3) putting 10 parts of polystyrene, 10 parts of ethanol, 1 part of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 7 parts of dibutyl phthalate into a stirrer, mixing for 3 minutes at the speed of 30r/pm, then putting 100 parts of pure water, and rotating for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 60r/pm to prepare a mixed solution for later use;
4) putting the mixed powder prepared in the step 1) and the glue solution prepared in the step 2) into the mixed solution prepared in the step 3), then sequentially adding 3 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 10 parts of nano anion powder, 1 part of magnesium carbonate and 1 part of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, and mixing for 5 minutes at the speed of 30r/pm to prepare mixed wood pulp for later use;
5) casting and molding the mixed wood pulp prepared in the step 4) to obtain a plate blank, and then carrying out hot pressing treatment on the plate blank at the hot pressing temperature of 200 ℃, the hot pressing time of 50 minutes and the hot pressing pressure of 7MPa to obtain a molded plate blank;
6) and (3) placing the formed plate blank obtained in the step 5) in a cool and ventilated place, naturally cooling, and then carrying out edge cutting, plate surface polishing and painting treatment on the formed plate blank.
Example 3
An extensible dining table capable of saving space is shown in figure 1 and comprises a dining table top 1, table legs 2 arranged below the dining table top 1 and used for supporting the dining table top 1, and crosspieces 3 arranged between adjacent table legs 2 and used for fixing the table legs 2. The length of the dining table top 2 is 800mm, the width of the dining table top 2 is 800mm, the dining table top 2 is a wood type panel with strong self-cleaning capability, the small size can release more moving spaces, and the dining table top is a wood type panel with strong self-cleaning capability, is easy to clean and has strong practicability.

The dining table top 1 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of straw powder, 35 parts of bamboo powder, 11 parts of polystyrene, 9 parts of kaolin, 6 parts of ceramic powder, 4 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 11 parts of nano anion powder, 2 parts of magnesium carbonate, 8 parts of gelatin, 2 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 6 parts of diatom ooze, 11 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 4 parts of rosin resin, 8 parts of dibutyl phthalate and 110 parts of pure water.
A preparation method of a dining table top comprises the following steps:
1) putting 45 parts of straw powder, 35 parts of bamboo powder, 9 parts of kaolin, 6 parts of ceramic powder and 6 parts of diatom ooze into a jet mill, crushing into powder, and then sieving with a 40-mesh sieve to prepare mixed powder for later use;
2) putting 7 parts of gelatin and 4 parts of rosin resin into a reaction kettle, setting the temperature of the reaction kettle to be 175 ℃, setting the stirring speed to be 70r/pm, and carrying out melting stirring for 15 minutes to prepare a glue solution for later use;
3) putting 11 parts of polystyrene, 11 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 8 parts of dibutyl phthalate into a stirrer, mixing for 4 minutes at the speed of 35r/pm, then putting 110 parts of pure water, and rotating for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of which the stirring speed is adjusted to 70r/pm to prepare a mixed solution for later use;
4) putting the mixed powder prepared in the step 1) and the glue solution prepared in the step 2) into the mixed solution prepared in the step 3), then sequentially adding 4 parts of magnesium hydroxide, 11 parts of nano anion powder, 2 parts of magnesium carbonate and 2 parts of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, and mixing for 8 minutes at the speed of 35r/pm to prepare mixed wood pulp for later use;
5) casting and molding the mixed wood pulp prepared in the step 4) to obtain a plate blank, and then carrying out hot pressing treatment on the plate blank at the hot pressing temperature of 210 ℃, the hot pressing time of 55 minutes and the hot pressing pressure of 7MPa to obtain a molded plate blank;
6) and (3) placing the formed plate blank obtained in the step 5) in a cool and ventilated place, naturally cooling, and then carrying out edge cutting, plate surface polishing and painting treatment on the formed plate blank.
Examples of the experiments
Subject: the board made in the embodiment 3 of the invention is used as an experimental group, the board made of common straws is used as a first control group, and the board made of solid wood is used as a second control group.

in combination with the above table, compared with the results obtained by using the same experimental method for the board made of common straws, the board made of solid wood and the board piece, the test data of the board disclosed by the invention are all in obvious advantages, so that the table top of the dining table disclosed by the invention has the advantages of self-cleaning capability, strong bactericidal power, good waterproof performance and good weather resistance.
The technical effects of the invention are mainly reflected in the following aspects: because the dining table top comprises the upper panel and the lower panel, and is matched with the slide rail, the slide groove and the page turning, the dining table top can be contracted and extended, the size can be adjusted, one dining table can be used in two sizes, and more moving space is released; lint is bonded to the top end of the desk leg, and a flat pad is arranged above the lint and can play a role in skid resistance and shock absorption; because the spring gasket is arranged on the flat pad and is attached to the sliding rail, when the table top is pushed, the spring gasket can play a role in buffering the sliding rail, and noise cannot be generated; the bottom ends of the four table legs are provided with the rubber foot nails, so that friction is increased, and the dining table is not easy to slide; meanwhile, the table top of the dining table is made of a wood panel with strong self-cleaning capability, high sterilization efficiency and good mechanical property, and is easy to clean and strong in practicability.
