Abstract
本发明公开了一种超薄金属板焊接工艺、复合水管及其生产设备,本发明中通过设置在制管加工前设置第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊,利用第一折弯辊的折弯槽与第二折弯辊的折弯凸台之间的连接配合,以将超薄金属板左右两侧边向下翻折形成折弯部,使超薄金属板卷弯时通过两折弯部的贴合增大超薄金属板两侧之间的连接面积,从而使超薄金属板卷弯焊接时焊接面积大,使超薄金属板焊接形成金属管后连接更稳固,焊接质量更高;而且本发明通过将水管内置金属管,使本发明的水管使用寿命更长,也保证本发明的水管不会污染水质。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种超薄金属板焊接工艺、复合水管及其生产设备。
背景技术
现有大部分的塑胶水管通常是通过注塑机直接制造而成,但该种塑胶水管使用一段时间后,塑料会污染水质;同时在金属管生产时将金属板直接翻卷成管状结构,然后进行焊接,但该种焊接方式由于金属板厚度过薄,卷弯后连接面积少,使可焊接面积少,从而导致焊接不牢固,焊接后的金属管容易出现裂缝。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种焊接质量高的超薄金属板焊接工艺、复合水管及其生产设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的方案为:一种超薄金属板焊接工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将超薄金属板两侧向上或向下折弯形成两侧同向的折弯部;
S2、将上述超薄金属板卷弯使两侧的折弯部贴合;
S3、对贴合后的两侧折弯部进行焊接形成金属管。
一种复合水管,包括内层管与覆盖于内层管外表面的外层管,所述外层管为塑胶管,所述内层管为由上述超薄金属板焊接工艺形成的金属管。
本发明还包括复合水管的生产设备,该生产设备包括沿输送方向依次设置的套装有超薄金属板卷带的放卷辊、制管机、焊接机、清洗机、注胶机、注塑机、冷却槽、牵引机与切管机,所述制管机包括第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊,所述第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊水平方向设置且第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊上下对设,所述第一折弯辊外侧面上开有连接凹槽,所述连接凹槽环形延伸于所述第一折弯辊外侧面上,所述连接凹槽的槽宽与超薄金属板的宽度相等,且该连接凹槽的底面两侧边上分别开有沿连接凹槽长度方向延伸的折弯槽,所述第二折弯辊外侧面上成形有连接凸台,所述连接凸台环形设置,该连接凸台的宽度与所述连接凹槽的宽度相同用于与连接凹槽上下相连接配合,同时所述连接凸台顶面的两侧边上还分别成形有折弯凸台,所述第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊相连接配合时超薄金属板通过所述折弯槽与折弯凸台之间的间隙时折弯槽与折弯凸台相配合将超薄金属板的左右两侧边向下翻折形成折弯部。
本发明的有益效果为:使超薄金属管的焊接质量更高,在本发明中通过设置在制管加工前设置第一折弯辊与第二折弯辊,利用第一折弯辊的折弯槽与第二折弯辊的折弯凸台之间的连接配合,以将超薄金属板左右两侧边向下翻折形成折弯部,使超薄金属板卷弯时通过两折弯部的贴合增大超薄金属板两侧之间的连接面积,从而使超薄金属板卷弯焊接时焊接面积大,使超薄金属板焊接形成金属管后连接更稳固,焊接质量更高;而且本发明通过将水管内置金属管,使本发明的水管使用寿命更长,也保证本发明的水管不会污染水质。
进一步地,所述焊接机为氩弧焊焊接机。
