Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water drinking device, when the water drinking device is not used, a water outlet is covered by a dustproof baffle, and the water outlet can be prevented from being polluted.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water dispenser, comprising a water tank, a water intake assembly and a water outlet, which are connected in sequence, wherein the water intake assembly comprises a switch, the water dispenser further comprises a water intake trigger member for driving the switch to be turned on and off, the water intake trigger member can move between a trigger position and an idle position, in the triggering position, the water taking triggering part drives the switch to be turned on, in the idle position, the water taking triggering part does not drive the switch any more, the drinking device also comprises a dustproof baffle which can move between a dustproof position and a water taking position, in the dustproof position, the dustproof baffle covers the water outlet, in the water taking position, the dustproof baffle leaves the water outlet, dustproof baffle with the water intaking triggers the piece interlock, the water intaking triggers the piece from idle position moves to when triggering the position, dustproof baffle follows dustproof position moves to the water intaking position.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the water intake trigger and the dust-proof shutter are integrally provided.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the water getting trigger extends in a vertical direction and moves in a horizontal direction to switch between the idle position and the trigger position; the dust-proof baffle extends along the horizontal direction and moves along the horizontal direction to switch between the dust-proof position and the water taking position.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet is disposed on a support plate, and the water intake trigger is slidably coupled to the support plate to switch between the idle position and the trigger position.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the water intake trigger and the dust-proof shutter are provided on the same side of the support plate.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the water dispenser further includes a water outlet driving member connected to the water taking triggering member, and the water taking triggering member and the water outlet driving member are respectively located at two sides of the supporting plate.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the switch moves in a first inclined direction, the water getting trigger moves in a horizontal direction, the water discharge driving member is connected to the water getting trigger and includes a driving portion that drives the switch, the driving portion extends in a second inclined direction, and the second inclined direction is perpendicular to the first inclined direction.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the drinking device further includes a support seat disposed on a side of the support plate away from the water getting trigger, the support seat abuts against the support plate and can slide relative to the support plate, and the water outlet driving member is fixed relative to the support seat.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, a sliding groove extending lengthwise is formed in the support plate, a mounting groove is formed in the support seat, the mounting groove is used for the water outlet driving member to pass through, the length of the mounting groove is smaller than that of the sliding groove, the water outlet driving member can simultaneously pass through the mounting groove and the sliding groove, a protrusion is formed on the support seat, a bayonet is formed in the water outlet driving member, and the bayonet is clamped on the protrusion to fix the water outlet driving member and the support seat relatively.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: because the dustproof baffle has the dustproof position for shielding the water outlet, the water outlet can be prevented from being polluted. Moreover, due to the linkage of the dustproof baffle and the water taking trigger piece, when the water taking trigger piece moves from the idle position to the trigger position, the dustproof baffle moves from the dustproof position to the water taking position, the switch is opened, and water in the water tank can flow to the water outlet which is opened by the dustproof baffle through the water taking device, so that the water taking device is sanitary and is convenient for a user to take water for drinking.
The invention also provides a refrigerator, wherein the door body of the refrigerator is provided with any one of the water drinking devices.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the water drinking device is sanitary and is convenient for users to drink water, so the refrigerator can also be convenient for users to drink water hygienically and conveniently.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the refrigerator 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the drinking device 100 is disposed on the refrigerator 200, the water outlet 120 of the drinking device 100 is disposed outside the door 290 of the refrigerator 200, and a user can take water and drink through the drinking device 100 without opening the door 290 of the refrigerator 200, so that the use is very convenient.
It should be noted that the term "water" is not limited to drinking water, and may be beer, beverage, or the like, and any embodiment similar or equivalent to the embodiment is included in the scope of the present invention.
