一种对体液样本游离DNA进行文库构建的方法，包括利用转座酶或内切酶直接作用于体液样本，将其中游离DNA片段化，然后进行扩增获得文库。还提供了利用该方法进行产前诊断或癌症早期发现的试剂盒。
