A christmas tree is an assembly located at the opening to the top of a well and includes valves, safety systems and a series of monitoring equipment for measurement and maintenance. The tree connects production and production lines from downhole and acts as an important barrier to the outside environment at the top of the well. It includes a number of valves that can be used to regulate or prevent the flow of produced crude oil vapors, natural gas and liquids out of the well. The offshore tree is connected to the production manifold system by a subsea pipeline.
The offshore oil and gas production platform has higher failure rate of the main hydraulic valve of the oil extraction tree due to factors such as the nature of the exploitation medium, the flow rate of the fluid, the components of the fluid, the temperature and the pressure of the fluid, the running environment and the like, wherein the disassembly and the installation of the main hydraulic valve of the oil extraction tree become a main difficult problem. At present, no auxiliary tool and device for efficiently disassembling and installing the pneumatic main valve of the gas production tree are found in domestic and foreign markets, and the traditional method is adopted for disassembling and installing, so that the operation efficiency is low, the time is long, the cost is high, and the safety risk is high.

As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary device for dismounting the main hydraulic valve of the oil extraction tree comprises a base 1, a lifting nut 2, a bracket 3, a support bearing assembly 4, a support piece 5 and an adjusting piece 6.
The base 1 is generally in a circular flat plate structure, but may be in a square plate structure or a shaped plate structure, and its structural form and size can be appropriately adjusted according to the needs, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The middle part of the base 1 is provided with a screw hole, the lifting nut 2 is penetrated in the screw hole to be installed in the base 1, and the lifting nut 2 can perform lifting motion along the base 1.
The adjusting piece 6 is sleeved on the periphery of the lifting nut 2, which is located between the base 1 and the bracket 3, and comprises a sleeve 61 welded on the periphery of the lifting nut 2 and a handle 62 arranged on the periphery of the sleeve 61, wherein the handle 62 can be a round rod, and a section or whole section of the periphery of the round rod is provided with lines, so that the lifting nut is convenient for operators to hold. The end of the round rod can be provided with external threads or thread grooves, and can be externally connected with a rod body so as to prolong the length of the whole handle and facilitate force application. Of course, the handle 62 may also be a telescoping rod.
Further, the handle 62 includes three handle units uniformly distributed on the same plane at adjacent intervals of 120 °. Of course, there may be one or two, and the number is not limited.
Further, a thrust bearing is arranged between the adjusting member 6 and the base 1, specifically, the thrust bearing is located between the sleeve 61 and the upper side of the base 1, which is convenient for the handle 62 to apply thrust in the vertical direction when rotating, so that the operation is more labor-saving. Of course, a spring may be provided between the adjustment member 6 and the base 1.
The bracket 3 is disposed at the top of the lifting nut 2, and comprises a bottom plate 31 connected with the lifting nut 2, two side plates which are vertically disposed on the bottom plate 31 and extend upwards, such as a first side plate 32 and a second side plate 33, and each side plate is provided with a yielding groove, wherein the yielding groove is in a U-shaped structure, a V-shaped structure or an arc-shaped structure.
The support bearing assembly 4 is arranged at the top edges of two sides of the side plate abdication groove and is used for supporting the hydraulic main valve of the gas production tree.
Further, the corners of the two side plates are provided with mounting holes, and the support bearing assembly 4 comprises a rotating shaft 41 and support bearings 42 arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft 41.
The shaft 41 is threaded through the mounting holes to mount the support bearing assembly 4 to the bracket 3, with the support bearings 42 adjacent the opposite inner sides of the two side plates.
