因此,为了固定附装件而需要附加的连接或锚固构件,如锚销或热塑性膨胀钉。
发明内容
因此,本发明所基于的任务在于,实现一种开头所述的塑料构件,在该塑料构件上能够以小的费事固定附装件。
该任务根据本发明在开头所述塑料构件中通过以下方式来解决:附装件至少在其锚固区域中由热塑性塑料构成并且借助其锚固区域固定在塑料构件的芯上,其中,锚固区域附接在芯上或置入或压入到芯中,在借助能量供应和尤其借助超声振动而产生的可流动的状态下与芯的热固性基体连接,并且在固化状态下尤其作为连接锚件锚固在该热固性基体上或在该热固性基体中。
在从属权利要求中给出本发明的有利构型。
通过附装件本身或者至少一个锚固区域作为附装件的一部分或区段提供锚固部或者连接锚件,而不需要其它的锚固件。因为锚固区域或其至少一个区段通过能量供应被塑化并且转化为可流动或可部分流动的状态,所以锚固区域可以侵入到芯材料或芯的热固性基体中并且与其紧密连接。在锚固区域的热塑性塑料材料凝固和固化之后,该锚固区域在塑料构件中形成牢固的锚固部。能量供应优选借助在使用超声波发生器的情况下的超声振动实现。
根据一个优选的实施方式设置,附装件至少在其锚固区域中或在其整体上仅由热塑性塑料构成。在这样的材料一致的构型中,附装件尤其能够作为塑料注塑件成本低地制造并且易于塑化。
符合目的地,芯由多孔的基础材料或由在芯中敞开的三明治结构,尤其是PU复合构件(例如由聚氨酯、玻璃纤维和纸蜂窝组成的三明治结构)构成。
芯可以具有盖层,附装件贴靠在该盖层上,并且附装件的锚固区域或者说凹陷部被压入穿过该盖层。盖层例如由用玻璃纤维增强的PU构成。芯也可以在其对置的一侧上被盖层覆盖。
根据一个优选的实施方式,附装件的锚固区域包含至少一个置入或压入到芯中的凹陷部。该凹陷部尤其这样地形成,使得它从附装件或从附装件的外覆盖板向内朝塑料构件突出。所述凹陷部例如构成锚固区域或者说附装件的环形或罐形的区段。因此,所述凹陷部是从附装件突出的区段或突出部,该区段或突出部置入到芯的深处。
锚固区域还可以具有另外的锚固区段,这些锚固区段被置入或压入到芯中并且也形成锚固部。这样的锚固区段例如构成销或板或也构造为环形的并且除在凹陷部旁外例如还环形或环段形地围绕着凹陷部布置。
符合目的地,锚固区域或凹陷部成型为用于接收超声波发生器,该超声波发生器嵌入到该凹陷部中借助超声振动将能量直接传递到附装件的锚固区域的热塑性塑料材料上。
另一方面,附装件的锚固区域也可以成型为平坦面状。然后相应地匹配芯的贴靠面。
符合目的地,附装件可以具有至少一个功能构件或附接构件,例如滑动件、导向装置或例如在附装件的接片上的开口或孔,该功能构件或附接构件由附装件的热塑性塑料成型。因此,可以显著地减少制造费事。

具体实施方式
塑料构件1例如构造为PU复合构件并且具有芯15,该芯具有热固性基体,该芯例如构造为敞开的三明治结构、例如纸蜂窝结构或者由多孔的基础材料、例如聚氨酯硬泡沫构成并且可以分别被例如由用玻璃纤维增强的PU制成的盖层(未示出)覆盖。
附装件2设置为用于固定在塑料构件1的芯15上。通过附装件2可以建立与其它零件的连接并且可以将力传递到塑料构件1上。附装件2可以包含功能或附装件,例如滑动件11,该滑动件可以支承在导向装置12上,该导向装置通过滑动件11可移动地支承例如构成滑动天窗的塑料构件1。附装件2也可以构造为具有接片13,该接片包含用于与其它构件连接的通孔14或类似结构。
附装件2至少在一个锚固区域3中和优选在其整体上由热塑性塑料材料制造。在图1中所示的附装件2的锚固区域3具有例如柱形地成型的凹陷部4以及锚固区段6,所述凹陷部从成型为覆盖板5的区段突出,所述锚固区段在凹陷部4旁从覆盖板5突出。锚固区段6是销状或板状的元件,或者构造为环形地围绕凹陷部4的元件。
附装件2固定在塑料构件1上,其方式是:该附装件抵着塑料构件1的侧面7被导向并且穿过可选地存在的盖层被压入到塑料构件1的芯15中,直至该附装件到达其所规定的位置,在该位置中,覆盖板5贴靠在塑料构件1或者说芯15的侧面7上。在将具有凹陷部4和锚固区段6的锚固区域3压入到芯15中时,相应地挤出柔性的芯材料。
超声波发生器8被引导至附装件2上并且与该附装件接触。超声波发生器8例如包含从基部9突出的柱形栓10,该栓在其形状和尺寸上匹配附装件2的锚定区域3的凹陷部4并且在其在凹陷部4中的工作位态中通过超声波振动软化并且如此程度地塑化热塑性塑料材料,使得凹陷部4的可流动的塑料材料能够与塑料构件1的芯15的包围的芯材料以及可能存在的盖层形成紧密连接。在超声波发生器8的功率足够高的情况下,超声振动也可使锚固区段6塑化,使得该锚固区段在可流动的状态下也可以与塑料构件1的芯15的芯材料或者盖层形成紧密连接。在附装件压入的区域中变形或挤出并且通过热塑性塑料材料再次固化的芯材料的热固性基体否则不会由于能量供应而受损。
