Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for determining a personnel processing mode and a data processing platform. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring identification information of a target object; calling associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information of the target object, wherein the associated information is information which is obtained from at least one data acquisition device in advance and stored in the preset storage medium and carries state identification information of the target object; and determining a processing mode of the target object according to the state identification information. The invention solves the technical problems of large manual dependence and low intelligent degree of a mode for managing personnel in the related technology, which causes large limitation.

Technical Field

Optionally, the obtaining of the identification information of the target object includes at least one of: acquiring the identification information by receiving the information of the target object pushed by the terminal equipment carried by the target object; acquiring identification information of the target object by scanning a preset certificate carried by the target object; and acquiring the identification information of the target object by identifying the image of the target object.

A station-code: for the places where the wireless equipment cannot be provided temporarily, the places can be registered to generate a special two-dimensional code to be pasted at an entrance and an exit, the visiting user can scan the two-dimensional code of the places and input identity information to register (the state identification code data of the government department is automatically called by a background), and a place manager can check the state identification code state of the visiting user in real time; the user enters the same place again, and when the two-dimensional code is scanned, the user does not need to register again, can acquire the state of the state identification code in real time and quickly pass through the state identification code.
In an optional embodiment, an identity card scanning mode is required for some important places, and because the important places have better requirements on the accuracy of personnel information, the identity card information of personnel needs to be read and face identification confirmation needs to be carried out, so that the authenticity and integrity of the personnel information are ensured. And after the health code is displayed to be qualified, the user can enter the health code.
FIG. 8 is a flowchart of a user ID card swiping identification according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 8, determining that there is a user waiting for entry; the front-end equipment performs authentication-integration comparison, the data processing platform acquires and stores identity card information and human photo information, the data processing platform background sets statistical equipment information and equipment organization information through an interface at the moment, and the data service platform background periodically pulls the identity card comparison information through the interface; uploading the identity card number to a big data state identification code interface to obtain the state of the state identification code; the data processing platform is transmitted to the front-end equipment through the interface; and judging whether the state identification code is green, if so, normally releasing, otherwise, prompting by sound, and intercepting by a worker.
Aiming at public places, a two-dimensional code scanning mode and an identity card scanning mode can be realized. The two-dimension code scanning mode is mainly characterized in that a user provides a personnel information two-dimension code, a manager scans the two-dimension code, after scanning is successful, the system calls a health code acquisition interface of a province and government department through the user information to acquire the state of a health code of the user, and the user is automatically released or intercepted according to the related state; the identity card scanning mode is mainly that a user can also provide an identity card, and a manager inputs an identity card number, an identity card reader, a camera and the like in a management terminal to finish state identification code inquiry.
Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a two-dimensional code scanning manner for a person according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, it is determined that there is a user waiting to enter, and whether the user has registered on the data processing platform is determined, if yes, a manager inputs an identity card number of the user, or the manager scans a two-dimensional code generated by the user and obtains a status identification code of the user through user information; otherwise, the staff intercepts and requires the user to fill in the registry, and acquires the state identification code of the user through the registration information; and judging whether the state identification code is green, if so, normally releasing, otherwise, intercepting by the staff.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of code scanning service location initialization according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a location number, a service location name, a responsible person mobile phone, and a service location detail use address need to be filled in. Each staff management service network point needs to be initialized in a system service background before being used, so as to be convenient for being bound with user information during user tracking, and relevant information comprises: the position number, the position name of the service place, the responsible person, the mobile phone of the responsible person and the service place use the address to be noticed in detail, and the position number and the position name of the service place as key items bound and traced with the position information of the user can not be changed at will; and each place information can be generated into a two-digit code by a manager for scanning and information binding by a common user.
In addition, the user can acquire the state of the state identification code in an autonomous code scanning mode, the user can register through the data processing platform to form a personal information binary code, and the administrator scans and then displays the user state identification code, if the user uses the program for the first time, the information registration is needed. Aiming at users without two-dimensional codes or abnormal mobile phones, the administrator can be informed of personal information, including names, identity numbers and mobile phone numbers, and after the administrator inputs the information in the management APP of the mobile phone, the state identification code state of the personnel can be inquired.
Further, the user can acquire the personnel identity card information by calling the camera of the terminal equipment to acquire the image, and can acquire the personnel state identification code through the personnel information.
In addition, the management and the transportation can acquire the personnel information through a reader, specifically, the personnel information is acquired through a Bluetooth mobile phone reader, and the personnel information is transmitted to a mobile phone through a Bluetooth mode so that the personnel state identification code can be acquired through the personnel information.
