Abstract

本发明涉及一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,包括设置于股骨近端髓腔的假体柄,假体柄上设置有与其轴心线互成一定夹角的贯穿通孔,贯穿通孔上穿设有用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质的连接螺钉。该便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的结构简单,用于假体柄近端周围的骨折,贯穿通孔方向可根据实际情况穿设,直接利用贯穿通孔上穿设连接螺钉来紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质,紧固牢固,无需传统的钢板连接,操作简单便捷高效。

便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体及其方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前髋关节置换术后,术后股骨假体周围容易在患者外伤后发生骨折,特别是在于假体柄的近端(即靠近股骨头的一端,包括了大转子、小转子)。传统治疗方式:单纯依靠钢板或者结合钢缆或钢丝环扎不仅材料多,手术剥离创面大、出血多、耗费时间长,而且固定不牢固,容易松动,结构不稳定,假体柄的近端也不适合放置长钢板。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体及其使用方法,不仅结构简单,而且便捷高效。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,包括设置于股骨近端髓腔的假体柄,假体柄上设置有与其轴心线互成一定夹角的贯穿通孔,贯穿通孔上穿设有用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质的连接螺钉。
优选的,贯穿通孔至少具有两个,其中至少两个贯穿通孔之间互为错位交叉成类X形。
优选的,连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔,用以必要时钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块。
优选的,贯穿通孔与假体柄轴心线之间的夹角为30°-60°。
一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:术后股骨假体近端周围骨折时,在骨折对应部位的假体柄上钻设贯穿通孔,骨折周围内外两层皮质上钻设与贯穿通孔同轴的螺纹孔,并旋接连接螺钉,用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质。
优选的,连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔,必要时用钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块,环扎绑定时钛缆或钢丝穿过该通孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的结构简单,用于假体柄近端周围的骨折,贯穿通孔方向可根据实际情况穿设,直接利用贯穿通孔上穿设连接螺钉来紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质,紧固牢固,操作简单便捷高效,对难以放置钢板的假体近端使用更加合理方便,结构稳定。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。
如图1~2所示,一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,包括设置于股骨1近端髓腔的假体柄2,假体柄上设置有与其轴心线互成一定夹角的贯穿通孔3,贯穿通孔上穿设有配套的、用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质的连接螺钉4。
在本发明实施例中,贯穿通孔与假体柄轴心线之间的夹角为30°-60°。
在本发明一实施例中,如图1所示,贯穿通孔至少具有两个,其中至少两个贯穿通孔之间互为错位交叉成类X形。类X形的交叉连接方式能够提高该骨折部位的连接稳定性,连接更加牢固,更不容易松动。
在本发明另一实施例中,连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔6。如图2所示,其中该部位的两连接螺钉未互成类X形错位交叉,必要时钛缆或钢丝5环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块。在连接螺钉的基础上,进一步采用钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定成环形,将骨折块绑定在内,连接更加牢固,更不容易松动,环扎绑定时钛缆或钢丝穿过该通孔,钛缆或钢丝不容易因股骨不规则的直径产生滑移,能够稳定的维持骨折块。
以上两种实施例可以同时应用在同一髋关节假体中,也可以分开应用,互成类X形错位交叉以及未互成类X形错位交叉的连接螺钉对应部位均可以根据需要采用钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定成环形,将骨折块绑定在内。
一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的使用方法,按以下步骤进行:术后股骨假体近端周围骨折时,在骨折对应部位的假体柄上钻设贯穿通孔,骨折周围内外两层皮质上钻设与贯穿通孔同轴的螺纹孔,并旋接连接螺钉,用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质。
在本发明实施例中,连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔,必要时用钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块,环扎绑定时钛缆或钢丝穿过该通孔。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体及其使用方法。凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,其特征在于:包括设置于股骨近端髓腔的假体柄,假体柄上设置有与其轴心线互成一定夹角的贯穿通孔,贯穿通孔上穿设有用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质的连接螺钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,其特征在于:贯穿通孔至少具有两个,其中至少两个贯穿通孔之间互为错位交叉成类X形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,其特征在于:连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔,用以必要时钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体,其特征在于:贯穿通孔与假体柄轴心线之间的夹角为30°-60°。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的使用方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:术后股骨假体近端周围骨折时,在骨折对应部位的假体柄上钻设贯穿通孔,骨折周围内外两层皮质上钻设与贯穿通孔同轴的螺纹孔,并旋接连接螺钉,用以紧固骨折周围内外两层皮质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便于治疗假体周围骨折的含预制孔的髋关节假体的使用方法,其特征在于:连接螺钉的尾帽均设有通孔,必要时用钛缆或钢丝环扎绑定进一步稳定骨折块,环扎绑定时钛缆或钢丝穿过该通孔。
