Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of excrement covering, and particularly relates to granular sand for covering excrement and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The cat litter is used for burying objects of excrement and urine for cats raised mainly by a feeder, has good water absorption, and can be generally used together with a cat litter basin (or called a cat toilet), a proper amount of cat litter is poured into the cat litter basin, and cat litter in a trained cat can flow into the cat litter basin to be deposited on the cat litter basin when the cat litter needs to be excreted.
The most important progress in cat culture is the use of cat litter, and early cat litter is mainly made of non-coagulated cat litter, and people mainly store cat excrement. However, with the continuous progress of cat litter technology, people are not limited to storage, so that the existing coagulated sand, wood sand, crystal sand, bentonite sand and the like are continuously generated.
Cat litter available on the market can be classified into two major categories, organic cat litter and inorganic cat litter, mainly according to chemical properties and raw materials. Organic litters can be subdivided into: wood chip cat litter, paper chip cat litter, grass litter, and grain litter (commonly called bean curd cat litter); inorganic cat litter can be further subdivided into bentonite cat litter, crystal cat litter, zeolite cat litter, and the like.
Although most of the cat litters of the types mentioned above claim to be capable of locking peculiar smell, the cat litters are difficult to achieve in practical use and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of peculiar smell generation. Common methods of odor removal: 1. the active carbon is adsorbed, the adsorption time is limited, and the active carbon cannot be used for a long time, so that peculiar smell is generated; 2. the addition of perfume, which conceals the off-flavor rather than removing it, adds to the taste at home, and may result in the cat refusing to use it.

Basically, the bamboo fiber cat litter can completely inhibit odor, the odor of the urine can be kept within 10 days after the cat urine enters the cat litter, the fresh scent of raw bamboo is kept, and the method is different from the traditional method that the odor of the urine is covered by adding essence. And traditional essence covers the stink and reaches the bad smell effect of suppressing, and along with the extension of cat litter live time, essence can volatilize in very short time and end up. The effect of suppressing the odor cannot be fundamentally achieved. The odor inhibiting formula of the invention can completely inhibit cat urine and cat feces from being discharged into cat litter and being decomposed by bacteria in the nature and fungi to generate ammonia odor;
2. the porous structure of the bamboo fiber provided by the embodiment of the invention has strong instant water absorption and a good moisture absorption function, so that cats can be quickly agglomerated and dried after urinating, and therefore, the cats cannot be stained with feet and bodies due to stickiness and are easy to wash;
3. one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
safety: the health-care food is prepared by taking pure natural raw bamboos as raw materials and sterilizing the raw materials under high pressure, is not added with any additive or chemical, has no toxicity or side effect, and is harmless even if the cat or family eats the health-care food by mistake.
Deodorization: bamboo has strong deodorization performance, and the deodorization performance is better after the deodorization formula is added.
Water absorption: as the bamboo dust is compressed, the water absorption is stronger, and the water absorption is 4-5 times stronger than that of the traditional cat litter through experimental verification.
Easy cleaning: the fecal mass is dug up by a sand shovel and can be flushed away by a closestool. The strip cat sand absorbs urine and then is agglomerated into blocks, and the blocks are shoveled out to directly flush a toilet.

if the weight parts of the pregelatinized starch 2.5-7%, the corn dextrin 2.5-7%, the cassava flour 1.5-4% and the konjac flour 1.5-2% are out of the above ranges, the cat litter cannot be coagulated well and cannot be agglomerated after meeting urine, fine-particle litter can fall off in the process of shoveling the cat litter, the cat litter can also be cracked in the transportation process, and the probability of dust is increased; specifically, when the weight part of the organic matter base material component is more than 20%, the cat litter product is easy to be affected with damp, go mouldy and go bad, becomes difficult to store, becomes more viscous after meeting the conglomeration of pet urine, is easy to be adhered to a pet body, is not clean, and the conglomerated cat litter excrement becomes difficult to be washed away after being poured into a toilet and can be adhered to the side wall of the toilet, the weight part of the organic matter base material component is less than 8%, the organic matter base material component can play a conglomeration role and prolong the storage time, and in addition, the main raw material is bamboo fiber, so that the cat litter has a good ventilation effect, water is easy to evaporate, and the storage performance of the cat litter product is;
the proportion of 1-3% of the pine needle powder just can ensure that the product presents faint fragrance and is not strong and sharp; the proportion of 3-6% of water just enables the water content of the cat litter to be increased completely in the drying process, and if the proportion is less than the proportion, the cat litter can be dried to cause drying crack and fragmentation; higher than this ratio can make the cat litter water content too high, can not evaporate completely and lead to the cat litter water content to be on the high side and lead to follow-up effect of absorbing water to worsen.
The embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
the urine and feces of animals can be hydrolyzed under the catalysis of urease and temperature in the nature, and ammonia gas is generated in the hydrolysis process, and is a component directly causing odor. The urease is also a large amount of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and the like existing in the nature, and when the activity of the bacteria and the fungi is good or the bacteria and the fungi are propagated in large quantities, the activity of the urease is enhanced, so that the urea hydrolysis process is accelerated, and a large amount of ammonia gas is released in a short time. Therefore, one of the objectives of the present application is how to kill bacteria, fungi, etc. in animal feces and urine, thereby achieving the effects of reducing urease activity, further prolonging the time of urea hydrolysis, and achieving long-term odor inhibition.
Example 2:
a process for preparing a granular sand for covering excreta comprising the steps of:
s01: putting the bamboo wood into boiling water, boiling for 120-150 minutes to soften the bamboo wood, and mechanically crushing and decomposing the bamboo wood and the plant straws through a pair of rollers after airing; in this embodiment, if the boiling time is longer than 150 minutes, the bamboo material is softened too much, which leads to the subsequent mechanical crushing and decomposition of the dried bamboo material and the plant straw through the pair of rollers; if the boiling time is less than 120 minutes, incomplete softening can be caused;
s02: putting the crushed and decomposed mixture of the bamboo wood and the plant straws into a pressure cooker, adding biological enzyme, and cooking for 120-150 minutes to remove part of high polysaccharide substances such as pectin, hemicellulose, lignin and the like; in this embodiment, if the cooking time is longer than 150 minutes, the biological enzyme will lose activity, the removal effect of high-glycan substances such as pectin, hemicellulose, lignin and the like will be unsatisfactory, and if the substances remain, the subsequent breeding of mold and the accidental feeding of cat litter by pet cats will result;
s03: taking out the mixture of the pretreated bamboo and plant straws, carrying out constant temperature treatment at 70-120 ℃ for 50-150 minutes, adding bamboo pulp, mixing and crushing into a 150-mesh and 200-mesh powdery mixture; in this embodiment, the constant temperature treatment at 70-120 deg.C for 50-150 minutes is performed to fully evaporate the water in the pectin removing step; the size of the 150-plus-200-mesh powder conforms to the size of a sieve pore of machine equipment, so that impurities with large particles are filtered by the sieve, the sieve pore is more in accordance with the formed cat litter, if the mesh of the raw material is larger, the water absorption is not enough, and if the mesh is smaller, dust can be easily raised;
s04: heating organic base material, edible gelatin powder and appropriate amount of water to 45-50 deg.C, stirring well to form liquid with certain viscosity;
s05: mixing the powder mixture obtained in the step S03 with the liquid obtained in the step S04, adding the pine needle powder and the bamboo vinegar liquid, and stirring at the speed of 600-; in this embodiment, the materials can be fully mixed by stirring at 600-800 rpm for 10-15 minutes;
s06: adding the powder-liquid mixture obtained in the step S05 into a granulator for granulation, putting the granulated powder-liquid mixture into a dryer for drying, and controlling the water content of the mixture within the range of 6-10%; in this embodiment, the reason for the final water content of 6-10% is to prevent the cat litter finished product from generating dust when too dry, and higher than this water content, the cat litter finished product can influence the effect of absorbing water in the use, and can also lead to the granule to be harder at the same time, influencing the comfort level of cat palm.
