Abstract
本发明涉及一种护肝、解酒的营养保健制剂的配
制方法，本发明采用天然牡蛎提取物为主要原料，配
以牛磺酸、HYTHIOL等成分精制而成。制成片剂、
胶囊、口服液等各种剂型，是解酒、保护滋养肝脏，解
除酒后头痛、乏力、眩晕、全身倦怠，防止酒精性肝硬
化的良药。
Description
本发明涉及一种解酒、保护滋养肝脏的营养保健制剂的配制方法。
目前，解酒护肝制剂多以中草药为主要成份，如葛根等，而本发明则采用天然牡蛎提取物为主要原料，配以牛黄酸、HYTIOL等成份精制而成。其作用是促进酒精代谢，防止酒精性肝损伤，同时促进肝损伤细胞的修复和再生，防止酒精性肝硬化的发生。大量的医学实践证明，天然牡蛎提取物和牛黄酸能积极稳定肝细胞膜，促进肝细胞再生，保护肝功能作用，而HYTHIOL成份则可以增强乙醇代谢酶活性，加快乙醇的分解代谢，防止有毒物质的聚集，从而减轻肝脏负担，消除酒醉（酒精中毒）症状。
本发明是采用中国专利94101124.0获得的天然牡蛎提取物，配以牛黄酸、HYTHIOL等成份精制而成，每片剂重为400mg，其配方为：
牡蛎精粉 30～50份（重量）
牛磺酸 5～10份（重量）
HYTHIOL 5～10份（重量）
辅料 40～50份（重量）
实施例：
取牡蛎精粉15g，牛磺酸0.5g，HYTHIOL4.2g，辅料20g，粉碎筛滤后，按比例混合均匀，即可压片，制成1000片该制剂，经片粒化验合格后，即可上包装机包装。
本发明改变辅料可制胶囊、口服液以及其他剂型。
本发明具有以下优点：
1、本制剂是口服制剂，方便适用。
2、本制剂具有滋养，保护肝脏的功能。
3、本制剂有解酒功效。饮酒前服用可保护肝脏，免受酒精的损害，同时，也能使饮酒者保护清醒，思维敏捷。醉酒之后服用可缓解酒醉状况，亦可解除酒后头痛、呕吐、眩晕，全身倦怠等不适。
4、本制剂是一种保健营养品，长期服用无副作用。对于嗜酒者，长期服用本制剂，可防止酒精性肝硬化。
Claims (4)
1、一种护肝、解酒营养保健制剂的配制方法，其特征在于以牡蛎提取物为主要原料，并配以牛磺酸、HYTHIOL等成份。
2、根据权利要求1、其特征在于其制剂含有：
牡蛎提取物 30～50份（重量）
牛磺酸 5～10份（重量）
HYTHIOL 5～10份（重量）
辅料 40～50份（重量）
3、根据权利要求1、2的制剂，其特征在于该制剂是片剂。
4、根据权利要求1、2的制剂，其特征在于该制剂可以是胶囊、口服液、颗粒状及其它剂型。
