发明内容

此外,扩散器100的第二出口140可以形成为穿孔状,单向通气部150可具有大于第二出口140的面积并且可以是覆盖第二出口140的盖,并且单向通气部150的边缘的仅一部分可以与扩散器100耦接以便通过边缘的没有与扩散器100耦接的剩余部分将气体供应至附加室300。具体地,单向通气部150可以与扩散器100的面向附加室300内部的外表面耦接,使得当附加室300具有高于预定压力的内部压力时,单向通气部150覆盖并且闭合第二出口140,从而防止气体从附加室300反向泄漏至扩散器100。即,在气体沿着图3中的“A1”路径移动的情况下,气体在推动单向通气部150中的没有与扩散器耦接的一部分的同时流入附加室300。然而,在附加室300展开之后附加室300中形成高于预定压力的内部压力的情况下,单向通气部150覆盖第二出口140使得气体不能沿着图4中的“A3”路径移动。
同时,如图5和图6所示,在根据本公开的用于车辆的帘式气囊中,袋形状的单向通气部150可以设置在扩散器100的第二出口140处并且单向通气部150的上端部可以打开以形成附加室供应孔155。紧固带157可以沿着附加室供应孔155的边缘插入使得紧固带157可以被拉动以闭合单向通气部150。具体地,主室供应孔133可以形成在扩散器100的接合部130中,该接合部是通过折叠端部以形成双层而制成的袋形状。附加室供应孔155和主室供应孔133可以通过拉紧系绳156彼此连接。在扩散器100的内部压力等于或者高于预定压力的情况下,接合部130可以在双层展开时打开,使得拉紧系绳156拉动紧固带157以闭合单向通气部150。如图5中所示,气体沿着“B1”路径流动并且穿过其上端部被打开的单向通气部150以流入附加室300中。当附加室300的内部压力等于或高于预定压力时,扩散器100的内部压力增大以对在第一出口120处的接合部130产生压力,使得接合部130朝向主室200展开并且气体通过主室供应孔133(图6的“B4”路径)流入主室200中。在这种情况下,接合部130展开以拉动紧固带157,并且在与紧固带157相连接的拉紧系绳156被拉紧时附加室供应孔155闭合。因此,主室200在附加室300展开之后展开。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于车辆的帘式气囊,包括:
主室,安装在顶篷与车身之间并且设置成向下展开至所述车辆的内部;
扩散器,设置在所述主室的与充气机相连接的入口部处,并且形成有从所述充气机接收并排放气体的第一出口和第二出口,其中,所述扩散器包括被配置为部分或完全闭合所述第一出口的接合部,并且所述扩散器被配置为当所述接合部被所述扩散器的内部压力打开时增加供应到所述主室的气体的量;以及
附加室,与所述扩散器的第二出口相连接并且与所述第二出口相连通以从所述扩散器接收气体,所述附加室被配置为在所述顶篷与所述车身之间充气并且使所述顶篷与所述车身分离,其中,
当操作所述充气机时,在所述附加室首先通过所述扩散器的所述第二出口完全展开之后所述接合部破损,并且所述主室通过所述第一出口膨胀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中,相对于所述车辆的高度方向,所述扩散器的第二出口形成在高于所述第一出口的部分处。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
所述扩散器的第一出口形成为面对所述车辆的纵向方向;并且
所述第二出口形成为面对所述车辆的向上方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中,所述扩散器的接合部是缝纫部,并且当所述扩散器的内部压力等于或高于预定压力时所述接合部破损。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中,所述附加室在完全展开时的体积被设为与所述顶篷与所述车身之间的空间的体积相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
所述附加室由从所述主室分支出的形状形成;并且
所述附加室的入口由所述扩散器闭合并且通过所述扩散器的所述第二出口与所述扩散器的内部相连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
单向通气部设置在所述扩散器的第二出口处;并且
所述单向通气部被配置为允许气体从所述扩散器移动至所述附加室并且阻挡所述气体从所述附加室移动至所述扩散器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
所述扩散器的第二出口是穿孔形状;
所述单向通气部是具有大于所述第二出口的面积并且被配置为覆盖所述第二出口的盖;并且
所述单向通气部的边缘的一部分与所述扩散器耦接,使得所述边缘的剩余部分通过没有与所述扩散器耦接的一部分将气体供应至所述附加室。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中,所述单向通气部与所述扩散器的面向所述附加室的内部的外表面耦接,使得所述单向通气部覆盖并且闭合所述第二出口以便在形成所述附加室的等于或高于预定压力的内部压力时防止气体从所述附加室反向泄漏至所述扩散器。
10.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
单向通气部设置在所述扩散器的第二出口处;
附加室供应孔形成在所述单向通气部处;并且
紧固带沿着所述附加室供应孔的边缘形成使得所述紧固带被拉动以闭合所述单向通气部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的帘式气囊,其中:
所述扩散器的接合部在其中形成有主室供应孔并且由作为通过折叠端部而制成的双层的袋形状形成;
所述附加室供应孔和所述主室供应孔通过拉紧系绳彼此连接;并且
当所述扩散器的内部压力等于或高于预定压力时所述接合部的双层被展开以打开,使得在所述拉紧系绳拉动所述紧固带时所述单向通气部闭合。
