Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of micro-suture materials, in particular to a manufacturing method of a micro-suture material for exercise.
Background
Currently, the materials available for microsurgical practice are mainly in the following three categories:
(1) basic material: gauze, leaves, hoses, rubber sheets, and the like;
(2) simulation material: quasi-vascular static objects such as chicken wings and placenta;
(3) model material: live animals of euvascular such as rats and mice;
the three materials have respective advantages and disadvantages, and the basic material has the advantages of easy acquisition and can be taken for practice at any time, but has the disadvantage of poor simulation; the simulation material has the advantages that the simulation is better than that of the basic material, but the simulation material is not easy to obtain and is not easy to store for a long time; the model material has the advantages of being closest to human tissues and the defects of being difficult to obtain and incapable of being taken for practice anytime and anywhere.
Swim bladder is used as a new micro-suture practice material, but the storage is difficult, and the freezing storage is inconvenient to use; the natural plant is easy to denature and decay after being soaked and stored by normal saline; when soaked in 75% alcohol, the texture becomes hard and the flexibility is lost.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a method of making a practice-oriented microsurgical material that addresses the above-mentioned problems.

It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms "in", "upper", "lower", "lateral", "inner", etc. indicate directions or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed," "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; may be a mechanical connection; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problems of few types of materials, difficult obtainment, poor simulation, high price and the like for doctors or medical students who are engaged in microsurgery to practice the microsurgery in the medical field pointed out by the background technology, the swimming bladder processed by the method does not lose the characteristics of good flexibility, high tensile strength and double-layer structure of the swimming bladder, and the swimming bladder tissue is similar to the dura mater tissue of a person, can simulate the dura mater, anastomotic vessels and other tissues of the person to be sutured in the operation, can be used as a good practice material for the doctors or medical students, and has great help for improving the operation skill.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method for manufacturing a micro-suture material for training of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1, taking out swim bladders from live fishes;
s2, removing attachments on the swim bladder and cleaning;
s3, storing the processed swimming bladder in normal saline or a refrigerator;
s4, cross-linking swim bladders by using a disinfectant;
s5, preparing the material for practicing micro-suture.
In the step S1, the method for taking out the swim bladder from the live fish may be any method as long as the swim bladder can be taken out from the live fish, and the integrity of the swim bladder is ensured when the swim bladder is taken out.
In step S2, the attached matter of the swim bladder is removed, and the swim bladder is washed with normal saline for a plurality of times until the swim bladder is washed clean, and then stored.
The purpose of step S3 is to keep the washed air bladder active.
In step S4, a disinfectant is used to disinfect the air bladder so that the air bladder is in a sterile state.
In step S5, the processed swim bladder is cut into materials for practicing micro-suturing, and is bagged for standby.
Preferably, the disinfectant is a glutaraldehyde solution, and the glutaraldehyde component is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, the concentration of the glutaraldehyde solution is 0.5% to 1.0%, the concentration is too low to play a role in disinfection, and the concentration is too high, so that the irritation is too high to affect the health.
Preferably, in the present invention, the concentration of the glutaraldehyde solution is preferably 0.625%. After being washed with physiological saline, the mixture was fixed by immersion in 0.625% glutaraldehyde solution for 14 days, and then immersed in 1N sodium hydroxide solution for 1 hour and 10% sodium peroxide solution for 24 hours. After the treatment, the mixture is placed in 0.25% glutaraldehyde disinfection solution, and finally packaged by using a specimen bag for standby. The processed swimming bladder is similar to a suturable artificial dura mater used in an operation, can be carried about, really achieves the purpose of being taken at any time, and is extremely convenient.
Preferably, the weight of the live fish is between 2 and 5Kg, so that the volume of the taken swim bladder is ensured to be large enough to meet the related use requirements.
Preferably, the attachments on the swim bladder comprise fat, and the fat on the swim bladder is removed.
Preferably, the species of the live fish is freshwater fish, mainly carp.
The manufacturing method of the micro-suture material for training has the advantages that:
the swim bladder processed by the method has the characteristics of good flexibility, high tensile strength and double-layer structure without losing the swim bladder, and the swim bladder tissue is similar to human dura mater tissue and can simulate tissues such as dura mater and anastomotic vessels of a human in an operation, so that the swim bladder can be used as a good exercise material for doctors or medical students, and is greatly helpful for improving operation skills.
