Technical Field
The present invention relates to electronic cigarettes, and particularly to a modular electronic cigarette which is modular and can be conveniently disassembled.
Background
An electronic smoking device is a tool for heating a cigarette body for smoking by electrifying a non-combustible heating body. At present, electronic cigarettes which are not combusted in a heating mode exist in an integral design mode, and all functional parts cannot be rapidly installed and detached or are quite troublesome to detach, so that more problems are caused. For example, the heat generating components cannot be quickly mounted or dismounted, so that the heat generating components cannot be independently cleaned, and tar can be accumulated after long-term use; the battery components cannot be quickly mounted or dismounted, so that the batteries cannot be replaced or the battery pack cannot be added; in addition, when a certain part is damaged, a consumer cannot replace the part by himself or herself, and only needs to be maintained by a professional, so that the maintenance is troublesome; and the consumers can not replace the components in the electronic device by themselves, and can not customize the components individually, thereby reducing the use pleasure.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a modular electronic cigarette, which can be used for quickly disassembling, replacing and assembling all modules and increasing the use pleasure.
In order to achieve the purpose, the modularized electronic cigarette provided by the invention comprises a cigarette extractor, an electronic controller, a heater and a battery device, wherein the electronic controller is detachably arranged on the battery device through a first quick-release mechanism, the heater is detachably arranged on the battery device through a second quick-release mechanism, the electronic controller is provided with an accommodating cavity, the cigarette extractor is detachably sleeved in the accommodating cavity, the cigarette extractor is provided with a cigarette inserting cavity, and a heating needle of the heater is inserted into the cigarette inserting cavity.
Compared with the prior art, the electronic cigarette has the advantages that the electronic controller is detachably arranged on the battery device through the first quick-release mechanism, the heater is detachably arranged on the battery device through the second quick-release mechanism, and the cigarette extractor is detachably sleeved in the accommodating cavity, so that modularization of all functional parts of the electronic cigarette is realized, all modules can be quickly installed and disassembled, a user can replace and assemble the electronic cigarette by himself/herself, the electronic cigarette is easy and convenient to maintain, in addition, the user can replace each module into a favorite shape according to personal preferences, personalized customization is realized, and the use pleasure is increased.
Preferably, a sealing ring is arranged between the heater and the accommodating cavity. The sealing ring can prevent tar from leaking into the battery device from the accommodating cavity downwards, and the battery device is effectively protected.
Preferably, the battery device is provided with a mounting seat at the upper side thereof, the heater is arranged at one end inside the mounting seat and electrically connected with the battery device, the bottom of the electronic controller is arranged inside the mounting seat, and one end of the electronic controller far away from the heater is electrically connected with the battery device. The connection end of the electronic controller electrically connected with the battery device is far away from the heater, so that the connection end of the electronic controller can be prevented from being affected by high temperature generated by the heater.
The battery device is provided with a conducting strip, the conducting strip extends from one end to the other end in the mounting seat, and one end of the conducting strip is electrically contacted with the conducting end of the heater; the other end of the conducting strip is electrically contacted with the electronic controller. Through will the design is extended to the conducting strip, both can make electronic controller can realize connecting electrically conductive purpose, can avoid long-term use again because of the heater produces high temperature makes electronic controller's link premature aging, increase of service life.
Specifically, the bottom of the electronic controller is provided with at least one pair of elastic conductive pins, and the elastic conductive pins are in elastic electrical contact with the end parts of the conductive sheets.
Specifically, the bottom of the mounting seat is provided with a positioning recess, the bottom of the electronic controller is provided with at least one pair of positioning protrusions, and the positioning protrusions are inserted into the positioning recess. Therefore, the electronic controller can be rapidly assembled with the battery device, and the assembly is more convenient and rapid.
In particular, the positioning tab is a resilient positioning pin.
Specifically, the first quick release mechanism comprises a first positioning hole and a first positioning protrusion, one of the first positioning hole and the first positioning protrusion is respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the mounting seat, the other of the first positioning hole and the first positioning protrusion is respectively arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the electronic controller, and the first positioning protrusion is clamped in the first positioning hole. The electronic controller and the battery device can be quickly connected and fixed through the matching of the first positioning hole and the first positioning protrusion, so that the assembling convenience is improved.
Specifically, one end of the inside of the mounting seat is provided with a relative positioning seat, a positioning groove is formed between the two positioning seats, and the lower end of the heater is provided with a positioning part which is clamped in the positioning groove. The positioning groove is matched with the positioning part, so that the heater can be quickly positioned with the battery device, and the convenience of assembly is improved.
Specifically, the second quick release mechanism includes a second positioning hole and a second positioning protrusion, one of the second positioning hole and the second positioning protrusion is respectively disposed on opposite side surfaces of the two positioning seats, the other of the second positioning hole and the second positioning protrusion is respectively disposed on an outer side surface of the positioning portion, and the second positioning protrusion is engaged in the second positioning hole. The heater and the battery device can be quickly connected and fixed through the matching of the second positioning hole and the second positioning protrusion, so that the convenience of assembly is improved.
