Background
Medical science is a subject with strong combination of practice and theory, and simple theoretical teaching cannot meet the requirements of medical teaching and simple theoretical research cannot meet the requirements of medical scientific research. The existing medical experiment course can only carry out basic operation simulation, and the experiment course with diagnosis and treatment effects can not be realized.
In order to ensure the security of the PACS database, users outside the hospital, such as teaching and scientific research units, cannot directly access the PACS database, and cannot effectively apply the medical image data in the PACS database.

The invention aims to provide a digital medical image teaching and scientific research system to realize the medical teaching and scientific research by effectively utilizing medical image data in a PACS database.

the PACS database interface is respectively connected with a PACS database of a hospital and the network connection subsystem, and the network connection subsystem is connected with the server subsystem; the PACS database interface is used for uploading medical image data in a PACS database to the server subsystem through the network connection subsystem according to the request of an administrator, and the server subsystem is used for storing the medical image data source;
the server subsystem is connected with the client subsystem; the user accesses the server subsystem through the client subsystem, and utilizes the medical image data stored by the server subsystem to carry out teaching and scientific research, and the user comprises teachers, students and scientific research personnel.
Optionally, the network connection subsystem includes a data collection front-end processor, a unidirectional isolation gatekeeper, a data sending front-end processor, and a firewall security device;
the data collection front-end processor is respectively connected with the PACS database interface and the unidirectional isolation gateway, the unidirectional isolation gateway is connected with the data sending front-end processor, and the data collection front-end processor is used for collecting a medical image data source transmitted by the PACS database interface of a hospital and transmitting the medical image data to the data sending front-end processor through the unidirectional isolation gateway; the one-way isolation gatekeeper is used for ensuring that the medical image data cannot be transmitted back to a hospital PACS database interface;
the data sending front-end processor is connected with the firewall safety equipment, and the firewall safety equipment is connected with the server subsystem; the data sending front-end processor is used for sending the acquired medical image data to the server subsystem, and the firewall safety equipment is used for guaranteeing the safety of the PACS database.
Optionally, the server subsystem includes server software and a teaching and scientific research image database;
the server software is respectively connected with the network connection subsystem, the client subsystem and the teaching and scientific research image database;
the server software is used for automatically pulling medical image data from the PACS database according to the keywords of the disease types and the scientific research directions, collecting, classifying and filing the received medical image data, and sending the filed medical image data to the teaching and scientific research image database for storage;
the server software is also used for browsing the medical image data stored in the teaching and scientific research image database according to the request of the client subsystem.
Optionally, the client-side subsystem includes a teacher client, a student client and a scientific research client.
Optionally, the client subsystem further includes an administrator client; and the administrator client is used for an administrator to configure and maintain the server subsystem.
Optionally, the administrator client includes system configuration module, authority management module, data management module, log maintenance module and statistics analysis module, system configuration module is used for setting up the parameter of server subsystem, authority management module is used for setting up student's client, teacher's client, scientific research client's authority, data management module is used for revising, uploading, deleting the data in the teaching scientific research image database of server subsystem, log maintenance module is used for looking over and deleting operation and the fault record of server software of server subsystem, statistics analysis module is used for statistics and analysis student's client, teacher's client, the uploading of scientific research client, the data volume and the data content of downloading.
Optionally, the student client includes a personal information maintenance module, a teaching image browsing module, a classroom interaction question module, a classroom testing module, a teaching image downloading module, and a teaching video watching module, the personal information maintenance module is used for students to modify and store personal account information, the teaching image browsing module is used for consulting and studying medical image data, the classroom interaction question module is used for students to ask teachers about unintelligible contents, the classroom testing module is used for students to self-detect classroom learning effects, and the teaching video watching module is used for students to watch teaching videos recorded by teachers.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a digital medical image teaching and scientific research system, which comprises: a PACS database interface 11, a network connection subsystem 2, a server subsystem 3 and a client subsystem 4.
