a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) threshold value;
a channel occupancy threshold value and a first RSSI value for estimating channel occupancy;
a channel idle rate threshold value and a second RSSI value used to estimate channel idle rate.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and sending the load information of the cell on the unlicensed frequency band to the terminal.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
sending configuration information of RSSI measurement to a terminal;
the configuration information of the RSSI measurement comprises at least one of the following information:
frequency domain resources and/or bandwidth of the RRSI measurements;
time domain resources for RSSI measurements;
resource pool information for RSSI measurements, the resource pool information comprising: at least one of resource pool identification information, a bandwidth of the resource pool, a number of sub-channels included in the resource pool, a bandwidth of sub-channels included in the resource pool, and a frequency domain position of the resource pool;
and resource pool measurement configuration information of RSSI measurement, wherein the resource pool measurement configuration information is used for indicating the resource to be measured in the resource pool.
11. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
sending second threshold information to a terminal, wherein the second threshold information comprises: range values of signal power.
12. A terminal comprising a processor and a transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to perform the following:
acquiring channel occupation information on an unauthorized frequency band;
and selecting a resident cell from the cells on the unauthorized frequency band according to the channel occupation information.
13. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the processor is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of measuring the Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) of a cell on an unauthorized frequency band, and acquiring channel occupation information on the unauthorized frequency band, wherein the channel occupation information comprises the following steps: at least one of RSSI, channel occupancy, and channel idleness.
14. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the transceiver is configured to:
receiving channel occupation information on an unlicensed frequency band sent by a network side device, wherein the channel occupation information comprises: at least one of RSSI, channel occupancy, and channel idleness.
15. The terminal of claim 13, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
receiving first threshold information for cell camping sent by a network side device, where the first threshold information includes at least one of the following information:
an RSSI threshold value;
a channel occupancy threshold value and a first RSSI value for estimating channel occupancy;
a channel idle rate threshold value and a second RSSI value for evaluating the channel idle rate;
the processor is further configured to:
and selecting a resident cell from the cells on the unauthorized frequency band according to the channel occupation information and the first threshold information.
16. The terminal of claim 15, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
receiving load information of a cell on an unauthorized frequency band, which is sent by network side equipment;
the processor is further configured to:
and selecting a resident cell from the cells on the unauthorized frequency band according to the channel occupation information, the first threshold information and the load information.
17. The terminal of claim 13, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
receiving configuration information of RSSI measurement sent by network side equipment;
the configuration information of the RSSI measurement comprises at least one of the following information:
frequency domain resources and/or bandwidth of the RRSI measurements;
time domain resources for RSSI measurements;
resource pool information for RSSI measurements, the resource pool information comprising: at least one of resource pool identification information, a bandwidth of the resource pool, a number of sub-channels included in the resource pool, a bandwidth of sub-channels included in the resource pool, and a frequency domain position of the resource pool;
resource pool measurement configuration information of RSSI measurement, wherein the resource pool measurement configuration information is used for indicating resources to be measured in the resource pool;
the processor is further configured to:
and measuring according to the configuration information of the RSSI measurement, and acquiring the channel occupation information on the unauthorized frequency band.
18. The terminal according to claim 12, 13 or 14, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
receiving second threshold information for cell reselection, which is sent by a network side device, wherein the second threshold information includes: a range value of signal power;
the processor is further configured to:
and performing cell reselection according to at least one of the second threshold information and the channel occupation information on the unlicensed frequency band and the cell measurement result on the unlicensed frequency band.
19. An apparatus for selecting a cell to camp on in an unlicensed frequency band, applied to a terminal, comprising:
an occupation determining module, configured to obtain channel occupation information on an unlicensed frequency band;
and the cell selection module is used for selecting a resident cell from the cells on the unauthorized frequency band according to the channel occupation information.
20. A network side device, comprising a processor and a transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to control the transceiver to perform the following processes:
transmitting channel occupation information on an unauthorized frequency band to a terminal; or,
sending first threshold information for cell camping to a terminal, wherein the first threshold information comprises at least one of the following information:
a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) threshold value;
a channel occupancy threshold value and a first RSSI value for estimating channel occupancy;
a channel idle rate threshold value and a second RSSI value used to estimate channel idle rate.
21. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
and sending the load information of the cell on the unlicensed frequency band to the terminal.
22. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
sending configuration information of RSSI measurement to a terminal;
the configuration information of the RSSI measurement comprises at least one of the following information:
frequency domain resources and/or bandwidth of the RRSI measurements;

23. The network-side device of claim 20, wherein the transceiver is further configured to:
sending second threshold information to a terminal, wherein the second threshold information comprises: range values of signal power.
24. An apparatus for selecting a cell to camp on in an unlicensed frequency band, applied to a network side device, includes:
the transmitting module is used for transmitting channel occupation information on the unauthorized frequency band to the terminal; or, the apparatus is configured to send first threshold information for cell camping to a terminal, where the first threshold information includes at least one of the following information:
a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) threshold value;
a channel occupancy threshold value and a first RSSI value for estimating channel occupancy;
a channel idle rate threshold value and a second RSSI value used to estimate channel idle rate.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for selecting a cell to camp on in an unlicensed frequency band as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7; alternatively, the program is executed by a processor to implement the steps in the method for selecting a camping cell in an unlicensed frequency band according to any one of claims 8 to 11.