进一步地,所述折弯槽由第一斜坡、底槽与第二斜坡组成,所述第一斜坡、底槽与第二斜坡由外向内依次相连设置且第一斜坡、底槽与第二斜坡沿所述折弯槽长度方向延伸,所述第一斜坡由外向内直线倾斜向下设置,所述第二斜坡由外向内弧形倾斜向上设置。
进一步地,所述折弯凸台由第三斜坡与第四斜坡组成,所述第三斜坡与第四斜坡由外向内依次相连设置且第三斜坡与第四斜坡沿所述折弯凸台长度方向延伸,所述第三斜坡由外向内直线倾斜向上设置用于与所述第一斜坡相贴合,所述第四斜坡由外向内弧形倾斜向下设置用于与所述第二斜坡相贴合,其中第三斜坡与第四斜坡之间的交汇处于所述连接凹槽与连接凸台相连接时位于所述底槽的正下方。本发明采用上述结构后,配合折弯槽,可以使超薄金属板的左右两侧边向下进行翻折形成折弯部。
进一步地,所述折弯槽与折弯凸台之间的间隙与超薄金属板的厚度相等。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
参见附图1至附图7所示,一种超薄金属板焊接工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将超薄金属板两侧向上或向下折弯形成两侧同向的折弯部a21。
S2、将上述超薄金属板卷弯使两侧的折弯部a21贴合。
S3、对贴合后的两侧折弯部a21进行焊形成金属管。
一种复合水管,包括内层管a2与覆盖于内层管a2外表面的外层管a1,外层管a1为塑胶管,内层管a2为由超薄金属板焊接工艺形成的金属管。
一种复合水管的生产设备,包括沿输送方向依次设置的套装有超薄金属板卷带的放卷辊1、制管机2、焊接机3、清洗机4、注胶机5、注塑机6、冷却槽7、牵引机8与切管机9,制管机2包括第一折弯辊21与第二折弯辊22,第一折弯辊21与第二折弯辊22水平方向设置且第一折弯辊21与第二折弯辊22上下对设,第一折弯辊21外侧面上开有连接凹槽211,连接凹槽211环形延伸于第一折弯辊21外侧面上,连接凹槽211的槽宽与超薄金属板的宽度相等,且该连接凹槽211的底面两侧边上分别开有沿连接凹槽211长度方向延伸的折弯槽212,折弯槽212由第一斜坡2121、底槽2122与第二斜坡2123组成,第一斜坡2121、底槽2122与第二斜坡2123由外向内依次相连设置且第一斜坡2121、底槽2122与第二斜坡2123沿折弯槽212长度方向延伸,第一斜坡2121由外向内直线倾斜向下设置,第二斜坡2123由外向内弧形倾斜向上设置;其中,焊接机3为氩弧焊焊接机3。其中,本实施例的超薄金属板厚度小于0.12mm。

在本实施例中,折弯槽212与折弯凸台222之间的间隙与超薄金属板的厚度相等。
本实施例的复合水管的生产工艺为:
S1、控制放卷辊1放卷超薄金属板卷带,超薄金属板进入制管机2后先通过第一折弯辊21与第二折弯辊22之间的间隙使超薄金属板左右两侧边向下翻折形成折弯部a21,然后将超薄金属板制成管状结构并输出至焊接机3中;具体地,超薄金属板通过第一折弯辊21与第二折弯辊22之间的间隙时,通过折弯槽212与折弯凸台222之间的配合,使超薄金属板的左右两侧边向下翻折形成折弯部a21,然后再通过制管机2中的弯管机构将超薄金属板的左右两侧板向上卷弯形成管状结构,此时超薄金属板左右两侧边的折弯部a21相紧贴,如此可以便于后续进行焊接。
S2、焊接机3将步骤S1中的管状超薄金属板焊接形成金属管,然后输出至清洗机4中将焊接后的金属管清洗;其中,在焊接机3中,对金属板左右两侧边贴合的折弯部a21进行焊接以形成金属管,如此与传统相比,本实施例的金属板焊接处面积大使焊接牢固。
S3、将步骤S2清洗后的金属管输出至注胶机5中对金属管的外表面进行注胶,然后输出至注塑机6中对金属管外表面进行注塑形成水管;其中注胶机5对金属管进行上胶以便于后续注塑工序,而在注塑机6中,注塑机6向金属管外表面注塑形成一层塑料层,如此可以形成水管,与传统的水管相比较,本实施例的水管内含金属管,且该金属管为不锈钢材质,使水通过本实施例的水管时是从金属管内部流动,不会受塑料影响,防止使用一段时间后塑料的有毒杂质污染通过本实施例的水。