The network connection subsystem 2 includes data collection front-end processor 21, one-way isolation gatekeeper 22, data transmission front-end processor 23, prevent hot wall security device 24, data collection front-end processor 21 is used for gathering the image data in the PACS data, one-way isolation gatekeeper 22 is used for guaranteeing that data can't pass back the PACS database, data transmission front-end processor 23 is used for sending the medical image data of gathering to server software 31, prevent hot wall security device 24 and be used for guaranteeing the safety of the PACS database of hospital.
The server subsystem 3 include server software 31, teaching scientific research image database 32, server software 31 is used for medical image data's collection, classification, filing and browsing, server software 31 can pull corresponding medical image data from the PACS database according to the keyword of disease kind and scientific research direction automatically to classify automatically, file. The teaching and scientific research image database 32 is used for storing collected medical image data.
The client subsystem 4 comprises an administrator client 41, a student client 42, a teacher client 43 and a scientific research client 44, wherein the administrator client 41 is used for the administrator to configure and maintain the teaching and scientific research image database 32, and the student client 42, the teacher client 43 and the scientific research client 44 are used for the relevant personnel to register and log in the member account.
The administrator client 41 includes a system configuration module 411, a right management module 412, a data management module 413, a log maintenance module 414, and a statistics analysis module 415, the system configuration module 411 is used to set parameters of the server software 31, the right management module 412 is used to set rights of the student clients 42, the teacher client 43, and the scientific research client 44, the data management module 413 is used to modify, upload, and delete data in the teaching and scientific research image database 32, the log maintenance module 414 is used to view and delete operation and fault records of the server software 31, and the statistics analysis module 415 is used to count and analyze data volume and data content uploaded and downloaded by the client subsystem 4.
The student client 42 comprises a personal information maintenance module 421, a teaching image browsing module 422, a classroom interaction questioning module 423, a classroom testing module 424, a teaching image downloading module 425 and a teaching video watching module 425, wherein the personal information maintenance module 421 is used for students to modify and store personal account information, the teaching image browsing module 422 is used for consulting and learning medical image images, the classroom interaction questioning module 423 is used for students to ask teachers about unintelligible contents, the classroom testing module 424 is used for students to self-detect classroom learning effects, and the teaching video watching module 425 is used for students to watch teaching videos recorded by teachers.
The teacher client 43 includes a personal information maintenance module 431, a teaching video recording module 432, a teaching image management module 433, a classroom interactive answering module 434, a topic test proposing module 435, and a score statistical analysis module 436, where the personal information maintenance module 431 is used for teachers to modify and store personal account information, the teaching video recording module 432 is used for teachers to record and upload teaching videos in a classified manner, the teaching image management module 433 is used for teachers to classify, modify and delete medical image teaching data, the classroom interactive answering module 434 is used for teachers to answer questions proposed by students, the classroom test proposing module 435 is used for teachers to carry out proposing questions on classroom test contents, and the score statistical analysis module is used for teachers to statistically analyze student classroom tests and know how students master the students give lessons.
The scientific research client 44 comprises a personal information maintenance module 441, a scientific research data management module 442, a scientific research log module 443 and a scientific research cooperation module 444, wherein the personal information maintenance module 441 is used by scientific research personnel to modify and store personal account information, the scientific research data management module 442 is used to classify, upload, modify and delete medical image scientific research data, the scientific research log module 443 is used to view operation records of the medical image scientific research data, and the scientific research cooperation module 444 is used by the scientific research personnel to share and ask for help for the medical image scientific research data.
The client subsystem 4 can be arranged at a PC end or an intelligent mobile terminal.
The flow for realizing the data management function by using the medical image teaching and scientific research system provided by the invention is shown in fig. 2, the flow for realizing the scientific research function by using the medical image teaching and scientific research system provided by the invention is shown in fig. 3, the flow for realizing the classroom teacher interaction function by using the medical image teaching and scientific research system provided by the invention is shown in fig. 4, and the flow for realizing the classroom along-the-classroom test function by using the medical image teaching and scientific research system provided by the invention is shown in fig. 5.