According to the mobile place, a two-dimension code scanning mode can be adopted to obtain the state identification code, the user provides the personnel information two-dimension code, the personnel information two-dimension code is scanned by a manager, after the scanning is successful, the system calls a state identification code obtaining interface of a government department through the user information to obtain the state of the user state identification code, and the user is automatically released or intercepted according to the related state.
For a mobile place, in the embodiment of the present invention, initialization processing may also be performed by scanning public transportation vehicles, each transportation vehicle needs to be initialized in a system service background before being used, so as to be bound with user information when a user tracks, and the related information includes: license plate, vehicle service type, responsible person's cell-phone. It should be noted here that the license plate is not freely modified as a key item for tracing the binding with the user location information, and each public transportation means can generate a two-digit code by a driver for scanning and information binding by a common user.
In addition, the user can scan the two-dimensional code of the public transportation means, and then the driver can obtain the state identification code of the user to determine whether the user is allowed to get on or off the vehicle.
In an optional embodiment, in the embodiment of the present invention, a whole member classification is further performed, which may specifically be: mobile phone carrying personnel and no mobile phone carrying personnel. Specifically, for personnel carrying the mobile phone, personal information can be submitted in modes of scanning, non-feeling and the like, so that managers can conveniently check health codes of the personnel; aiming at the old people without the mobile phone and the abnormal people of the mobile phone, the method can provide personal information in the modes of identity cards or identity card information and the like, and can be convenient for managers to check the state identification codes of the people.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, acquiring the state identification information of the target object according to the association information of the target object and the current position information includes: generating a personnel identification code of the target object according to the identification information; generating a place identification code of a place where the target object is located according to the current position information; and generating target object state identification information according to the personnel identification code and the place identification code.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a data processing platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, a terminal device may be used to scan a two-dimensional code of a person (i.e., a person identification code) and a two-dimensional code of a place (i.e., a place identification code), and the terminal device may be used to shoot a person identification card for identification card identification, and in addition, for the identification card, information carried by the identification card may also be identified by a reader; the Mac address of the terminal equipment can be read by using the appointed WiFi, the information of personnel is acquired through the cloud platform and is processed on the data processing platform, the state identification code is acquired from the state identification code system through the state identification code interface, and the state identification code is presented to the terminal equipment through the data processing platform.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, in a case where the status identification information is the status identification code, determining a processing manner for the target object according to the status identification information includes at least one of: when the state identification information is green, determining a place corresponding to the target object passing through the current position; when the state identification information is yellow, generating prompt information to determine that the target object cannot pass through the place corresponding to the current position; and when the state identification information is red, generating alarm information, and pushing the alarm information to a preset terminal device.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, after determining the processing method for the target object according to the state identification information, the method for determining the human processing method further includes: storing the activity place of the target object according to the state identification information; and determining a preset object in a range corresponding to the activity place of the target object, wherein the activity range of the target object is smaller than a preset threshold value, and acquiring and storing identification information of the preset object.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data processing platform can record and store the entrance and exit conditions of personnel in each scene in real time through WIFI special equipment and a code scanning mode, and the entrance and exit conditions are summarized and presented to a report form for the management personnel to check; on the contrary, the manager can screen the personnel scene tracing information according to the relevant fields, including name, identification card number, telephone number, time, position number and name.
By the method for determining the personnel processing mode, the state information identification code of the personnel can be quickly acquired by detecting the human face, the MAC, the two-dimensional code, the ID card information and the like, so that the state of the personnel entering a place, such as the health state, whether illegal behaviors exist or not, can be known. In addition, through the step of confirming the state identification information, the personnel identity information and the place information are obtained at the background so as to determine the fixed and complete personnel obtaining place, and the personnel activity range tracing and epidemic situation tracing are facilitated. In addition, the personnel information is queried in real time to obtain information such as activity places, health states and the like of the personnel.
In addition, the data processing platform of the embodiment of the invention realizes informatization based on a cloud platform, combination of the Internet and intelligent hardware, and forms required data and information by using the information of population, places and equipment on the data platform in an Internet way, and provides support for decision making after big data analysis. Advanced internet of things technology, informatization technology and big data technology are fully utilized, rapid, convenient and non-sensitive personnel information collection and personnel health code information display of common residents in various places and different scenes are achieved, and comprehensive management of resident identity information, place information, resident activity place information and resident health information is achieved.
The data processing platform provided by the embodiment of the invention can be compatible with various information collection hardware, including: cell-phone terminal, ID card reader, WIFI network equipment etc. along with the increase of demand, can also compatible body temperature check out test set, video equipment, NFC, bluetooth terminal etc. in the future, satisfy more scene demands. Therefore, the data processing platform and the method for determining the personnel processing mode provided by the embodiment of the invention can be in butt joint with other systems such as government affair systems, fire fighting systems, population management and control systems and the like in the future, so that the sharing and analysis of data and information are realized.