When water passes through the water outlet 120, the water will flow downwards under the action of gravity in a normal state, and therefore, in the description of the present embodiment, the direction of water outflow in a normal state is taken as a reference, the directions of water outflow of the drinking device 100 are defined as "up" and "down", the direction of water outflow of the drinking device 100 is defined as "vertical", the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction is "horizontal", the direction having a certain included angle with the "vertical" direction is "inclined", the drinking device 100 is "forward" relative to a part close to a user, and the drinking device 100 is "backward" relative to a part far from the user, and these terms indicating the orientation or positional relationship, including but not limited to "up", "down", "vertical", "horizontal", "inclined", "forward" and "backward", are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to has to have a specific orientation, and thus, the water can not be used in the description of the present embodiment Constructed and operative in a particular orientation and therefore should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the drinking device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a water tank 122, a water intake assembly 124, and a water outlet 120 connected in sequence. The water stored in the water tank 122 passes through the water intake assembly 124 and then flows through the water outlet 120, and is available for the user to take.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the water intake assembly 124 includes a switch 126, and the switch 126 is movable between an open position and a closed position. When the switch 126 is in the open position, as shown in FIG. 2, the water outlet 120 and the water tank 122 are in communication via the water intake assembly 124, and water in the water tank 122 can flow to the water outlet 120 via the water intake assembly 124, and can be accessed for consumption by a user. As shown in FIG. 3, when the switch 126 is in the closed position, the water intake assembly 124 is closed and water in the water tank 122 cannot flow through the water intake assembly 124 to the water outlet 120.
The hydration device 100 also includes a water intake trigger 128 that actuates the switch 126 to open, the water intake trigger 128 being movable between a trigger position, as shown in FIG. 2, in which the water intake trigger 128 actuates the switch 126 to open, and an idle position, as shown in FIG. 3, in which the water intake trigger 128 no longer actuates the switch 126.
Preferably, the drinking device 100 further comprises a resilient member 130 for returning the water intake trigger 128 from the trigger position to the idle position.
That is, in this embodiment, as can be seen from the change state of fig. 3 to fig. 2, the operator pushes the water getting trigger 128 to move from the idle position to the trigger position against the elastic force of the elastic member 130 to open the switch 126, and as can be seen from the change state of fig. 2 to fig. 3, the elastic member 130 is reset without any operation by the operator, so that the water getting trigger 128 can automatically move from the trigger position to the idle position to close the switch 126, which is more convenient to use.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the elastic member 130 may not be used, and the water getting trigger 128 may be moved from the triggering position to the idle position by the operation of the user, and any solution similar or identical to the embodiment is covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the switch 126 moves in a first inclined direction to switch between the open position and the closed position, the water intake trigger 128 moves in a horizontal direction to switch between the trigger position and the idle position, the water dispenser 100 further includes a water outlet driving member 132 connected to the water intake trigger 128, the water outlet driving member 132 includes a driving portion 134 for driving the switch 126, and the driving portion 134 extends in a second inclined direction. The second inclination direction is perpendicular to the first inclination direction.
In practical use of the water dispenser 100 of the present embodiment, a user can use a cup to abut against the water intake trigger 128, and the water intake trigger 128 moving horizontally can drive the switch 126 to move along an inclined direction through the water outlet driving member 132, so as to take water.
In this embodiment, the number of the water outlet driving members 132 is two, and the two water outlet driving members 132 are disposed at a certain distance. Two water outlet driving members 132 arranged at a certain distance drive the switch 126 at the same time, so that the stress of the switch 126 is more uniform and the starting is more reliable. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a single water output driving member 132 can also perform the basic function, and all the embodiments similar to or the same as the present embodiment are covered by the present invention.
In this embodiment, the water intake trigger 128 extends along the vertical direction as a whole, the water outlet driving member 132 also extends along the vertical direction as a whole, the water intake trigger 128 and the water outlet driving member 132 are arranged at a certain distance in the horizontal direction, the water intake trigger 128 and the water outlet driving member 132 are connected by the dustproof baffle 136, and the dustproof baffle 136 can move between a water intake position and a dustproof position, as shown in fig. 2, in the water intake position, the dustproof baffle 136 leaves the water outlet 120; in the dust-proof position, the dust-proof shield 136 blocks the water outlet 120, as shown in fig. 3.
Because the dustproof baffle 136 can shield the water outlet 120 when no person takes water, the water outlet 120 can be prevented from being polluted, and the drinking is safer.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the water intake trigger 128 is preferably interlocked with the dust-proof shutter 136, and when the dust-proof shutter 136 moves from the dust-proof position to the water intake position, the water intake trigger 128 moves from the idle position to the trigger position.
