Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a tablet counting machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a blanking barrel 8, the blanking barrel 8 is in a fixed open cylindrical shape, a frustum 82 is provided in the middle of the blanking barrel 8, the bottom of the blanking barrel 8 extends downward to form a certain number of blanking passages 81, the blanking passages 81 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, only a single plurality of tablets 9 are allowed to pass through the blanking passages 81, and chamfers are processed at the upper ends of the blanking passages 81 (see fig. 7); the funnel 6 is fixed below the blanking barrel 8, and the spatial position of the funnel 6 is positioned between two adjacent blanking channels 81 (see fig. 8); the upper rotary table 7 is connected with the lower rotary table 2 through a flange 3, the upper rotary table 7 is positioned between the feeding channel 81 and the hopper 6, the thickness of the upper rotary table 7 is matched with a plurality of sheets of materials 9, the thickness of the upper rotary table 7 is the distance between the lower surface of the feeding channel 81 and the upper surface of the hopper 6, the feeding ports 71 are uniformly processed on the disc surface of the upper rotary table 7 (see figures 3 and 4), each feeding port 71 comprises a storage port 711 and a feeding inclined slideway 712 (see figure 5), the upper part of each storage port is in an arc long waist groove shape, the length of the longest arc of each arc long waist groove is smaller than the diameter of 2 times of the plurality of sheets of materials, the lower part of each storage port is a round port, and the diameter of each round port is matched with the plurality of sheets; the lower rotary table 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and an inner baffle 22 which are fixedly connected, and the enclosing plate 5 is fixed at the outer side of the inner baffle 22 and forms a conveying channel (see fig. 2) of the bottles 4 with the inner baffle 22; the lower part of the lower turntable 2 is connected with a motor reducing mechanism through a rotating shaft 1, and the motor reducing mechanism drives the lower turntable 2 to rotate anticlockwise; the enclosing plate 5 is provided with at least two openings, a screw feeding mechanism 10 and a discharging mechanism 11 are respectively arranged at the openings, the screw feeding mechanism 10 is perpendicular to the enclosing plate 5, and the discharging mechanism 11 is consistent with the tangential direction of the enclosing plate 5 (see fig. 2).
