Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing device, in particular to a sealing device for the tail end of a coal feeding pipeline of a coking coal feeding vehicle and a using method thereof.
Background
In the production process of the coke oven, coal dust is required to be continuously added in the production process due to the process requirement, a coal feeding port is designed above the coke oven and is filled by a special coal feeding vehicle, a large amount of toxic gases are generated in the production of the coke oven, most of the gases are accumulated on the top of the coke oven, when a furnace cover is opened, the gases are released through the coal feeding port, and meanwhile, some coal dust can escape from the furnace mouth during coal feeding, so that the air is polluted, and serious harm is caused to the body of an operator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sealing device for the tail end of a coal feeding pipeline of a coking coal feeding vehicle and a use method thereof. When the method is used for adding coal into the coke oven, operators can be protected from being injured by toxic gas, and the health of the operators is protected.
The technical scheme includes that the end sealing device of the coal feeding pipeline of the coking coal feeding vehicle comprises a coal feeding pipe, lifting parts, a support, a sealing cover and a sealing ring, wherein the support is arranged above a crossing of the coal feeding pipe, the sealing ring is arranged below the support, an inner hole of the sealing ring is fixedly connected with the coal feeding pipe, the outer part of the sealing ring is in matched sliding connection with an inner cavity of the sealing cover, the lifting parts for controlling the movement of the sealing cover are respectively arranged at two ends of the support, and the lower end of the lifting part is connected with the outer wall of the sealing cover.
Further, the sealing ring comprises a cylindrical ring body and a concave chute, wherein a plurality of chutes which are matched and connected with the sealing cover are longitudinally and uniformly arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the ring body, and the bottom end of the opening at the upper end of the chute is closed.
Further, the sealed cowling includes the cover body, connecting plate, observation window and feather key, cover body inner chamber upper portion lateral wall evenly is equipped with a plurality of feather keys with spout cooperation sliding connection of sealing ring outer wall, cover body upper end corresponds both sides and is equipped with the connecting plate of being connected with lifting unit respectively, and cover body lower extreme lateral wall is equipped with the observation window, observation window opening part sliding connection door plant.
Further, the two ends of the support are respectively provided with a U-shaped opening connected with the lifting component, and the lifting component is fixedly connected with the U-shaped opening in a clamping way.
Further, the lifting component is a lifting air cylinder for controlling the sealing cover to move up and down, the cylinder body of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the bracket, and the free end of the cylinder rod of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the sealing cover.
The application method of the end sealing device of the coal feeding pipeline of the coking coal feeding vehicle comprises the following steps:
(1) Assembling the bracket, the lifting part, the sealing ring and the sealing cover, and fixing the bracket, the lifting part, the sealing ring and the sealing cover on a coal feeding pipe of the coal feeding vehicle;
(2) When the coal charging vehicle works, the coal charging vehicle moves to the upper part of the furnace cover, and the sealing cover moves downwards to the upper part of the coal charging port under the action of the lifting part;
(3) An operator removes a furnace cover on the coal feeding port through a working observation door on the sealing cover by using a tool, then descends the coal feeding pipe into the furnace port, and ensures the stability and the tightness of the up-and-down operation of the sealing cover during the descending process of the coal feeding pipe because the sealing ring and the sealing cover slide with the sliding chute in a matched manner through the sliding key;
(4) When the coal feeding starts, an operator closes the working observation door at the bottom of the sealing cover, and when the coal feeding ends, the sealing cover rises along with the coal feeding pipe, the operator recovers the furnace cover, and the coal feeding ends.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. The sealing device is in sealing connection with the sliding key type sealing cover through the key groove type sealing ring, when the coke oven is charged with coal, the sealing cover is controlled to descend to the position above the oven mouth through the lifting cylinder, the oven mouth is sealed and protected, the coke oven is charged with coal in a sealing space, and toxic gas and dust are prevented from escaping.
2. Through setting up the work observation window in sealed cowling's lower extreme one side, lead to the sealed cowling earlier and seal the protection to the fire door, then use the instrument to remove the bell through the observation window, realized that the bell opens in the space as little as possible, prevent the efflux of poisonous gas and dust.