Preferably, the battery device comprises a plurality of battery packs, each battery pack is provided with a quick-release mechanism detachably connected to another battery pack and a connecting interface electrically connected to another battery pack, and each battery pack is provided with a charging interface. By arranging the connection interface and the charging interface on each battery pack, the number of the battery packs can be freely increased or decreased according to needs, and the problem of endurance can be solved.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and effects achieved by the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the modular electronic cigarette 100 of the present invention includes a cigarette extractor 1, an electronic controller 2, a heater 3, and a battery device 4, wherein the cigarette extractor 1, the electronic controller 2, the heater 3, and the battery device 4 are independent modules; electronic controller 2 through first quick detach mechanism 5 detachably set up in on the battery device 4, heater 3 through second quick detach mechanism 6 detachably set up in on the battery device 4, electronic controller 2 is equipped with holding chamber 23, cigarette extractor 1 detachably cup joint in holding chamber 23, cigarette extractor 1 is the drum type structure, cigarette extractor 1 has and is columniform cigarette grafting chamber 11, upwards extend out heat needle 31 on the upper portion of heater 3, heat needle 31 follows the lower extreme in cigarette grafting chamber 11 inserts in the cigarette grafting chamber 11.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a sealing ring 7 is disposed between the heater 3 and the accommodating cavity. The sealing ring 7 can prevent tar from leaking into the battery device 4 from the accommodating cavity, and the battery device 4 is effectively protected.
As shown in fig. 3, a mounting seat 41 is disposed on an upper side of the battery device 4, the mounting seat 41 is formed by extending upward along a peripheral edge of the battery device 4, the heater 3 is disposed at one end inside the mounting seat 41 and electrically connected to the battery device 4, a bottom of the electronic controller 2 is mounted inside the mounting seat 41, and one end of the electronic controller 2 away from the heater 3 is electrically connected to the battery device 4. By making the connection end of the electronic controller 2 electrically connected to the battery device 4 distant from the heater 3, it is possible to prevent the high temperature generated by the heater 3 from affecting the connection end of the electronic controller 2. Specifically, the battery device 4 has two conductive sheets 42, each conductive sheet 42 is electrically connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the battery device 4 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the conductive sheet 42 extends from one end inside the mounting seat 41 to the other end, and one end of the conductive sheet 42 is electrically contacted with the conductive end 32 of the heater 3; the other end of the conductive strip 42 is in electrical contact with the electronic controller 2. Through will conducting strip 42 extends the design, both can make electronic controller 2 can realize connecting electrically conductive purpose, can avoid long-term use again because of the heater 3 produces the too early ageing of link that high temperature made electronic controller 2, increase of service life.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, at least one pair of elastic conductive pins 21 is disposed at the bottom of the electronic controller 2, and the elastic conductive pins 21 are in elastic electrical contact with the end portions of the conductive sheets 42. The bottom of the mounting seat 41 is provided with a positioning recess 41a, and the bottom of the electronic controller 2 is provided with at least one pair of positioning protrusions which are inserted into the positioning recess 41 a. Therefore, the electronic controller 2 can be rapidly assembled with the battery device 4, and the assembly is more convenient and rapid. The locating tab is a resilient locating pin 22.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, the first quick release mechanism 5 includes a first positioning hole 51 and a first positioning protrusion 52, the first positioning hole 51 is disposed on two opposite side surfaces of the mounting seat 41, the first positioning protrusion 52 is disposed on an outer side of a lower end of the electronic controller 2, a mounting portion 2a is disposed at a lower end of the electronic controller 2, the mounting portion 2a is in sleeve fit with the mounting seat 41 so that outer side surfaces of the electronic controller 2 and the mounting seat 41 are exactly flush when the electronic controller is mounted on the mounting seat 41, and the first positioning protrusion 52 is engaged with the first positioning hole 51. The electronic controller 2 and the battery device 4 can be quickly connected and fixed through the matching of the first positioning hole 51 and the first positioning protrusion 52, so that the convenience of assembly is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, one end of the inside of the mounting base 41 is provided with a positioning seat 411, a positioning groove 412 is formed between the two positioning seats 411, a positioning portion 33 is provided at the lower end of the heater 3, and the positioning portion 33 is clamped in the positioning groove 412. By the positioning groove 412 cooperating with the positioning portion 33, the heater 3 can be quickly positioned with respect to the battery device 4, thereby improving the convenience of assembly. The second quick release mechanism 6 includes a second positioning hole 61 and a second positioning protrusion 62, the second positioning hole 61 is respectively disposed on the opposite side surfaces of the two positioning seats 411, the second positioning protrusion 62 is disposed on the outer side surface of the positioning portion 33, and the second positioning protrusion 62 is engaged with the second positioning hole 61. The heater 3 and the battery device 4 can be quickly connected and fixed through the matching of the second positioning hole 61 and the second positioning protrusion 62, so that the convenience of assembly is improved. The straight line of the two second positioning holes 61 intersects with or is perpendicular to the straight line of the two first positioning holes 51.
As shown in fig. 2, the battery device 4 includes a plurality of battery packs, one of which is a main battery 41 and the other is a backup battery 42; each battery pack is provided with a quick-release mechanism which is detachably connected to another battery pack and a connecting interface which is electrically connected to another battery pack, and each battery pack is provided with a charging interface. By arranging the connection interface and the charging interface on each battery pack, the number of the battery packs can be freely increased or decreased according to needs, and the problem of endurance can be solved.
Compared with the prior art, the electronic cigarette has the advantages that the electronic controller 2 is detachably arranged on the battery device 4 through the first quick-release mechanism 5, the heater 3 is detachably arranged on the battery device 4 through the second quick-release mechanism 6, and the cigarette extractor 1 is detachably sleeved in the accommodating cavity 23, so that modularization of all functional parts of the electronic cigarette is realized, all modules can be quickly installed and detached, a user can replace and assemble the electronic cigarette by himself, the electronic cigarette is simple and convenient to maintain, in addition, the user can replace each module into a favorite shape according to personal preferences, personalized customization is realized, and the use pleasure is increased.
The control principle and structure of the electronic controller 2 related to the modular electronic cigarette 100 of the present invention are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