S4、将步骤S3注塑后形成的水管输出至冷却槽7中进行冷却,然后通过牵引机8后再进行切管机9中进行切管。

1.一种超薄金属板焊接工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将超薄金属板两侧向上或向下折弯形成两侧同向的折弯部(a21);
S2、将上述超薄金属板卷弯使两侧的折弯部(a21)贴合;
S3、对贴合后的两侧折弯部(a21)进行焊形成金属管。
2.一种复合水管,其特征在于:包括内层管(a2)与覆盖于内层管(a2)外表面的外层管(a1),所述外层管(a1)为塑胶管,所述内层管(a2)为由权利要求1所述的超薄金属板焊接工艺形成的金属管。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的复合水管的生产设备,其特征在于:包括沿输送方向依次设置的套装有超薄金属板卷带的放卷辊(1)、制管机(2)、焊接机(3)、清洗机(4)、注胶机(5)、注塑机(6)、冷却槽(7)、牵引机(8)与切管机(9),所述制管机(2)包括第一折弯辊(21)与第二折弯辊(22),所述第一折弯辊(21)与第二折弯辊(22)水平方向设置且第一折弯辊(21)与第二折弯辊(22)上下对设,所述第一折弯辊(21)外侧面上开有连接凹槽(211),所述连接凹槽(211)环形延伸于所述第一折弯辊(21)外侧面上,所述连接凹槽(211)的槽宽与超薄金属板的宽度相等,且该连接凹槽(211)的底面两侧边上分别开有沿连接凹槽(211)长度方向延伸的折弯槽(212),所述第二折弯辊(22)外侧面上成形有连接凸台(221),所述连接凸台(221)环形设置,该连接凸台(221)的宽度与所述连接凹槽(211)的宽度相同用于与连接凹槽(211)上下相连接配合,同时所述连接凸台(221)顶面的两侧边上还分别成形有折弯凸台(222),所述第一折弯辊(21)与第二折弯辊(22)相连接配合时超薄金属板通过所述折弯槽(212)与折弯凸台(222)之间的间隙时折弯槽(212)与折弯凸台(222)相配合将超薄金属板的左右两侧边向下翻折形成所述折弯部(a21)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合水管的生产设备,其特征在于:所述焊接机(3)为氩弧焊焊接机(3)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合水管的生产设备,其特征在于:所述折弯槽(212)由第一斜坡(2121)、底槽(2122)与第二斜坡(2123)组成,所述第一斜坡(2121)、底槽(2122)与第二斜坡(2123)由外向内依次相连设置且第一斜坡(2121)、底槽(2122)与第二斜坡(2123)沿所述折弯槽(212)长度方向延伸,所述第一斜坡(2121)由外向内直线倾斜向下设置,所述第二斜坡(2123)由外向内弧形倾斜向上设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种复合水管的生产设备,其特征在于:所述折弯凸台(222)由第三斜坡(2221)与第四斜坡(2222)组成,所述第三斜坡(2221)与第四斜坡(2222)由外向内依次相连设置且第三斜坡(2221)与第四斜坡(2222)沿所述折弯凸台(222)长度方向延伸,所述第三斜坡(2221)由外向内直线倾斜向上设置用于与所述第一斜坡(2121)相贴合,所述第四斜坡(2222)由外向内弧形倾斜向下设置用于与所述第二斜坡(2123)相贴合,其中第三斜坡(2221)与第四斜坡(2222)之间的交汇处于所述连接凹槽(211)与连接凸台(221)相连接时位于所述底槽(2122)的正下方。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合水管的生产设备,其特征在于:所述折弯槽(212)与折弯凸台(222)之间的间隙与超薄金属板的厚度相等。
