8. The char-broiler of claim 5, wherein: charcoal is placed in the charcoal barrel, and smoke generated by burning the charcoal floats upwards from the holes of the top cover.
9. The char-broiler of claim 5, wherein: the carbon barrel wall is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves which are longitudinally and outwards sunken and penetrate through the carbon barrel wall, and correspondingly, the carbon barrel frame can respectively enter one positioning groove.
10. The char-broiler of claim 5, wherein: the furnace cylinder is provided with a furnace door, and the height of the furnace door is higher than the oil pan and higher than the uppermost baking tray.
