Abstract
本发明涉及一种有机复合肥的配方及其制备工
艺。主要由氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物、糖磷酸酯、氮
磷钾和辅助剂组成,经水解、螯合酯化、均质等过程,
形成胶悬溶混体,用于农作物的叶肥、根肥、拌种。能
显著提高作物产量,抗病能力和改进其品质。
Description
本发明属于肥料,用于种植业的有机复合肥料,由氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物,氮、磷、钾,有机养分等组成。
植物生长所需肥料,除了氮、磷、钾三要素外,还需要常量和微量矿物质元素和其它营养。光合作用是各类农作物物质积累的主要途径,它是酶催化下的磷酸糖的光合循环过程,与之相伴的呼吸作用是葡萄糖的氧化过程,这一过程的中间产物和氮素是蛋白质合成的基础。氨基酸和核糖又是酶形成的基础。光合作用不但需要矿物质营养素,还需要糖营养。传统的肥料供应作物无机态矿物质营养元素。美国专利US-4,169,716,以金属蛋白盐的形式提供微量矿物质元素,比无机盐提高了微量元素的吸收和利用,但光合作用的重要营养素糖营养、糖的磷酸酯被忽略了,因而影响了光合作用的效率和产量。此外,在制造工艺上也存在不足之处。比如此类叶肥,系以液体形式提供,有效成份含量低,生产费用比较高。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的缺点,设计一种通过氨基酸矿物质螯合物和糖磷酸酯和其它营养素复合的有机肥料,以增强各营养素的协合功能,从而提高光合作用效率,改进光合产物的品质和增加产量,降低农产品生产成本。
本发明的另一个目的,是改进有机复合肥的生产工艺,将水解、螯合和磷酸酯化结合在一起,经过均质复合处理形成胶悬溶混体。
为了实现上述目的之一,增强植物的光合作用,本发明将糖磷酸酯化,使之与氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物复合,并与氮素协合,向光合循环提供高效能催化营养素。
本发明由氨基酸矿物质营养素螯合物,氮、磷、钾,糖磷酸酯,辅助剂和水组成。
矿物质营养素包括氮、磷、钾三要素,还包括钙、镁、硫、铁、锰、锌、硼、铜、钼等必需元素,以及钴、镍、硒、稀土元素等。稀土元素以镧、铈、镨、钕为主。上述元素,除氮、磷、钾外均以氨基酸螯合物形式提供;磷素可由磷酸盐和/或多聚磷酸盐类等形式提供;钾可由氯化钾、硝酸钾、硫酸钾等形式提供。
氨基酸是复合氨基酸和/或简单肽,由蛋白质水解获得,也可由部分游离氨基酸强化。氨基酸是矿物质元素的主螯合剂。
糖营养是单糖和/或简单糖,可由淀粉和纤维素水解获得,与磷酸结合形成糖磷酸酯。
辅助剂是简单有机营养素,植物激素和生长调节物质,表面活性剂等,这里的简单有机营养素是乙酸、柠檬酸、腐植酸、甘油等。植物激素和生长调节物质是赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、细胞激动素、2,4-D,萘乙酸等。还可含有三十烷醇、愈创木酚盐等。
表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸盐、平平加、聚乙烯醇、司班、吐温、磷脂、动物胶等。
环烷酸、维生素、酶制剂也可作为辅剂使用。
本发明的组成如下(质量%):
氮、磷、钾三要素:
总氮(N) 0.5-8.0
磷(P) 1.0-6.0
钾(K) 0.5-4.0
氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物 3.0-25.0
其中矿物质元素是镁、钙、铁、锰、锌、硼、铜、钼或/和稀土元素,其含量分布为:

