the worktable surface is arranged above the vertical support, a lifting opening is arranged in the middle of the worktable surface, the left side and the right side of the worktable surface are symmetrically provided with tool part racks, and the rear side of the worktable surface is provided with a horizontal conveying belt;
the portal frame is arranged above the working table surface, a spherical connecting joint is arranged in the middle of the portal frame, and a suspension support arm is connected below the spherical connecting joint;
the U type buckle set up in hang the bottom of support arm, the inboard is provided with the ball liner, and one side is provided with the connection pivot, the inboard of connecting the pivot is connected with the locking card, one side of locking card is provided with the unlock button.

From the above, the axle production and assembly workbench provided by the invention has the advantages that the axle can be conveyed to the lower part of the workbench surface through the arranged horizontal feeding rail and the pulley structure, then the pulley and the axle are integrally lifted to the working height through the self-lifting structure formed by the lifting slide rail and the lifting screw sleeve, the axle can be lifted through the arranged suspension support arm through the U-shaped buckle, the self-feeding work is completed, the use is more convenient and rapid, the suspension support arm is connected through the spherical connecting joint, the rotation is convenient for the axle to adjust the direction of the axle, and the angle of the axle is adjusted through the rotation of the axle through the ball gasket, so that the axle is convenient to assemble, the use is more flexible and convenient, and the assembly production efficiency of the axle is improved.

According to the axle production assembly workbench provided by the invention, the axle can be conveyed to the position below the workbench surface 4 through the arrangement of the horizontal feeding rail 101 and the pulley 2, then the pulley 2 and the axle are integrally lifted to the working height through the self-lifting structure formed by the lifting slide rail 3 and the lifting screw sleeve 303, the axle can be lifted through the U-shaped buckle 6 by the arranged suspension support arm 502, so that the self-feeding work is completed, the use is more convenient and faster, the suspension support arm 502 is connected through the spherical connecting joint 501, the rotation is convenient for adjusting the direction of the axle, and the angle of the axle is adjusted by rotating the axle through the ball gasket 601, so that the axle can be conveniently assembled, the use is more flexible and convenient, and the assembly production efficiency of the axle is improved.
