Abstract
The invention discloses a flat-floor entrance passage and an entrance method for a multi-storey residential building additionally provided with an elevator. The elevator shaft is a vertical running channel provided with an elevator; the rotary ladder platform is a platform connected with the end part of a newly-increased stair and an elevator door on the outer side of the multi-storey residence; the horizontal corridor is a corridor for communicating the rotary ladder platform with the entrance platform; the horizontal corridor is also a corridor for communicating the stairs with the entrance platform; the multi-storey residential building fully utilizes the space of the stairs dismantled in the multi-storey residential building, and is provided with a communication channel for flat-storey entrance. The invention can save the construction cost of the newly-built channel, does not change the entrance door position of the multi-storey house and the use layout of the multi-storey house, and improves the entrance efficiency. Detailed Description

The invention relates to a flat-layer entrance passage for an additionally-installed elevator of a multi-storey house, which comprises an elevator hoistway 3, a corridor 2, a transfer platform 1, an outer wall newly-opened door opening 44, an entrance platform 41 and the like.
The first way to achieve flat floor entry is as follows:
the cross-section of the flat-storey entrance passageway constructed by the removed part of the existing stairway space is shown in fig. 1.
A flat floor access shaft plan arrangement is built using the removed part of the existing stairway space as shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the horizontal corridor 2 is composed of an inner corridor 21 of the building, an outer corridor 22 of the building, a corridor guardrail 23 and a newly opened door opening 44, and the horizontal corridor 2 can directly come out of the elevator door 31 and horizontally move to reach the positions of an entrance platform 41 and an entrance door 46 of the multi-storey house.
In order to enter a house on a flat floor, a flat floor entrance channel connected with the entrance platform 41 on each floor needs to be newly built on the entrance platform 41 on each floor, firstly, the outer wall is opened to form a new door opening 44 on the stair turning platform 43 of the multi-floor residential building, and a newly added stair 5 is built on the extension line of the existing stair 42 and reaches the position of the stair turning platform 1; then the stair step 42 and the turning platform 43 on the other side are dismantled; and finally, erecting a horizontal corridor 2, connecting one end of the horizontal corridor to the rotary ladder platform 1, and connecting the horizontal corridor to an entrance platform 41 and an entrance door 46 of the multi-storey residence through a newly opened door opening 44 to realize flat-storey entrance.
The second method for realizing flat floor entry is as follows:
the space for removing all the existing stairs is used to build a flat-layer entrance passage section view as shown in figure 3.
A flat-storey entrance walkway plan arrangement is created using the space where all existing stairways are removed as shown in figure 4.
As can be seen from fig. 3 and 4, the horizontal corridor 2 is composed of the building inner corridor 21, the building outer corridor 22, the corridor guardrail 23 and a newly opened door opening 44 for corridor entrance, and the horizontal corridor 2 can directly come out of the elevator door 31 and can horizontally move to reach the positions of the entrance platform 41 and the entrance door 46 of the multi-storey house.
In order to enter a house on a flat floor, a channel for entering the house on the flat floor needs to be newly built at the position of a landing platform 41 on each floor, firstly, a newly added stair 5 and a turning platform 1 are built at the position of an elevator shaft 3 depending on the structure of the elevator shaft 3, and then all the existing stairs 4 and turning platforms 43 are removed; and a door opening 44 is formed at the elevation position of the service platform 41, and a horizontal corridor 2 is erected and connected to the rotary ladder platform 1, so that flat-floor service is realized.
Example one, elevator-taking and house-entering method for realizing flat-layer house-entering
When people and goods arrive at the entrance floor from the downstairs by the elevator, the elevator car 32 running in the elevator shaft 3 stops, and people and goods coming out of the elevator door 31 enter the transfer platform 1, enter the external corridor 22, pass through the newly opened door opening 44 and arrive at the internal corridor 21; finally, the landing platform 41 and the landing door 46 of the multi-storey house are reached, and the aim of landing the people and the articles after the elevator is lifted is fulfilled.
Example two, method for going downstairs and taking stairs for realizing flat-floor entrance
When people and goods come out from the gate 46 of the upstairs home, pass through the landing 41 of the multi-storey house, enter the internal corridor 21, pass through the newly opened door opening 44, and reach the external corridor 22; finally, the elevator arrives at the elevator-rotating platform 2 and arrives at the outer side of the elevator door 31; the elevator car 32 in the elevator shaft 3 is stopped at the position by pressing the elevator riding button, the elevator door 31 is opened, and people and articles enter the elevator car 32, so that the aim that the people and the articles can take the elevator to go downstairs by moving horizontally from the floor is fulfilled.
Example three, method for completely removing stairs of multi-storey residential building and newly adding stairs as fire fighting access
Firstly, building a newly-added stair 5 and a turning platform 1 at the position of an elevator shaft 3 depending on the structure of the elevator shaft 3, and then removing all the existing stairs 4 and the turning platform 43; by utilizing the removed space, a door opening 44 is firstly opened at the position of the flat floor entrance elevation, and the horizontal corridor 2 is erected, so that a stair formed by the newly added stair 5 and the horizontal corridor 2 is built, and the function of a fire fighting channel is borne.
Example four, method for removing part of stairs of multi-storey residential building and adding stairs to serve as fire fighting access
Firstly, at the position of a multi-storey residential stair turning platform 43, an outer wall is cut through to form a door opening 44, and a newly added stair 5 is constructed to be positioned on an extension line of an existing stair 42 and directly reach the position of the turning platform 1; then the stair step 42 and the turning platform 43 on the other side are dismantled; and finally, erecting a horizontal corridor 2, and thus establishing a new fire fighting passage which is formed by part of the existing stairs 4, the newly-added stairs 5, the horizontal corridor 2 and the transfer platform 1.

The elevator shaft is a vertical running channel additionally provided with an elevator; the rotary ladder platform is a platform connected with the end part of a newly-increased stair and an elevator door on the outer side of the multi-storey residence; the horizontal corridor is a corridor for communicating the rotary ladder platform with the entrance platform; the horizontal corridor is a corridor communicated with the entrance platform by the stairs; the horizontal corridor utilizes the space of stairs dismantled in the multi-storey residence; the newly opened door opening is arranged on the outer wall of the multi-storey house, and the vestibules arranged inside and outside the multi-storey house are communicated with the stairs.

5. The flat-floor entrance passage and entrance method for the multi-storey residential building with elevators according to claim 1, wherein the landing for transferring is a landing for connecting the newly added stairway, the elevator shaft and the flat-floor entrance horizontal corridor.
