1. The multifunctional road sweeping and cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the linkage rod is rotatably connected with a first pulley, the first pulley comprises an annular concave cavity, the concave cavity is matched and abutted with the edge of the cam, and the linkage rod is connected with the cam through the first pulley.
