本发明涉及宠物清洁用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种宠物干洗摩丝及制备方法。
背景技术
传统宠物洗护产品如:宠物香波,含大量的表面活性剂,用水产生大量的泡沫,不容易冲洗干净,同时浪费大量的水;特别是在寒冷的季节,宠物怕水也不愿意洗澡,同时洗护清洁效果差,残留大,为此我们提出一种宠物干洗摩丝及制备方法来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在现有的宠物洗护产品洗护清洁效果差,残留大的缺点,而提出的一种宠物干洗摩丝及制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种宠物干洗摩丝,包含有以下质量百分数的组分:
A相:聚季铵盐-40.3%-0.8% ,水:余量;
B相:鲸蜡硬脂醇醚-20 1%-2%,聚乙二醇-14 0.2%-0.5% ,PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%-0.3%,丙二醇 0.3%-0.5%, 0.1%-0.2%;
C相:食用乙醇8%- 10%,稻米淀粉3%-8%,西曲氯铵0.1%-0.5%,硬脂酸镁 0.1-0.5%;
D相:防腐剂 0.4%-0.8%;
E相:丙烷/丁烷 8-10%。
优选的,所述防腐剂为丙酸或二氢吡啶中一种或多种。
优选的,所述水为去离子水或软化水。
一种宠物干洗摩丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将A相中的水加热至80-85度,再加入质量百分数的聚季铵盐-4,保温搅拌至完全溶解;
S2、称取质量百分数的B相各原料并加入到A相中,均质1-3min后,慢速搅拌。
S3、称取质量百分数的C相原料,并放入干净容器中混合,均质1-3min。
S4、将步骤S2中制备的A相与B相的混合物降温到50度,加入步骤S3均质处理后的C相中,搅拌降温至45度,再加入质量百分数的D相和E相原料,搅拌均匀,降温至40度出料。
S5、将步骤S4中的所出物料进行灌装作业;灌装时按8-10%的比例充填丙烷/丁烷,控制瓶内压力0.35-0.45MPa。
本发明提出的一种宠物干洗摩丝及制备方法,有益效果在于:本发明采用稻米淀粉,比传统干洗摩丝添加的玉米淀粉和土豆淀粉具有更强的去污效果;通过添加聚季铵盐-4作为阳离子表面活性剂,同时具有发泡性能和阳离子柔顺效果;通过鲸蜡硬脂醇醚-20和PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷作为混合乳化剂,使干洗摩丝兼顾能温和去污同时具有极少残留。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种宠物干洗摩丝,其特征在于,包含有以下质量百分数的组分:
A相:聚季铵盐-40.3% ,水:余量,其中水为去离子水或软化水;
B相:鲸蜡硬脂醇醚-20 1%,聚乙二醇-14 0.2% ,PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷 0.1%,丙二醇0.3%,大豆油基三甲基氯化铵 0.1%;
C相:食用乙醇8%,稻米淀粉3%,西曲氯铵0.1%,硬脂酸镁 0.1;
D相:防腐剂 0.4%,防腐剂为丙酸或二氢吡啶中一种或多种;
E相:丙烷/丁烷 8%。

S1、将A相中的水加热至85度,再加入质量百分数的聚季铵盐-4,保温搅拌至完全溶解;
S2、称取质量百分数的B相各原料并加入到A相中,均质3min后,慢速搅拌。
S3、称取质量百分数的C相原料,并放入干净容器中混合,均质3min。
S4、将步骤S2中制备的A相与B相的混合物降温到50度,加入步骤S3均质处理后的C相中,搅拌降温至45度,再加入质量百分数的D相和E相原料,搅拌均匀,降温至40度出料。
S5、将步骤S4中的所出物料进行灌装作业;灌装时按10%的比例充填丙烷/丁烷,控制瓶内压力0.45MPa。

A相:聚季铵盐-4 0.7% ,水:余量,其中水为去离子水或软化水;
B相:鲸蜡硬脂醇醚-20 1.5%,聚乙二醇-14 0.4% ,PEG-8聚二甲基硅氧烷 0.2%,丙二醇 0.4%,大豆油基三甲基氯化铵 0.2%;
C相:食用乙醇9%,稻米淀粉6%,西曲氯铵0.4%,硬脂酸镁 0.3%;
D相:防腐剂 0.7%,防腐剂为丙酸或二氢吡啶中一种或多种;
E相:丙烷/丁烷 7%。
一种宠物干洗摩丝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将A相中的水加热至83度,再加入质量百分数的聚季铵盐-4,保温搅拌至完全溶解;
S2、称取质量百分数的B相各原料并加入到A相中,均质2min后,慢速搅拌。
S3、称取质量百分数的C相原料,并放入干净容器中混合,均质2min。
S4、将步骤S2中制备的A相与B相的混合物降温到50度,加入步骤S3均质处理后的C相中,搅拌降温至45度,再加入质量百分数的D相和E相原料,搅拌均匀,降温至40度出料。
S5、将步骤S4中的所出物料进行灌装作业;灌装时按9%的比例充填丙烷/丁烷,控制瓶内压力0.4MPa。

E相:丙烷/丁烷 8-10%。
