Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an extraction process of a kapok leaf extract and essence cream thereof.
Background
Kapok (Bombax malabaricum DC) also known as British tree, Morgan, red jasmine, kapok tree, red cotton, Panzhihua, Bangmang tree and the like is a kapok plant belonging to the genus kapok, a deciduous tree, often blossoming before and after leaves, and is a very spectacular plant which is common in the south of China. Kapok is mostly used as a medicine with flowers, barks and roots, has the effects of dispelling wind, removing dampness, promoting blood circulation, relieving swelling, eliminating stagnation, relieving pain and the like, is one of common medicines of Hainan Li nationality, is mainly decocted with roots, barks, flowers or leaves of the kapok in water for oral administration, and is used for treating red and white dysentery, damp-heat dysentery, female endogenous wind in the month, lung cancer, intestinal cancer, stomachache, hematochezia after defecation, arthralgia and the like.
The kapok leaf is the leaf of the plant kapok. In recent years, kapok has attracted much attention because of its excellent activity in anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, liver protection, etc., but there are few studies on kapok leaves, and only a few reports on its chemical components and pharmacological actions are reported.
Secondly, there is a report in the prior art that kapok extract is applied to cosmetics. However, the common bombax ceiba extract in the prior art is prepared by boiling bombax ceiba in water, concentrating, drying, and adding excipient such as starch, etc., the extract has complex components, and if a large amount of the extract is added into the skin care product, the skin care product has the problems of irritation, discoloration or precipitation, etc.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention has the following objects: the extraction process of the kapok leaf extract is simple and easy to operate, and the kapok leaf extract extracted by the extraction process is stable in quality and not prone to precipitation, turbidity and the like.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an extraction process of a kapok leaf extract is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises the following steps of (a) carrying out,
(1) washing the kapok leaves with deionized water, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 20-mesh sieve;
(2) adding the crushed kapok leaves, butanediol and deionized water into a container, soaking at normal temperature for 72-75h, and stirring once every 5-15h to obtain a leaching matter;
(3) placing the extract obtained in the step (2) in an environment of 3-5 ℃ for 48-50h, and filtering to obtain filtrate;
(4) and (4) filling the filtrate obtained in the step (3) into a clean container, and placing the container at normal temperature for later use.
In this embodiment, the principle of the kapok leaf extract extraction is as follows: firstly, water/butanediol diffuses to the cell wall of cells through capillaries inside kapok leaves; secondly, water/butanediol passes through the cell wall into the interior of the cell; then, the water/butanediol dissolves hydrophilic polysaccharide, glycoside, amino acid and other components in the cell to form a solution, and the water/butanediol continuously diffuses into the cell due to the concentration difference of the solution inside and outside the cell wall until the cell wall is burst by water/butanediol molecules; furthermore, molecules of components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid in the kapok leaves diffuse to the interface of the kapok leaves and water/butanediol; and finally, further diffusing the components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid in the kapok leaves into a water/butanediol system from the interface of the kapok leaves and water/butanediol.
The "crushing" step in the extraction process has a significant effect on the two stages of penetration and diffusion in the kapok leaf extraction process. If the crushing is fine, the fat-soluble oil ester is likely to be leached; on the contrary, if the powder is not crushed or not crushed to be fine enough, the speed of water/butanediol entering cells and the speed of leaching and diffusing components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid are slow, which is not beneficial to the extraction process.
The extraction process does not need to be carried out under heating conditions, because components such as polysaccharides, glycosides, amino acids, etc. can be dissolved in water at normal temperature, and only the leaching speed is slow. However, if the heat leaching is carried out, the leaching amount of the ineffective impurities is greatly increased, thereby increasing the risk of the subsequent use of the extract.
According to long-term accumulated practical experience, the general leaching time period needs 72-75 h. If the leaching time is too short, the components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid cannot be fully leached; conversely, when the leaching is carried out to reach saturation, too long a time has no practical significance. And secondly, in the leaching process, the components such as polysaccharide, glycosides and amino acid are continuously stirred, so that the components can be favorably diffused to a solvent, and the extraction effect can be favorably improved.
