Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the efficient cooling motor with a compact structure, simple and compact structure, low cost, good cooling effect and convenient assembly and disassembly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a high-efficiency cooling motor with a compact structure comprises a linking end cover, a front end cover, a stator core and a rear end cover which are sequentially attached from front to back, wherein a stator winding is arranged in the stator core, a rotating shaft is penetrated through the centers of the linking end cover, the front end cover and the rear end cover, the outer wall of the rotating shaft is provided with the rotor core in an interference fit manner, magnetic steel is attached to the outer wall of the rotor core, an air gap is formed between the inner wall of the stator core and the magnetic steel, a cooling water pipe is penetrated through the attaching end cover, the front end cover, the stator core and the rear end cover, the cooling water pipe comprises an inlet pipe, an outlet pipe, straight pipes and connecting pipes, the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are two and are positioned at the same side, the number of the straight pipes is four, the straight pipes penetrate through the front end cover, the stator core and the rear end, the quantity of connecting pipe is three and the tip of two straight tubes is connected respectively at the both ends of connecting pipe, the tip of straight tube is connected to the one end of business turn over exit pipe, and business turn over exit pipe, straight tube and connecting pipe intercommunication form a cooling water pipe, and the pipe is worn out to link up the end cover to business turn over exit.
Four corners department of stator core are equipped with stator core and perforate four corners department of front end housing is equipped with the front end housing and perforates, four corners department of rear end housing is equipped with the rear end housing and perforates, four corners department that links up the end cover is equipped with links up the end cover and perforates, condenser tube passes stator core and perforates, the front end housing is perforated, the rear end housing is perforated and links up the end cover and perforates.
The straight pipe penetrates through the stator core through hole, the front end cover through hole and the rear end cover through hole, the inlet and outlet pipe penetrates through the connecting end cover through hole, and the connecting pipe located at the front end penetrates through the connecting end cover through hole.
The connecting pipe includes an arc portion, the outer terminal surface of rear end cover is equipped with the rear end cap circular slot, and the quantity that is located the connecting pipe of rear end is two and the arc portion laminating of two connecting pipes stretches into the rear end cap circular slot, the outer terminal surface that links up the end cover is equipped with links up the end cover circular slot, and the quantity that is located the connecting pipe of front end is the arc portion laminating of one and this connecting pipe and stretches into and link up the end cover circular slot.
The connecting pipe is connected with the straight pipe through a connecting nut, and the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe are connected with the straight pipe through a connecting nut.
The connecting pipe is fixed with the straight pipe through welding, and the inlet and outlet pipe is fixed with the straight pipe through welding.
The outer end of the inlet and outlet pipe is provided with a bending part which is bent outwards.
The outer wall of pivot is equipped with the locating plate, the terminal surface of rotor core and magnet steel is laminated to the radial anchor ring of locating plate.
And two annular grooves are formed in the annular outer wall of the positioning plate.
The rotor core is equipped with the rotor core hole that runs through around, the locating plate is equipped with spacer breach groove, be equipped with the spacer that interference fit card goes into rotor core hole in the spacer breach groove.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the cooling water pipe is embedded in the motor, so that the overall volume of the motor is not increased, and the normal installation of the motor is not influenced; the cooling water pipe passes through the stator core, the front end cover, the rear end cover and the connecting end cover, the whole cooling effect is good, and the front bearing and the rear bearing can be effectively cooled; the cooling water pipe is connected by adopting the connecting nut, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, the cooling water pipe can also be connected by adopting a welding mode, and the cooling water pipe and the motor are connected into a whole, so that the motor can be effectively prevented from being disassembled privately; the arrangement of the positioning plate facilitates the magnetic steel to be pasted, and meanwhile, the magnetic steel can be conveniently wound with the Kevlar wire to be bound and fixed.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description below:
as shown in fig. 1 to 10, an efficient cooling motor with a compact structure includes a connecting end cover 4, a front end cover 3, a stator core 1 and a rear end cover 2, which are sequentially attached from front to back, wherein the connecting end cover 4 and the front end cover 3 are connected by screws.
Be equipped with stator winding 12 in stator core 1, stator core 1 periphery is sealed through epoxy casting glue parcel, link up end cover 4, front end housing 3 and rear end cap 2's center and wear to establish pivot 5, the outer wall interference fit of pivot 5 is equipped with rotor core 51, rotor core 51's outer wall laminating is equipped with magnet steel 52, form the air gap between 1 inner wall of stator core and the magnet steel 52, these are the prior art of motor, do not describe here in detail.
