Abstract

The stud 8 is rotatably connected with the sliding block 7 through a bearing, and the side surfaces of the sliding block 7 and the fixed block 6 and the middle part of the support frame 2 form a wire space 10;
the surface of the fixed block 6 opposite to the sliding block 7 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is gradually inclined from one end close to the mounting plate 3 to one end far away from the sliding block 7;
the conduit 4 is provided with a conduit opening 40; the wire openings 40 are provided in a plurality and are evenly distributed along the circumference of the wire guide 4.
In the working process of the embodiment: when the electric wire is wound on the winding reel 1, the driving mechanism drives the winding reel 1 to rotate, and when the electric wire is rubbed with the conduit 4 in the process, the conduit 4 rotates along the axial direction of the conduit 4 so as to reduce the abrasion to the electric wire; when the wire is wound to the tail end of the wire, the tail end of the wire extends to the fixing block 6 through the wire guide pipe 4 and extends into the wire guiding space 10 through the surface of the fixing block 6, and then the sliding block 7 moves towards the direction close to the fixing block 6 by rotating the stud 8 and presses the wire on the fixing block 6 to fix the wire.
In order to reduce the wear of the conduit 4 on the electrical wire when it is wound on the bobbin 1, it is preferred in this embodiment for this purpose that the conduit 4 is rotatably mounted on the mounting plate 3 and is rotatable relative to the bobbin 1, the axis of rotation of the conduit 4 coinciding with its axis.

In order to prevent the ends of the electric wires from being stacked on the fixing block 6 when the ends of the electric wires extending to the fixing block 6 are large, and thus, it is inconvenient to fix the ends of the electric wires, it is preferable in this embodiment that the side surfaces of the sliding block 7 and the fixing block 6 and the middle portion of the support frame 2 form a wire guiding space 10, and the excess electric wires extend into the wire guiding space 10 after the ends of the electric wires extend to the fixing block 6 through the wire guiding tube 4, so that the ends of the electric wires are prevented from being stacked on the fixing block 6, and the ends of the single-layer electric wires.
To facilitate the guiding of the end of the electric wire extending into the wire guiding space 10, it is preferable in this embodiment that the surface of the fixed block 6 opposite to the sliding block 7 is an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is inclined from the end close to the mounting plate 3 to the end far from the sliding block 7.
