Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric heating non-combustion cigarettes, in particular to a three-dimensional heating element and a heating non-combustion cigarette smoking set comprising the same.
Background
The electric heating non-combustible cigarette heating element is used as a core component of the smoking set to heat cigarettes to generate smoke which is inhaled by consumers. Competitive products in the market of the field of heating non-burning cigarettes at present are mainly iQOS of Feimo International centre heating non-burning cigarettes, Glo of England tobacco, Ploom of Nissan tobacco, Lil of Korean tobacco. Wherein the product with the highest market share is Feimo international center-heated non-burning cigarette iQOS, which is also the most comprehensive in intellectual property layout. Wherein the heating element of the Feimei International iQOS smoking set product is a ceramic wafer with a center heating. At present, the ceramic heating sheet is widely applied to heating non-combustible cigarettes. The ceramic heating plate is generally made of a zirconia ceramic substrate, and a thick metal film (silver paste or alloy paste) is printed on the surface of the zirconia ceramic substrate, and is sintered and cured. The heating element is fixedly installed through the PEEK high-temperature special plastic base and then is in contact with the cut tobacco, and the heating element plays a role in heating the cut tobacco after being electrified. The method has the advantages of high reliability and stable input and output characteristics, but also has the problems of single heating dimension, nonuniform local heating, low thermal response speed, long preheating time, easy fragmentation and the like.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a three-dimensional heating element which is different from the existing heating sheet, and aims to solve the problems of single heating dimension, nonuniform cigarette heating, low thermal response speed, easy sheet breakage and the like of the heating element in the prior art.
The first aspect of the present invention provides a three-dimensional heating element, which includes: a substrate 1 of at least 3 pieces; a conductive track layer 2 on the substrate 1; and lead terminals 3 electrically connected to the conductive trace layer 2.
Preferably, the conductive trace layer 2 is wrapped with a protective layer 4.
Preferably, one end of the heating element is conical, and the edge of the heating element is chamfered so as to be inserted into the substance to be heated; the other end of the heating element is provided with a bump 6 outside the substrate 1 so as to be fixed with a heating device.
Preferably, a plurality of the substrates 1 intersect, and the substrates 1 extend radially outwards along the intersection, and the angles between two adjacent substrates 1 are consistent.
Preferably, the heating element has a tray body 5 on a side close to the bump 6 to fix the plurality of substrates 1.
Preferably, the substrate 1 is an electrically insulating substrate, the material of the substrate 1 is rigid, and the material of the substrate 1 is selected from one or more of glass, ceramic, anodized metal, coated metal and polyimide. The ceramic may comprise mica, alumina or zirconia. Other suitable materials may also be used.
Preferably, the anodized metal refers to a metal having an oxide film layer and subjected to surface anodization, and includes anodized aluminum, anodized titanium, anodized magnesium or anodized zinc.
Preferably, the coating metal refers to a metal with a protective coating, including nickel zinc plating, titanium zinc plating, silver gold plating, or copper nickel plating.
Preferably, the material of the conductive trace layer 2 is selected from one or more of silver, platinum, copper, nickel, tungsten, and palladium.
Preferably, the conductive track layer 2 is arranged on a single side and/or multiple sides of the substrate 1 by using 3D stereoscopic circuit technology, preferably 3D printing technology or laser printing technology.
Preferably, the conductive trace layer 2 is plated with a protective layer 4 to ensure the stability of the heating element at high temperature (>800 ℃), and the material of the protective layer 4 is selected from protective slurry of Heley.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a heated non-burning cigarette smoking article comprising a heating element according to the first aspect of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial results:
1. the heating element of the invention has the advantages that the rigidity and the strength are enhanced from the original monolithic structure to the existing three-dimensional crossing structure, the possibility of easy breakage of the original ceramic heating piece is reduced, the structure is firm, and the damage rate is low.
2. The heating element of the invention improves the heating element of a single substrate into a three-dimensional cross heating element comprising 3 substrates, and then adopts a 3D three-dimensional circuit technology to arrange on a single side and/or multiple sides of the substrate 1, thereby increasing the heating area, further improving the heating speed of cigarettes, and shortening the preheating time of the cigarettes in the existing electric heating non-combustible cigarette products.
3. The heating element adopts a three-dimensional structure, the heat energy is put in a symmetrical distribution, the heat radiation range is wider, the uniform heating in a limited space is realized, the uniform heating of cigarettes is really realized, and the problems of single heating dimension and non-uniform local heating of the traditional single heating element are solved.