The pivot 5 with link up being equipped with front bearing 6 between the end cover 4, front bearing 6's inner circle and 5 interference fit of pivot, front bearing 6's outer lane and linking end cover 4 are transition fit, interference fit and transition fit are prior art, front bearing 6's outer lane carries out the butt through linking up end cover 4 cooperation bearing clamp plate 62, it is equipped with linking end cover counter bore 41 to link up end cover 4, bearing clamp plate 62 is equipped with and links up the corresponding clamp plate screw 63 of end cover counter bore 41, penetrate the screw in linking end cover counter bore 41 and clamp plate screw 63 and connect.
A rear bearing 61 is arranged between the rotating shaft 5 and the rear end cover 2, an inner ring of the rear bearing 61 is in interference fit with the rotating shaft 5, an outer ring of the rear bearing 61 is in transition fit with the rear end cover 2, one end of the rear bearing 61 abuts against a shaft shoulder of the rotating shaft 5, and the other end of the rear bearing 61 abuts against a wave-shaped spring washer 64 and a snap spring 65 in sequence.
The encoder 8 is mounted on the end of the rotating shaft 5, the encoder 8 is connected to the rotating shaft 5 through a cross-coupling 81, and the end surface of the cross-coupling 81 abuts against the rear bearing 61, and the technology of the encoder 8 is also the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The outer wall of the rear end cover 2 is provided with a wire holder 9, the wire holder 9 is also the prior art, and the wire holder 9 is used for connecting wires.
Linking up end cover 4, front end housing 3, stator core 1 and the laminating of rear end cap 2 and wearing to be equipped with condenser tube, condenser tube's material is copper.
The cooling water pipe comprises two inlet and outlet pipes 71, a straight pipe 7 and a connecting pipe 73, the number of the inlet and outlet pipes 71 is two, the two inlet and outlet pipes 71 are located on the same side, one of the two inlet and outlet pipes 71 is a water inlet pipe, and the other one of the two inlet and outlet pipes is a water outlet pipe. In the present invention, both the inlet and outlet pipes 71 are located at the front end.
The outer end of the inlet and outlet pipe 71 is provided with a bending part 72 which is bent outwards. The outside bending of this department is the direction of pointing away from linking end cover 4, specifically for exit tube 71 wear out from linking end cover 4's corner and then to linking end cover 4 periphery to dispersing, and entrance tube 71 can not cause the interference to the installation of motor like this, and the portion 72 of bending simultaneously can more conveniently connect outside water source. The inlet and outlet pipe 71 just extends out from the connecting end cover 4 and is bent to form a bent part 72, the bent part 72 does not exceed the mounting end surface of the connecting end cover 4, mounting through holes (shown in fig. 1) for mounting the motor are formed in the positions, located at the four corners, of the mounting end surface of the connecting end cover 4, and a fixing counter bore connected with the front end cover 3 is formed in the right side of each mounting through hole.
The number of the straight pipes 7 is four, the straight pipes 7 penetrate through the front end cover 3, the stator core 1 and the rear end cover 2, the outer wall of each straight pipe 7 is connected with two compression nuts 75 in a threaded mode, the two compression nuts 75 are tightly attached to the front end cover 3 and the rear end cover 2 respectively, the straight pipes 7 can be reliably positioned through the two compression nuts 75, the straight pipes 7 cannot easily shift after being fixed, and meanwhile the front end cover 3, the stator core 1 and the rear end cover 2 can be tightly and reliably connected through the two compression nuts 75 without being connected through screws.
The number of the connecting pipes 73 is three, two ends of each connecting pipe 73 are respectively connected with the ends of two straight pipes 7, each connecting pipe 73 comprises an arc-shaped part 74, the shape of each connecting pipe 73 is approximate to a U shape, namely, the two ends of each connecting pipe 73 are straight parts aligned with the straight pipes 7, the straight parts of the connecting pipes 73 at the rear ends are bent inwards (the straight parts do not exceed the outer end surface of the rear end cover 2) after extending to the outer end of the rear end cover 2, and the arc-shaped parts 74 are arranged at the bent parts.
One end of the inlet and outlet pipe 71 is connected with the end part of the straight pipe 7, the inlet and outlet pipe 71, the straight pipe 7 and the connecting pipe 73 are communicated to form a cooling water pipe, and the inlet and outlet pipe 71 penetrates out of the connecting end cover 4. The water flow direction of the cooling water pipe of the present invention can be clearly seen from fig. 6. Water flows through the connecting end cover 4, the front end cover 3, the stator core 1 and the rear end cover 2, and the whole cooling effect is good.