In practical use of the water dispenser 100 of the present embodiment, a user can use the cup to abut against the water intake trigger 128 to push the water intake trigger 128 to move from the idle position to the trigger position, meanwhile, the dust-proof baffle 136 can move from the dust-proof position to the water intake position, the dust-proof baffle 136 leaves the water outlet 120, and water in the water tank 122 flows to the cup through the water outlet 120, which is very convenient. After the user stops abutting against water intake trigger 128 and no longer receives water, water intake trigger 128 returns to the idle position from the trigger position, dust-proof baffle 136 also returns to the dust-proof position from the water intake position, and dust-proof baffle 136 can cover water outlet 120, so that water outlet 120 can be prevented from being polluted.
In the present embodiment, the water intake trigger 128 and the dust-proof shutter 136 are preferably provided integrally.
Both an organic whole sets up, can make the water intaking trigger 128 more effective with the interlock of dustproof baffle 136, guarantees the effect of interlock to make watering device 100's use experience more reliable and more stable.
Preferably, the water intake trigger 128 extends in the vertical direction and moves in the horizontal direction to switch between the idle position and the trigger position; the dust-proof shutter 136 extends in the horizontal direction and moves in the horizontal direction to switch between the dust-proof position and the water intake position. The structure is regular and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the present embodiment, preferably, the water outlet 120 is disposed on the supporting plate 138, the drinking device 100 further includes a baffle 140 connected to the supporting plate 138, the supporting plate 138 and the baffle 140 enclose a receiving space, and the receiving space encloses at least a portion of the water intake assembly 124 therein, so as to not only protect the water intake member, but also make the drinking device 100 more beautiful in appearance.
In the preferred embodiment, the water intake trigger 128 is slidably coupled to the support plate 138.
Specifically, the support plate 138 is provided with a sliding slot 142 extending lengthwise, and the water intake trigger 128 is slidably coupled to the sliding slot 142, so that the water intake trigger 128 can slide relative to the support plate 138 to move between the idle position and the trigger position.
In this embodiment, the water outlet 120 is disposed at the front side of the support plate 138, and the slide groove 142 is disposed at the rear side of the support plate 138 with respect to the water outlet 120. The water outlet 120 is located near the front side of the support plate 138 to facilitate the user to take water. The water outlet 120 and the sliding groove 142 are simultaneously arranged on the supporting plate 138, so that the space of the supporting plate 138 can be more effectively utilized, and the structural layout is more reasonable.
The quantity of spout 142 is two, and in the horizontal interval direction of spout 142, two spouts 142 set up respectively in the both sides of delivery port 120, and the structure is regular, can make switch 126 atress balanced moreover, improves operating stability. In the extending direction of the sliding groove 142, the sliding groove 142 may or may not extend to both sides of the water outlet 120, and those skilled in the art may think that the sliding groove may be arranged according to the size requirement, and all the solutions that are the same as or similar to the present embodiment are covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the water intake trigger 128 is not directly mounted in the chute 142, but the water outlet driving member 132 connected to the water intake trigger 128 is mounted in the chute 142, and the water outlet driving member 132 is slidably coupled to the chute 142 so that the water intake trigger 128 is slidably coupled to the chute 142. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the water intake trigger 128 can be directly mounted in the sliding groove 142 and slidably coupled with the sliding groove 142 to switch between the trigger position and the space position, and any arrangement similar or identical to that of the present embodiment is also within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the water intake trigger 128 and the dust-proof shutter 136 are provided on the same side of the support plate 138. Specifically, the water intake assembly 124 is disposed on the upper side of the support plate 138, and the water intake trigger 128 and the dust-proof baffle 136 are disposed on the lower side of the support plate 138, so that the user can conveniently contact the water intake trigger 128 to take water from the drinking device 100 for drinking.
Preferably, the water intake trigger 128 and the water outlet drive 132 are located on opposite sides of the support plate 138.
Specifically, the water intake trigger 128 is disposed at a lower side of the support plate 138, the water intake assembly 124 and the water discharge driving member 132 are disposed at an upper side of the support plate 138, the driving portion 134 of the water discharge driving member 132 directly drives the switch 126 of the water intake assembly 124, and the water intake trigger 128 drives the switch 126 through the water discharge driving member 132. The structure is regular and the layout is reasonable.
