发明公开的一具体实施方式中,例如静电纺丝,通过将步骤S1中的获得护肤液在静电纺丝装置上进行纺丝,所述电压例如为10~15千伏,例如13千伏,注射器推进速度例如为0.3-1毫升/小时,例如0.6毫升/小时,接受距离为10~20厘米,例如1厘米,得到所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100。
在步骤S3中,交联所述复合中间体,交联所述复合中间体,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,得到所述护肤纤维100具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100,所述交联过程例如可以通过升温聚合、或者通过辐射聚合。
如上所述,本发明提供了一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100及其制备方法和运用。所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100为包含护肤成分的纤维结构物,利用在纤维原料中引入护肤成分,获得特殊结构的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100,对所述护肤成分的牢固性强、显露面积大,护肤成分不易损失,护肤功效持久,在基于该具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的获得的家用纺织品在使用过程可以更加充分接触人体,促进皮肤的吸收和代谢,并且所述家用纺织品柔软性高、贴合皮肤,舒适度高,解决了用户的日常保养需求,提供健康舒适的生活方式。此外,本发明提供的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维100的原料成分来源广泛、安全环保、成本低,且制备方法简单,易操作,可以广泛适用于工业化生产。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明任何形式上和实质上的限制,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还将可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。凡熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,当可利用以上所揭示的技术内容而做出的些许更动、修饰与演变的等同变化,均为本发明的等效实施例;同时,凡依据本发明的实质技术对上述实施例所作的任何等同变化的更动、修饰与演变,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,其特征在于,所述护肤纤维包括纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,其特征在于,其中,所述护肤成分选自保健成分、美白成分、保湿成分、抗菌成分、去污成分、抗衰老成分、控温成分、除臭成分、凉暖成分中的任意一种或上述任意其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,其特征在于,所述纤维基材选自天然纤维、再生纤维,以及合成纤维中的任意一种或上述任意其组合。
4.一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,其特征在于,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括:纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所纤维基材为数均分子量为1000-100万g/mol的聚合物,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
5.一种具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
提供多个原料组分,所述多个原料组分包括纤维基材和护肤成分,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团;
对所述多个原料组分进行纺丝,得到一复合中间体;
交联所述复合中间体,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,得到所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述护肤液还包括纤维基材,其中,所述纤维基材与所述护肤成分之间的重量比为(25-80):(5-60)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述护肤液的粘度为5~2000mPa.s。
8.根据权利要求5所述的具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纺丝的过程选自静电纺丝、熔喷复合纺丝方法、离心纺丝、离心静电纺丝、湿法纺丝中的任意一种。
9.一种护肤家用纺织品,其特征在于,所述护肤家用纺织品含有具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维,以具有护肤效果,其中,所述具有半互穿网络结构的护肤纤维包括纤维基材和护肤成分,所述护肤成分穿插于所述纤维成分形成半互穿网络结构,其中,所述护肤成分带有至少一种选自羟基、异氰酸酯基、乙酰乙酸基和N-羟甲基的官能团。