Four corners department of stator core 1 is equipped with stator core and perforates 11 four corners department of front end housing 3 is equipped with front end housing perforation 31, four corners department of rear end housing 2 is equipped with rear end housing perforation 21, four corners department that links up end cover 4 is equipped with links up end cover perforation 42, condenser tube passes stator core perforation 11, front end housing perforation 31, rear end housing perforation 21 and links up end cover perforation 42.
The straight pipe 7 passes through the stator core through hole 11, the front end cover through hole 31 and the rear end cover through hole 21 in a transition fit manner, so that a positioning effect can be achieved, the inlet and outlet pipe 71 passes through the connecting end cover through hole 42, and the connecting pipe 73 at the front end passes through the connecting end cover through hole 42.
The outer end face of rear end cap 2 is equipped with rear end cap circular slot 22, and the quantity of the connecting pipe 73 that is located the rear end is two and the laminating of the arc portion 74 of two connecting pipes 73 stretches into rear end cap circular slot 22, because rear bearing 61 directly laminates rear end cap 2, therefore this arc portion 74 can indirectly cool off rear bearing 61, and this arc portion 74 can strengthen the cooling effect to rear end cap 2 simultaneously.
The outer end face of the connecting end cover 4 is provided with a connecting end cover circular groove 43, the number of the connecting pipes 73 at the front end is one, and the arc-shaped parts 74 of the connecting pipes 73 are attached to extend into the connecting end cover circular groove 43. Since the front bearing 6 is directly attached to the end cap 4, the arc-shaped portion 74 can indirectly cool the front bearing 6, and the arc-shaped portion 74 can enhance the cooling effect on the end cap 4.
The connecting pipe 73 is connected with the straight pipe 7 through a connecting nut 76, a sealing gasket 77 (shown in fig. 10) is arranged between the connecting pipe 73 and the straight pipe 7, the inlet and outlet pipe 71 is connected with the straight pipe 7 through the connecting nut 76, and the sealing gasket 77 (shown in fig. 10) is arranged between the inlet and outlet pipe 71 and the straight pipe 7. The connecting nut 76 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the sealing gasket 77 can effectively prevent water leakage.
The connecting pipe 73 and the straight pipe 7 are fixed by welding, and the inlet and outlet pipe 71 and the straight pipe 7 are fixed by welding. The condenser tube can make linking up end cover 4, front end housing 3, stator core 1, rear end cap 2 and connect into a whole through welded fastening, prevents effectively that the motor from being disassembled privately (the motor just can be disassembled to the condenser tube is demolishd only to the destructiveness).
A positioning plate 54 is disposed on the outer wall of the rotating shaft 5, and a radial ring surface of the positioning plate 54 (i.e., a left end surface of the positioning plate 54 in fig. 8) is attached to one end surfaces of the rotor core 51 and the magnetic steel 52. Preferably, the outer diameter of the positioning plate 54 is equal to the outer diameter of the outer contour surrounded by the magnetic steel 52, so that the positioning plate 54 has a function of positioning the end surface of the magnetic steel 52 in the process of adhering the magnetic steel 52, that is, the end surface of the magnetic steel 52 is abutted against the positioning plate 54 when the magnetic steel 52 is adhered.
The rotor core 51 is provided with a rotor core hole 53 which penetrates through the front and the back, the positioning plate 54 is provided with a positioning plate notch groove 55, and a positioning plate 56 which is clamped in the rotor core hole 53 in an interference fit manner is arranged in the positioning plate notch groove 55. The spacer cutout grooves 55 are symmetrically arranged two by two, so that the number of spacers 56 is also two.
The positioning plate 54 has two annular grooves 57 on its outer annular wall. The arrangement of the annular groove 57 is convenient for binding and fixing the magnetic steel 52 wound with the Kevlar wire, and the concrete operations are as follows: firstly, winding a circle of Kevlar wire in a first annular groove 57 (namely, one annular groove 57 close to the magnetic steel 52) and punching a knot, then winding the Kevlar wire on the magnetic steel 52 towards the direction of the magnetic steel 52, taking the figure 8 as a reference, winding the Kevlar wire on the outer wall of the magnetic steel 52 from right to left for a circle, winding the Kevlar wire back after reaching the leftmost end of the magnetic steel 52, namely, winding the Kevlar wire from left to right, and winding until the last circle of Kevlar wire is clamped into a second annular groove 57 (namely, one annular groove 57 far away from the magnetic steel 52) and knotted, thus, binding of the Kevlar wire on the magnetic steel 52 is completed, and finally, epoxy glue is brushed on the periphery of the Kevlar wire for solidification and shaping, the whole process is convenient to operate, and the magnetic.