And finally, storing the extract at 3-5 ℃ for 48-50h, which is beneficial to full precipitation of weak-polarity components, and then filtering to obtain filtrate. When the filtrate is returned to normal temperature, the extract is stable, and quality problems such as precipitation, turbidity and the like are not easy to occur.
As a further example, 1-2 parts of kapok leaves, 4-5 parts of butanediol and 3-5 parts of deionized water are taken in the step (2).
In the embodiment, the using amount of the butanediol is 4-5 parts, so that the system is favorably preserved, the using risk of subsequent extracts is reduced, and the leaching of ineffective impurities is also reduced.
As a further example, 1 part of the kapok leaves, 4 parts of the butanediol and 5 parts of the deionized water are taken in the step (2).
The second purpose of the invention is: the essence cream containing the kapok leaf extract is moisturizing, non-sticky, good in anti-aging effect and not prone to deterioration.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
an essence cream comprising: the component A, the component B, the component C and the component D; wherein,
the component A comprises an emulsifier, ethylhexyl palmitate, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer and tocopherol acetate;
the component B comprises a humectant, an antifreeze, a preservative and water;
the C component comprises palmitoyl tripeptide-1/palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, folium gossypii extract, sea urchin collagen, cod elastin, star flower extract and Astragalus membranaceus root extract; the kapok leaf extract is extracted by adopting the extraction process of the kapok leaf extract in any one of the embodiments;
the component D comprises essence.
The essence cream in the embodiment solves the aging problem from all aspects:
(1) enhancing cell activity, improving skin microcirculation: palmitoyl tripeptide-1/palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 is a segment of less than 10 amino acid sequences, is a hydrolysate of skin matrix before healing after skin injury, and can enhance skin cell activity; palmitoyl tripeptide-1 can promote the synthesis of cell collagen and polysaccharide; the skin cytokine IL6 participates in chronic inflammatory reaction, plays an important role in the skin aging process, and the use of palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 can reduce the level of IL6 in aging, so that the aim of maintaining the balance of the skin cytokine is fulfilled to realize the skin care and improve microcirculation;
(2) antioxidation: the kapok leaf extract contains components such as polysaccharide, glycosides and amino acid, can eliminate the peroxide free radicals, and has the effects of resisting oxidation and aging;
(3) and (3) collagen supplementation: CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide) inhibits immune responses to external and internal stimuli, and as aging (neuroaging) gradually diminishes, supplementation and promotion of CGRP expression may delay aging. Sea urchin collagen (NEUROCOL Y) can promote CGRP expression and maintain skin cell elasticity; sea urchin collagen restores cell activity by promoting endogenous metabolism; sea urchin collagen improves skin elasticity and restores skin youth by promoting collagen synthesis;
(4) and (3) supplementing elastin: elastin is a protein present in the extracellular matrix ECM and is responsible for flexibility and elasticity of the ECM, and cod elastin is rich in amino acids such as glycine, proline, desmosine, and the like. Desmosine is an essential amino acid used to crosslink elastic fibers, maintain the function and structure of elastin, and play an important role in regulating skin contraction and relaxation. Proline and glycine can promote the synthesis of elastin in human dermal fibroblasts;
(5) ultraviolet resistance: ultraviolet rays are the most important pollution source in environmental pollution sources, and can enable skin metabolism to release more free radicals, destroy skin cell membranes and cause premature senility or death of the skin. The star flower extract is water-soluble extract obtained by leaching flowers, leaves and stems of Limoniummulgare (Limoniummulgare) and contains UV double-effect protection factor, and the damage of UVB/UVA to skin cells can be obviously prevented by 0.5% of addition amount;
(6) removing wrinkles instantly: cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane/dimethyl polysiloxane/vinyl dimethyl siloxane cross-linked polymer belongs to silicon elastomer, can bring silky smooth feeling to skin, is not sticky, has strong powdery feeling, and can immediately smooth wrinkles.