Preferably, the drinking device 100 further includes a support 146 disposed on the upper side of the support plate 138 away from the water intake trigger 128, and the support 146 abuts against the support plate 138.
Preferably, the support 146 may be provided with a resilient member 130 that automatically returns the water intake trigger 128 from the trigger position to the idle position. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 130 is a coil spring, one end of the elastic member abuts against the door of the refrigerator 200, the other end of the elastic member abuts against the support 146, and the door of the refrigerator 200 and the support 146 are respectively provided with a convex pillar 158 on which the coil spring can be mounted. Simple structure and reasonable layout.
The support 146 also mounts and secures the water output drive 132, as is preferred in this embodiment.
As mentioned above, the outlet driving member 132 is installed in the sliding slot 142, and the width of the outlet driving member 132 is slightly smaller than the width of the sliding slot 142 for easy installation and sliding, but since the width of the outlet driving member 132 is slightly smaller than the width of the sliding slot 142, the outlet driving member 132 has a risk of falling, and the support 146 can be installed with the outlet driving member 132 fixed and fixed, so as to prevent the outlet driving member 132 from falling.
In this embodiment, the support 146 is provided with a mounting groove 148 through which the water outlet driving member 132 can pass, the length of the mounting groove 148 is smaller than the length of the sliding groove 142, the water outlet driving member 132 can pass through the mounting groove 148 and the sliding groove 142, the support 146 is provided with a protrusion 160, the water outlet driving member 132 is provided with a bayonet 152, and the bayonet 152 is connected to the protrusion 160 in a clamping manner so that the water outlet driving member 132 and the support 146 are relatively fixed.
Specifically, the seat 146 includes a first member 150 disposed on an upper side of the support plate 138 and abutting the support plate 138. The first member 150 is slidable relative to the support plate 138. The mounting groove 148 is disposed on the first member 150, the mounting groove 148 is aligned with the sliding groove 142, and the outlet driving member 132 can pass through the mounting groove 148 and the sliding groove 142 at the same time. The portion of the first member 150 outside the mounting slot 148 abuts the support plate 138 to retain the abutment 146 on the upper side of the support plate 138.
The holder 146 further includes a second member 152 coupled to the first member 150, the second member 152 being disposed on an upper side of the first member 150. A spring-mounting boss 158 is provided on the second part 152. A fixing portion for fixing the outlet water driving member 132 with respect to the support 146 is also provided on the second member 152.
More specifically, the second member 152 includes a first planar surface 154 and a second planar surface 156 that are perpendicular to each other. The first plane 154 is perpendicular to the sliding slot 142, and a boss 158 for mounting a coil spring is disposed on the first plane 154. The second plane 156 is parallel to the sliding groove 142, a protrusion 160 is disposed on the second plane 156, a bayonet 152 is disposed on the water outlet driving member 132, and the bayonet 152 is clamped on the protrusion 160, so that the water outlet driving member 132 and the support 146 are relatively fixed.
In this embodiment, the upper and lower surfaces of the protrusion 160 are inclined surfaces, so that the water outlet driving member 132 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
In this embodiment, the protrusion 160 with a certain thickness is disposed on the support 146, the bayonet 152 not occupying extra space is disposed on the water outlet driving member 132, and the thickness of the water outlet driving member 132 is relatively thin, so that the width of the sliding groove 142 and the mounting groove 148 through which the water outlet driving member 132 passes is relatively small, the sliding stability is ensured, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the present embodiment, the water intake trigger 128, the water outlet driving member 132, and the dust-proof baffle 136 may be integrally provided as a single component, or may be integrally provided in pairs. Of course, the three may be separately provided and then connected by various connection means. Any embodiments similar or equivalent to the embodiments are also within the scope of the present invention.
The present embodiment takes the water dispenser 100 mounted on the door 290 of the refrigerator 200 as an example, and those skilled in the art can understand that the technical solutions of the present embodiment can be used for a single water dispenser 100 or a water dispenser 100 mounted on other products, and all the solutions that are the same as or similar to the present embodiment are covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