氨基酸螯合物中,螯合剂对矿物质元素的比例为6-25,被螯合的稀土元素以镧、铈、镨、钕为主,稀土元素内的比例以天然形式确定。
糖磷酸酯 3-20
形成磷酸酯的糖由单糖和/或简单糖组成。单糖可以是三至七碳糖,简单糖可以是蔗糖、麦芽糖。它们可由淀粉和/或纤维素水解获得,单糖对简单糖比例从0.1-10比1。糖与磷酸或磷酸盐酯化。
氨基酸矿物元素螯合物与糖磷酸酯在这里不是简单的混合物,而是一种复合物,它们可以物理方式和/或化学方式(如配位)复合,从而有利于它们之间,以及它们与其它营养素之间的协合作用。
辅助剂: 0.1-12
辅助剂由简单有机营养素、植物激素和表面剂组成,简单有机营养素指的是乙酸、柠檬酸、甘油、腐植酸等。植物激素是赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、细胞激动素。表面活性剂是苯磺酸盐、平平加、聚乙稀醇、司班、吐温、磷脂、动物胶或是它们的复合物。辅助剂中简单有机营养素占1-6%,植物激素占0.0025×10-3-2.5%,表面剂占0.03-4%,环烷酸,维生素,酶制剂可占0.1-2%。
水 25-60
本发明中水的用量以保证总量达到100。
本有机复合肥的最佳组成(质量%)是:氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物15.0,总氮2.5,磷3.0,钾2.0,糖磷酸酯10.0,辅助剂3.0,水至100。
过去的叶面肥主要由养分溶解成液体提供,难以提供最佳的营养形态,液体产品有效成份少,成本也较高。本发明克服了这些缺点,提供了反应和均质复合工艺。本发明的制备工艺包括三个主要过程,首先是蛋白质水解为氨基酸,淀粉水解为糖;第二步是螯合和酯化反应;第三步是均质复合,制成有机复合胶悬溶混体肥料。
蛋白质在酸或碱的作用下水解为氨基酸和简单肽。蛋白质可以是动物蛋白如毛、发、蹄、甲、血、蛹、皮、低质鱼类等;也可以是植物蛋白,如:玉米蛋白粉、豆粕、棉籽粕、菜籽粕或其它植物种子蛋白粉。淀粉水解为糖。淀粉可以来源于植物的种子如玉米、高梁;也可以来源于块根,如土豆、红薯、木薯等。水解催化剂是无机酸或无机碱。无机酸如盐酸、硫酸、磷酸;无机碱是苛性碱,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾。促进水解的质子,还可以由无机和有机复合酸提供,例如磷酸与乙酸的复合酸,水解还可以在金属离子参与下进行。酸水解的PH值1-5,碱水解的PH在8-12,水解温度在50-110℃,反应时间在2-8小时,酸或碱在蛋白质或淀粉中的比例在2-20%。
由蛋白质和淀粉水解得到的氨基酸和糖的混合物与矿物质元素Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,B,Cu,Mo或/和稀土元素等产生螯合反应,与磷酸盐和/或磷酸产生酯化反应,形成氨基酸螯合物、糖磷酸酯复合物。螯合酯化和复合反应温度在20-80℃,PH3-10,时间30-200min,矿物质元素可以由不同形式提供,如硫酸盐、盐酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐等,在氨基酸螯合物糖磷酸酯复合系统中,加入N、P、K三要素肥料、辅助剂和水,经由均质机进行均质处理,而获得胶悬态有机溶混体复合肥料。均质机可以是砂磨机、球磨机、胶体磨等。均化处理温度可以15-50℃,均化时间在10-160min,PH4-8。
本发明的最佳工艺条件为,水解温度105℃,PH2,反应时间6小时;螯合酯化温度75℃,PH7.5,时间100min;均化温度25℃,时间20min,PH6。
