The detector unit comprises a temperature detection module, a rotating speed detection module and a stress detection module; different detection modules are configured with corresponding sensors.
The feed unit includes a shutoff valve control switch.
When small particles such as stones and other hard objects are mixed in the forage to be smashed, the hard objects impact the sensor of the detector unit, so that the vibration of the sensor is greatly changed, and abnormal data different from all the forage is fed back. The noise of the signal emitted by the detector module changes suddenly so much that the electronic control unit of the chopper can register a change. Then, the main controller sends a stop command to a cut-off valve control switch of the feeding unit to stop feeding, thereby preventing hard objects from reaching the crushing blade to cause abrasion.