(7) Relieving and anti-allergy: the skin can have the uncomfortable phenomena of redness, itching, dryness and the like when being stimulated, the Astragalus Membranaceus (Astragalis Membranaceus) root extract is carefully matched with the Astragalus Membranaceus, the divaricate saposhnikovia root, the tall gastrodia tuber, the calendula officinalis and the silktree albizzia herb according to the formula principle of 'monarch, minister, assistant and guide' in the traditional Chinese medicine, has good effects of relieving and anti-allergy, and has the effects of soothing, relieving itching, dispelling redness, diminishing swelling, repairing after allergy and the like.
As a further example of the implementation of the method,
the emulsifier is cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane (and) cyclohexasiloxane;
or the emulsifier is cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane/PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer;
or the emulsifier is cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane.
In this example, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 PDMS has a strong emulsifying ability, and in cooperation with another emulsifier, it makes the emulsifying system more stable.
As a further example, the humectant is one or more than two of glycerin, propylene glycol, and sodium hyaluronate.
As a further example, the antifreeze agent is sodium chloride.
As a further example, the preservative is one or two of hexylene glycol, phenoxyethanol/ethylhexylglycerin.
As a further example, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone (and) cyclohexasiloxane 7%, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone 1%, ethylhexyl palmitate 1%, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane 4%, dimethicone 0.5%, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer 1.2%, and tocopherol acetate 0.3%;
12% of glycerol, 10% of propylene glycol, 0.03% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.2% of sodium chloride, 0.35% of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.6% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerol;
palmitoyl tripeptide-1/palmitoyl tetrapeptide-71.0%, kapok leaf extract 1.0% -2.0%, sea urchin collagen 0.8%, cod elastin 1.5%, star flower extract 1.0%, astragalus membranaceus root extract 0.8%, and essence 0.1%;
the balance being water.
The essence cream prepared according to the formula of the embodiment has relatively low raw material cost and ensures a good use effect, namely, the essence cream of the embodiment has good cost performance.
As a further example, the preparation process of the essence cream comprises,
(1) cleaning related production equipment for later use;
(2) weighing the components of the group A and the group D in a first stirring container, stirring at 25 rpm at normal temperature for 15 minutes, and fully stirring to obtain a first mixture for later use;
(3) weighing the components of the group B and the group C in a second stirring container, stirring at 15 r/min at normal temperature for 15 minutes, and fully stirring to obtain a second mixture for later use;

(5) sampling, detecting, discharging and filling.
In the preparation process of the essence cream, the first mixture is an oil phase, is viscous and thick, and the second mixture is a water phase and is very thin, so that the stirring speed in the step (2) is faster than that in the step (3), and the mixture can be stirred uniformly. The second mixture is added into the first mixture, namely the water phase is added into the oil phase to form a water-in-oil (W/O) system, so that the active ingredients in the second mixture are wrapped and are not easily oxidized, the product is not easy to discolor and delaminate, the quality is stable, the quality guarantee period is long, and the like, and meanwhile, the kapok leaf extract can better play the role. In addition, in the process, 4% of the second mixture is slowly added into the first mixture, and then the rest of the second mixture is added, so that the first mixture of the oil phase fully wraps the active ingredients in the second mixture of the water phase, and the obtained essence cream is not easy to deteriorate; simultaneously, the emulsion is also beneficial to better emulsification of the mixture, and a stable water-in-oil system is better formed, so that the obtained essence cream is not easy to stratify and is more stable.
In addition, the processing technology of the embodiment does not need heating or homogenizing and emulsifying, and only needs stirring and emulsifying in a stirring container, thereby achieving the purposes of saving energy and water and simultaneously preventing the active ingredients from being oxidized more quickly due to heating.

In the above embodiment, the principle of the kapok leaf extract extraction is as follows: firstly, water/butanediol diffuses to the cell wall of cells through capillaries inside kapok leaves; secondly, water/butanediol passes through the cell wall into the interior of the cell; then, the water/butanediol dissolves hydrophilic polysaccharide, glycoside, amino acid and other components in the cell to form a solution, and the water/butanediol continuously diffuses into the cell due to the concentration difference of the solution inside and outside the cell wall until the cell wall is burst by water/butanediol molecules; furthermore, molecules of components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid in the kapok leaves diffuse to the interface of the kapok leaves and water/butanediol; and finally, further diffusing the components such as polysaccharide, glycoside and amino acid in the kapok leaves into a water/butanediol system from the interface of the kapok leaves and water/butanediol.