Detailed Description
The end sealing device of the coal feeding pipeline of the coking coal feeding vehicle and the using method thereof are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the end sealing device of the coal feeding pipeline of the coking coal feeding vehicle comprises a coal feeding pipe 1, a lifting part, a support 3, a sealing cover 4 and a sealing ring 5, wherein the support 3 is arranged above the intersection of the coal feeding pipe 1, the end of the coal feeding port at the lower end of the support 3 is provided with a key slot type sealing ring 5, and the sealing ring is spaced from the support by a certain distance and is used for being matched with the sealing cover and forming a sealed environment inside. The inner hole of the sealing ring is fixedly connected with the coal feeding pipe 1, so that the sealing ring and the coal feeding pipe move simultaneously, and the moving stability is ensured. The outside of sealing ring 5 and sealed cowling 4 inner chamber cooperation sliding connection, the both ends of support 3 are equipped with the elevating component that control sealed cowling removed respectively, elevating component's lower extreme is connected with sealed cowling outer wall. The lifting part controls the sealing cover to move downwards, and the sealing cover is covered above the furnace cover before coal is added.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the seal ring 5 comprises a cylindrical ring body 51 and an inward concave chute 52, wherein a plurality of chutes which are matched and connected with the seal cover are longitudinally and uniformly arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the ring body, and the upper end of each chute is opened and the bottom end of each chute is closed. Through sealing the spout bottom, when the coal charging is finished, drive the sealing ring and rise when adding the coal pipe and rise, because sealing ring and sealed cowling pass through spout and feather key cooperation, can rise the sealed cowling simultaneously through confined bottom after the sealing ring rises, drive sealing ring and sealed cowling and rise simultaneously when realizing adding the coal pipe and rising.
As shown in fig. 4,5 and 6, the sealing cover 4 comprises a cover body 41, a connecting plate 42, an observation window 43 and a sliding key 45, wherein a plurality of sliding keys which are matched with sliding grooves on the outer wall of the sealing ring are uniformly arranged on the side wall of the upper portion of the inner cavity of the cover body, the corresponding two sides of the upper end of the cover body are respectively provided with a connecting plate connected with a lifting part, the free end of the connecting plate is provided with a mounting hole, and the lower end of the lifting part is fixed with the connecting plate through bolts. The side wall of the lower end of the cover body is provided with an observation window, and the opening of the observation window is in sliding connection with a door plate 44. The observation window can be opened by sliding the door plate upwards, so that the furnace cover can be conveniently moved away.
The two ends of the bracket are respectively provided with a U-shaped opening connected with the lifting part, and the lifting part is fixedly connected with the U-shaped opening in a clamping way. The lifting component can be a lifting air cylinder 2 for controlling the sealing cover to move up and down, the cylinder body 2 of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the bracket 3, and the free end of the cylinder rod of the lifting air cylinder is connected with the sealing cover.
The application method of the end sealing device of the coal feeding pipeline of the coking coal feeding vehicle and the application method thereof comprises the following steps:
(1) Assembling the bracket, the lifting part, the sealing ring and the sealing cover, and is fixed on a coal feeding pipe of the coal feeding vehicle.
(2) When the coal feeding vehicle works, the coal feeding vehicle moves to the upper part of the furnace cover, and the sealing cover moves downwards to the upper part of the coal feeding port under the action of the lifting part.
(3) And an operator observes the door through the work on the sealing cover, removes the furnace cover on the coal feeding port by using a tool, then descends the coal feeding pipe into the furnace port, and ensures the stability and the tightness of the up-and-down operation of the sealing cover during the operation of the sealing cover due to the fact that the sealing ring and the sealing cover slide in a matched manner with the sliding chute during the descending process of the coal feeding pipe.
(4) When the coal feeding starts, an operator closes the working observation door at the bottom of the sealing cover, and when the coal feeding ends, the sealing cover rises along with the coal feeding pipe, the operator recovers the furnace cover, and the coal feeding ends.
Example 1
(1) Assembling the bracket, the lifting part, the sealing ring and the sealing cover, and is fixed on a coal feeding pipe of the coal feeding vehicle.
(2) When the coal charging vehicle works, the coal charging vehicle moves to the upper part of the furnace cover, and the sealing cover moves downwards to the upper part of the coal charging port under the action of the lifting part;
(3) The operator removes the bell on the mouth of adding coal through the work observation door on the sealed cover, uses the instrument, then descends the coal pipe that adds, and the decline of coal pipe realizes descending action through the last original elevating system of coal car that adds, and this elevating system is current mature technique, does not explain too much. The coal feeding pipe descends and drives the support and the sealing ring to descend together, the lifting cylinder and the controller of the master control chamber can be connected in a wired or wireless mode, when the coal feeding pipe descends, the controller sends out signals, the cylinder body of the lifting cylinder receives the signals and then retracts, and the cylinder body descends along with the coal feeding pipe and the support.
(4) When the coal feeding starts, an operator closes the working observation door at the bottom of the sealing cover, and when the coal feeding ends, the sealing cover rises along with the coal feeding pipe, the operator recovers the furnace cover, and the coal feeding ends.
The sealing device is in sealing connection with the sealing cover through the sealing ring, when the coke oven is charged with coal, the coal charging port can be protected, and the coke oven is charged with coal in the sealing space, so that toxic gas and dust are prevented from escaping.