在超声波发生器8结束产生超声振动之后,附装件2的锚固区域3的塑料材料固化,并且锚固区域3形成稳定且永久的连接锚件,该连接锚件将附装件2固定地保持在塑料构件1的芯15和可能存在的盖层上。超声波发生器8在塑料材料固化时或固化之后被移除。
图2示出具有锚固在其上的附装件2的塑料构件1。示例性地示出锚固区域3、凹陷部4和锚固区段6的构型。也可以使用锚固区域3的其它构型,只要该锚固区域能够实现紧密的连接或锚固,所述锚固区域具有侵入到敞开的或开孔的芯材料中或置于该芯材料上的零件或连接锚件。
因此,在该塑料构件1中,附装件2的锚固不需要附加的构件如螺钉、铆钉或膨胀钉等。
因为锚固区域3在安装的附装件2中位于覆盖板5下方的芯材料中并且基本上被覆盖板5覆盖,所以得到优选的视觉外观,而没有附加的螺钉或铆钉。
将附装件2压入到塑料部件1的芯15的芯材料中,必要时穿过盖层,可以由自身的压紧装置或也可以借助超声波发生器8实现。
根据另一构型,可以在塑料构件1的芯材料中构造至少一个凹部,该凹部基本上匹配锚固区域3的形状或者与该形状一致,使得在压入附装件2时使较少的芯材料变形。塑料构件1的该准备措施尤其在使用能够较少变形的芯材料时是符合目的的。
附装件2可以完全由热塑性塑料材料构成或至少在其锚固区域3中由热塑性塑料材料构成。
与图1和2所示的实施方式不同地,附装件2也可以至少在其锚固区域3中也平坦地成型,使得该附装件以平坦面状贴靠的方式固定和锚固在塑料构件1的也至少在贴靠区域中为平坦面状的芯15上。因此,锚固不仅意味着挤出和变形地侵入到芯材料中,而且意味着面式的连接。在此所使用的超声波发生器具有相应匹配的形状。
即使使用超声波发生器8来产生用于塑化附装件2的锚固区域3的热塑性塑料材料所需的能量是特别优选的,但补充地或者替代地例如也可以通过加热装置如红外加热器进行能量供应。
本发明的在说明书中和根据实施例以及在附图中公开的各个特征能够以任意技术上符合目的的布置和构型与本发明主题以其通常的形式进行组合。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有芯和锚固在该芯上的附装件的塑料构件,所述芯具有热塑性基体,
其特征在于,
所述附装件(2)至少在其锚固区域(3)中由热塑性塑料构成并且借助其锚固区域(3)固定在所述塑料构件(1)的芯(15)上,其中,所述锚固区域(3)附接在所述芯(15)上或置入或压入到所述芯(15)中,所述锚固区域在借助能量供应和尤其借助超声振动产生的、能够流动的状态下与所述芯(15)的热固性基体连接,并且在固化状态下尤其作为连接锚件锚固在所述热固性基体上或所述热固性基体中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述附装件(2)至少在其锚固区域(3)中或在其整体上仅由热塑性塑料构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述芯(15)由多孔的基础材料构成或由在所述芯(15)中敞开的三明治结构、尤其是PU复合构件构成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述附装件(2)的锚固区域(3)具有至少一个凹陷部(4),所述凹陷部置入或压入到所述芯(15)中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述附装件(2)的锚固区域(3)具有至少一个锚固区段(6),所述锚固区段尤其构成销、板或环并且置入或压入到所述芯(15)中。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述锚固区域(3)或所述凹陷部(4)成型为用于接收超声波发生器(8)。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述锚固区域(3)成型为平坦面状。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述芯(15)具有盖层,所述附装件(2)贴靠在所述盖层上,并且所述附装件(2)的锚固区域(3)或凹陷部(4)穿过所述盖层压入。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的塑料构件,
其特征在于,所述附装件(2)具有至少一个功能构件或附接构件(11,13),所述功能构件或附接构件由热塑性塑料成型。