Furthermore, the preferable dosage of the butanediol is 4-5 parts, which is beneficial to the system preservation, reduces the use risk of subsequent extracts and also reduces the leaching of ineffective impurities.
Therefore, the extraction process of the kapok leaf extract is simple and easy to operate, and the kapok leaf extract extracted by the extraction process is stable in quality and is not easy to precipitate, become turbid and the like.

In the above examples, palmitoyl tripeptide-1/palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 can enhance cell activity and improve skin microcirculation; the kapok leaf extract contains components such as polysaccharide, glycosides and amino acid, can eliminate peroxide free radicals, and has the effects of resisting oxidation and aging; sea urchin collagen improves skin elasticity and restores skin youth by promoting collagen synthesis; cod elastin is rich in amino acids such as glycine, proline, desmosine, etc., and supplements elastin; the extract of star flower can resist ultraviolet; the cyclopenta dimethyl silicone polymer/vinyl dimethyl silicone polymer cross-linked polymer can bring silky smooth feeling to the skin, is not sticky, has strong powdery feeling, and can smooth wrinkles instantly; the extract of the root of the astragalus membranaceus (astraglus membranaceus) has good effects of relieving and resisting allergy, soothing and relieving itching, dispelling redness and swelling, repairing after allergy and the like; the glycerin, the propylene glycol and the sodium hyaluronate play a role in moisturizing; the sodium chloride improves the frost resistance of the essence cream; the hexylene glycol and the phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerin improve the antiseptic capability of the essence cream so as to better ensure the efficacy of the essence cream; cyclopenta-dimethyl siloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 polydimethylsiloxane (and) cyclohexasiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane/PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, and cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane are used as emulsifiers, so that the stability of the whole system of the essence cream is ensured. The components in the embodiment supplement each other, so that the essence cream can comprehensively solve the aging problem, moisten and moisturize, is not sticky, has a good anti-aging effect, and is not easy to deteriorate.
Preparation method of essence cream
The essence creams of sample examples 1 to 7 were prepared by combining the above-mentioned components of sample examples 1 to 7, respectively, according to the following steps:
(1) cleaning related production equipment for later use;
(2) weighing the components of the group A and the group D in a first stirring container, stirring at 25 rpm at normal temperature for 15 minutes, and fully stirring to obtain a first mixture for later use;
(3) weighing the components of the group B and the group C in a second stirring container, stirring at 15 r/min at normal temperature for 15 minutes, and fully stirring to obtain a second mixture for later use;
(4) slowly adding 4% of the second mixture into the first mixture at 9 rpm within 6 minutes; then, the stirring speed was slowly increased from 9 rpm to 21 rpm, and during the increasing, the remaining 96% of the second mixture was added to the first mixture over 9 minutes; then, the stirring speed is increased to 45 revolutions per minute, and the stirring is carried out for 8 minutes;
(5) sampling, detecting, discharging and filling.
In the preparation method of the essence cream, the first mixture is an oil phase and is viscous and thick, and the second mixture is a water phase and is very thin, so that the stirring speed in the step (2) is higher than that in the step (3) so as to be better stirred. The second mixture is added into the first mixture, namely the water phase is added into the oil phase to form a water-in-oil (W/O) system, so that the active ingredients in the second mixture are wrapped and are not easily oxidized, the product is not easily discolored, the quality is stable, the quality guarantee period is long, and the like, and meanwhile, the kapok leaf extract can better play the role. In addition, in the process, 4% of the second mixture is slowly added to the first mixture, and then the rest of the second mixture is added, so that the first mixture of the oil phase is favorable for wrapping the active ingredients in the second mixture to better form a stable water-in-oil system; meanwhile, the mixture is favorably emulsified better, so that the obtained essence cream is not easy to layer, deteriorate and the like.