本发明所含有机复合肥料,可作为叶肥、根肥使用,也可拌种,为光合作用和作物生长提供了综合营养素,具有优良的协合作用,使用方便,利于作物的健康生长、根系发育,增产、节肥、节水的效果显著。
例如在顺义所作的玉米拌种试验,半个月后提取全根,鲜根重量比对照组增加50%,干重提高94%,用本发明产品2%拌种后,千亩玉米增产11%。叶面喷雾两次,增产20%。本发明300倍液喷施北京桃(早香玉、绿化)增产26%,糖度提高2个百分点。本发明对小麦、水稻、蔬菜和经济果林等均有很好的增产效果,种子蛋白质含量百分点能提高1-2,能节水节肥5-10%以上。
实施例1:
在反应釜中加入水40kg,浓硫酸1kg,加入血粉6kg,搅拌下升温至100℃,维持2小时,加入木薯淀粉6kg,磷酸二氢钾6kg,维持1小时,然后降温至50℃,加入硫酸镁1kg,硫酸铁0.25kg,硫酸锌0.044kg,硫酸锰0.16kg,硫酸铜0.039kg,维持90min,加入氨水调PH至中性,然后加入尿素1.43kg,氯化钾3.1kg,硝酸钙0.9kg,硼砂0.09kg,钼酸钠0.00025kg,搅拌均匀,最后加入平平加0.05kg,并加入适量水使系统总量达到100kg,用砂磨机均质1小时,得胶悬体复合肥料。
实施例2:
在实例1的基础上,加入氧化稀土0.15kg,得到含有螯合稀土的有机复合肥。
实施例3:
在实施例1的基础上,用0.44kg的硫酸锌代替其中的0.044kg,得到富含氨基酸锌的复合肥料。
实施例4:
在例3的基础上,用0.4kg的硼砂代替原来的0.09kg,得到富含锌和硼的有机复合肥。
实施例5:
在实施例1的基础上,加入2kg腐植酸钠,柠檬酸500g,便得到含有腐植酸钠的复合肥。
实施例6:
在实施例1的基础上,在加入平平加时,同时加入赤霉素0.0057g和/或加入细胞激动素0.0005g,得到含有植物生长激素的复合肥。
实施例7:
在实施例1中,用苛性钾0.57kg代替硫酸,用盐酸代替氨水调节PH至中性,采用球磨机均质,其它同例1。
实施例8:
在实施例1中,用菜籽粕10kg代替其中的血粉,其它同例1。
实施例9:
在实施例1中,用玉米淀粉5kg代替木薯淀粉,其它同例1。
实施例10:
在实施例1中,在均质过程中加入烟酸0.040kg,获得含有维生素的复合肥。
实施例11:
在实施例10中,加入α-淀粉酶0.060kg,获得含有维生素和酶的复合肥。
Claims (5)
1、一种有机复合肥料,由氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物,氮磷钾、糖、辅助剂组成,其特征在于所含糖份转化成糖磷酸酯并与氨基酸矿物质螯合物相复合。其组成(质量%)如下:
氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物: 3-25
总氮(N) 0.5-8
磷(P) 1-6
钾(K) 0.5-4
糖磷酸酯 3-20
辅助剂 0.1-12
水 25-60。
2、根据权利要求1的有机复合肥料,其特征在于最佳组成(质量%)如下:
氨基酸矿物质元素螯合物 15.0
总氮(N) 2.5
磷(P) 3.0
钾(K) 2.0
糖磷酸酯 10.0
辅助剂 3.0
水至 100.0
3、根据权利要求1的有机复合肥料,其特征在于稀土以氨基酸螯合物形式提供。
4、一种有机复合肥料的制造工艺,其步骤包括水解、螯合、酯化、复合、均质、包装,其特征在于蛋白质和/或糖份经水解产生的氨基酸和/或简单糖与矿物质形成螯合盐和/或酯,并与氮磷钾、辅助剂等养份用均质机均质形成胶悬溶混体,均质温度在15-50℃,PH4-8,时间10-160min。
5、根据权利要求4的制造工艺,其特征在于最佳均质条件是温度25℃,PH6,时间20min。