As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiments of the present application, the first obtaining unit may be used to obtain the identification information of the target object; the first calling unit calls the associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information of the target object, wherein the associated information is information which is obtained from at least one data acquisition device in advance and stored in the preset storage medium and carries state identification information of the target object; the first determination unit determines a processing manner for the target object based on the state identification information. 1. A method for determining a personnel processing mode is applied to a personnel information processing platform and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identification information of a target object;
calling associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information of the target object, wherein the associated information is information which is acquired from at least one data acquisition device in advance and stored in the preset storage medium, and carries state identification information of the target object;
and determining a processing mode of the target object according to the state identification information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the manner of processing the target object based on the state identification information comprises:
acquiring current position information of the target object;
acquiring state identification information of the target object according to the association information of the target object and the current position information;
and determining a processing mode of the target object according to the state identification information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the identification information of the target object comprises at least one of:
acquiring the identification information by receiving the information of the target object pushed by the terminal equipment carried by the target object;
acquiring identification information of the target object by scanning a preset certificate carried by the target object;
and acquiring the identification information of the target object by identifying the image of the target object.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the retrieving the association information of the target object from a predetermined storage medium according to the identification information of the target object, the method further comprises:
acquiring object information of the target object;
storing the object information of the target object to the predetermined storage medium by taking the identification information of the target object as an information search field;
wherein the acquiring of the object information of the target object includes:
constructing a data pushing relation between the data acquisition equipment and the data acquisition equipment in a pre-embedding manner;
acquiring object information of the target object pushed by the at least one data acquisition device.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to said obtaining current location information of the target object, the method further comprises:
determining a plurality of sites within a target area;
and carrying out place classification on the places according to the characteristic information of the places to obtain places of different types.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining the state identification information of the target object according to the association information of the target object and the current position information comprises:
generating a personnel identification code of the target object according to the identification information;
generating a place identification code of the place where the target object is located according to the current position information;
and generating the state identification information of the target object according to the personnel identification code and the place identification code.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein, in the case that the status identification information is a status identification code, the determining a processing manner for the target object according to the status identification information includes at least one of:
when the state identification code is green, determining that the target object passes through a place corresponding to the current position;
when the state identification code is yellow, generating prompt information to determine that the target object cannot pass through the place corresponding to the current position;
and when the state identification code is red, generating alarm information, and pushing the alarm information to a preset terminal device.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after determining the processing manner of the target object according to the state identification information, the method further comprises:
storing the activity place of the target object according to the state identification information;
and determining a preset object in a range corresponding to the activity place of the target object, wherein the activity range of the target object and the preset object are smaller than a preset threshold value, and acquiring and storing identification information of the preset object.
9. A method for pushing personnel information, which is applied to the personnel information processing platform of any one of the above claims 1 to 8, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a data request message, wherein the data request message is used for requesting to acquire information of a target object;
responding to the data request message, and acquiring the identification information of the target object, the object type for sending the data request message and a data receiving object from the data request message;
calling the associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information;
processing the called information of the target object according to the object type and a preset rule to obtain information in a preset format;
and pushing the information in the preset format to the data receiving object.
10. A personnel processing mode determining device is applied to a personnel information processing platform and comprises the following components:
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire identification information of a target object;
the first calling unit is used for calling the associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information of the target object, wherein the associated information is information which is obtained from at least one data acquisition device in advance and stored in the preset storage medium, and carries state identification information of the target object;
and the first determining unit is used for determining a processing mode of the target object according to the state identification information.
11. A personnel information pushing device applied to the personnel information processing platform of any one of the claims 1 to 8, comprising:
the device comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a data request message, and the data request message is used for requesting to acquire the information of a target object;
a response unit, configured to respond to the data request message, and obtain, from the data request message, identification information of the target object, an object type of the data request message, and a data receiving object;
the second calling unit is used for calling the associated information of the target object from a preset storage medium according to the identification information;
the processing unit is used for processing the called information of the target object according to the object type and a preset rule to obtain information in a preset format;
and the pushing unit is used for pushing the information in the preset format to the data receiving object.
12. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the method for determining a person handling manner according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and/or the method for pushing person information according to claim 9.
13. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the method for determining the human processing manner according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and/or the method for pushing the human information according to claim 9.
14. A data processing platform, comprising:
a memory, a processor coupled with the memory, the memory and the processor communicating over a bus system;
the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program, when executed by the processor, controls the device in which the memory is located to execute the method for determining the personnel handling mode according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and/or the method for pushing the personnel information according to claim 9;
the processor is configured to execute a program, where the program executes a method for determining a human processing manner according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and/or a method for pushing human information according to claim 9.