4. The heating element can accurately set the resistance of the heating circuit, and different baking effects are realized; the heating cigarette core material has wide area, reduces residues and is easy to clean.

Detailed Description
As described above, the present invention provides a three-dimensional structure heating element. The cigarette is inserted into the three-dimensional heating element, the conductive track layer is connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply through the lead ends, the temperature of the heating element rises, the cigarette is heated to generate smoke, and the smoke is sucked by a smoker through the airflow channel.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a three-dimensional heating element includes: 4 substrates 1; a conductive track layer 2 on the substrate 1; and lead terminals 3 electrically connected to the conductive trace layer 2. The conductive track layer 2 is wrapped by a protective layer 4. One end of the heating element is conical, and the edge of the heating element is chamfered so as to be inserted into the tobacco section of the cigarette; the other end of the heating element is provided with a lug 6 outside the substrate 1 so as to be fixed with a cigarette smoking set which is not combusted by heating. One side of the heating element, which is close to the bump 6, is provided with a support disc body 5 so as to fix a plurality of substrates 1. 4 pieces of the substrates 1 intersect, the substrates 1 radially extend outwards along the intersection, and the angle between every two adjacent substrates 1 is 90 degrees.
In this example, the 4 substrates 1 are made of alumina ceramic substrates.
In this embodiment, 4 three-dimensional cross ceramic heating sheets are prepared by a die-free direct writing molding technology.
In this embodiment, the 4 heating sheets have 8 faces in total, and the heat conducting trace layer 2 can be printed on 4 or more faces of the substrate 1, and the specific steps are to design a circuit image on a ceramic substrate with a 3D structure, and then to manufacture the substrate by using a 3D three-dimensional circuit technology (i.e., a laser direct structuring circuit technology).
The conductive track layer 2 is made of tungsten, the conductive track layer 2 is plated with a protective layer 4 to ensure the stability of the heating element at high temperature (>800 ℃), and the protective layer 4 is made of protective slurry of Heley.
In the embodiment, the 4 heating sheets have 8 faces, and compared with a single-sheet structure photo, the three-dimensional heating element structure has the advantages that the rigidity and the strength are enhanced, the structure is firmer, and the damage rate can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the heating surface of the core material in the cigarette is increased, the heating speed is further improved, the preheating time is shortened, and the full heating of the core material of the cigarette is realized. The residue is reduced, and the cleaning is easy.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2 and 3, a three-dimensional heating element of the present invention includes: 6 substrates 1; a conductive track layer 2 on the substrate 1; and lead terminals 3 electrically connected to the conductive trace layer 2. The conductive track layer 2 is wrapped by a protective layer 4. One end of the heating element is conical, and the edge of the heating element is chamfered so as to be inserted into the tobacco section of the cigarette; the other end of the heating element is provided with a lug 6 outside the substrate 1 so as to be fixed with a cigarette smoking set which is not combusted by heating. One side of the heating element, which is close to the bump 6, is provided with a support disc body 5 so as to fix a plurality of substrates 1. 6 pieces of the substrates 1 intersect, the substrates 1 radially extend outwards along the intersection, and the angle between every two adjacent substrates 1 is 60 degrees.
In this example, the 6 substrates 1 are made of alumina ceramic substrates.
In this embodiment, 6 three-dimensional cross ceramic heating sheets are prepared by a die-free direct writing molding technology.
In this embodiment, the 6 heating sheets of the substrate 1 have 12 faces in total, and the heat conducting trace layer 2 can be printed on 6 or more faces, specifically including steps of designing a circuit image on a ceramic substrate and then manufacturing the circuit image by using a 3D three-dimensional circuit technology (i.e., a laser direct structuring circuit technology).
The conductive track layer 2 is made of palladium, the protective layer 4 is plated on the conductive track layer 2 to ensure the stability of the heating element at high temperature (>800 ℃), and the protective layer 4 is made of protective slurry of Heley.
In the embodiment, the 6 heating sheets have 12 faces, and compared with a single-sheet structure photo, the three-dimensional heating element structure has the advantages that the rigidity and the strength are enhanced, the structure is firmer, and the damage rate can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the heating surface of the core material in the cigarette is increased, the heating speed is further improved, the preheating time is shortened, and the full heating of the core material of the cigarette is realized.
