Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of radix angelicae decoction pieces, and particularly relates to a preparation method of radix angelicae and radix salviae miltiorrhizae wall-broken decoction pieces.
Background
Radix angelicae, the name of traditional Chinese medicine, is a perennial big herb with a height of 1-2.5 meters, a cylindrical root with a diameter of 2-5 cm at the base of the stem, a basal leaf with a pinnate division, a multiple umbrella-shaped inflorescence with a terminal growth or lateral growth, and a long-round fruit with an oval shape. The main varieties include radix Angelicae Dahuricae, radix Angelicae Dahuricae (original variety), and radix Angelicae Pubescentis; the root is used as a medicine, and has the functions of dispelling diseases, removing dampness, expelling pus, promoting granulation, promoting blood circulation, relieving pain and the like; can be used for treating wind-cold type common cold, headache, rhinitis, and toothache. Can also be used as perfume for treating leucorrhea with red and white discharge, pain, furuncle, and toxic swelling; some northern provinces are cultivated, so that the production is self-selling, and the adjustment is omitted for a small number of provinces; generally under the forest, at the forest edge, beside the stream, in the shrubs and on the mountain and valley grasslands;
in the prior art, with the popularization of a medicine wall breaking technology, radix angelicae wall breaking decoction pieces are used for treating symptoms of activating blood and relieving pain in the market, but for menstrual women, the traditional radix angelicae wall breaking piece is poor in blood activating performance, so that the articles produced by the radix angelicae wall breaking decoction pieces cannot adapt to various crowds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of radix angelicae and radix salviae miltiorrhizae wall-broken decoction pieces, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of radix angelicae and radix salviae miltiorrhizae wall-broken decoction pieces comprises the following steps:
s1: quantitative weighing, namely weighing all the raw materials according to the components;
s2: cleaning the main materials, namely soaking the angelica dahurica and the salvia miltiorrhiza in clear water for 20-40 min, then soaking in 0.5% acetic acid solution for 1-2 h, taking out, and naturally drying;
s3: slicing and frying, namely slicing the angelica dahurica and the salvia miltiorrhiza which are dried in the step two, controlling the thickness of the slices to be 0.2cm, frying by adopting slow fire for 6-10 min until the surfaces of the slices after frying are not obviously changed in color and texture, and paying attention to that the angelica dahurica and the salvia miltiorrhiza are respectively and independently fried;
s4: steaming and drying, namely putting the fried angelica dahurica slices into a soaking agent while the fried angelica dahurica slices are hot, adding deionized water until the mixed liquid just submerges the angelica dahurica slices, steaming and boiling the angelica dahurica slices for 2 to 4 hours under pressure, taking out the angelica dahurica slices after the juice is completely absorbed, taking out the angelica dahurica slices, airing the angelica dahurica slices until the angelica dahurica slices are dried from four to six times, putting the angelica dahurica slices into a high-voltage electric field dryer again, treating the angelica dahurica slices for 2 hours at 55 ℃ with the electric field strength of 360kV/m, taking out the angelica dahurica slices, spraying a wetting agent on the surfaces of the angelica dahurica slices to keep the surfaces of the angelica;
s5: pulverizing radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, herba cistanches, Notopterygii rhizoma, fructus Xanthii, flos Magnoliae and herba Menthae, sequentially adding into a wall breaking machine, breaking wall, pulverizing, sieving, and coarse powder of 105 mesh; then placing the prepared coarse powder into an ultrafine grinder, grinding for 20-35 min at 15 ℃, and grinding to 400 meshes to obtain ultrafine powder;
s6: granulating and sterilizing, namely preparing the ultrafine powder obtained in the step five into a soft material by using deionized water, putting the prepared soft material into a rotary granulator to obtain mixture granules, and putting the mixture granules into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization and drying;
and S7, packaging and storing, subpackaging the mixture granules obtained in the step six under the aseptic condition to obtain the finished product, and storing in a ventilated and dry place.
The formula of the radix angelicae and salvia miltiorrhiza wall-broken decoction pieces comprises the following components: 20-25% of angelica dahurica, 10-14% of salvia miltiorrhiza, 5-9% of copper, 1-4% of notopterygium root, 3-6% of cocklebur fruit, 2-5% of magnolia flower, 3-7% of mint, 8-12% of soaking agent, 9-13% of impregnating compound and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 20% of angelica dahurica, 14% of salvia miltiorrhiza, 5% of copper, 4% of notopterygium root, 3% of cocklebur fruit, 5% of magnolia flower, 3% of mint, 8% of soaking agent, 9% of impregnating compound and the balance of deionized water.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 25% of angelica dahurica, 10% of salvia miltiorrhiza, 9% of copper kidney, 1% of notopterygium root, 6% of cocklebur fruit, 2% of magnolia flower, 7% of mint, 12% of soaking agent, 13% of impregnating compound and the balance of deionized water.