Fourth, performance test of the essence cream
The samples of the essence cream of examples 1 to 4 were compared with a sample of a commercially available Japaneseh Anti-Wrinkle cream (Timezone Night Anti-Line/Wrinkle Creme) of a control group. The detection result shows that the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effect of the essence cream of the sample examples 2 to 4 is better than that of the commercially available Yashilan indigo anti-wrinkle cream. The specific test method and data analysis are as follows:
test one: sample examples 1-4 and control group anti-aging wrinkle removal test
1. Test samples: samples the serum samples of examples 1-4, a control commercially available sample of ashira antiwrinkle cream;
2. selecting a crowd: the age group is 35-55 years old, and 50 men and women respectively;
3. test site: guangzhou;
4. test time: 11 months in 2018-1 month in 2019;
5. the test method comprises the following steps:
the distribution was randomly averaged for each half of the population. The medicine is used twice a day after cleaning face in the morning and evening. Other skin care products are forbidden during product trial. The test is carried out continuously for 8 weeks, data are collected once a week, and the face is cleaned 2 hours before the data are collected.
A facial image analyzer VISIA6 from Canfield, usa, was used to take high-definition pictures of the face with a 1200-ten-thousand-pixel camera, and then subjected to quantitative image analysis processing for comparative ranking of skin features with those of the same condition (same age, gender and skin type). If the subject's wrinkles are fine and shallow, the measured percentage value (T) is large, i.e., ranked top compared to 100 individuals in the database; if the subject has large, deep wrinkles, the measured percentage value (T) is small, i.e., ranked later than 100 in the database.
TABLE 1 mean T values of test subjects as a function of time
Analysis and conclusion 1:
(1) as shown in table 1, it can be seen that the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects of the sample examples 2 to 4 are more excellent by comparing the essence creams of the sample examples 1 to 4 with the control sample.
(2) By statistical analysis, paired t-test:
in the formula: t isn-the value of the change in time of the subject,
T0-pre-product non-use value of subject.
From the above equation: the average change rate in use of sample example 1 was 26.51%, the average change rate in use of sample example 2 was 44.46%, the average change rate in use of sample example 3 was 53.97%, and the average change rate in use of sample example 4 was 52.53%; the average rate of change in use for the control group was 32.61%.
It can be seen that the anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects of the samples of examples 2 to 4 are all better than those of the control group. In addition, comparing sample examples 1 to 4, since the active ingredients of group C ingredients in sample examples 3 and 4 are more than those in sample examples 1 and 2, in order to ensure the stability of the system of sample examples 3 and 4, the emulsifying power of the emulsifying agent (i.e., dimethicone/PEG-10/15 cross-linked polymer, lauryl PEG-9 dimethiconoethyl dimethicone) selected for sample examples 3 and 4 is stronger than that of sample examples 1 and 2, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of sample examples 3 and 4 is slightly better than that of sample example 2 as a whole, but the preparation cost is greatly increased. Second, sample example 1 was very inexpensive to prepare, but was much less effective than example 2. The anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects of sample example 2 are not much different from those of sample examples 3 and 4, and the manufacturing cost is much lower than those of sample examples 3 and 4.
Therefore, in summary, the essence cream prepared according to the sample formulation of sample example 2 is the most cost-effective.
And (2) test II: determination of the amount of kapok leaf extract added
The other components of the sample example 2 were added in the same amounts, and the above test method was used to obtain:
sample example 5: when the kapok leaf extract was not added, the T value after 5 to 8 weeks was about 64.8%;
sample example 6: when the kapok leaf extract is added at 1%, the T value after 5 to 8 weeks is about 72.0%;
sample example 2: when the kapok leaf extract is added at 2%, the T value after 5 to 8 weeks is about 77.7%;
sample example 7: when 3% of the kapok leaf extract was added, the T value after 5 to 8 weeks was approximately 78.6%.
Analysis and conclusion 2:
sample example 2 has a certain anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effect when kapok leaf extract is not added (i.e., sample example 5); and after the kapok leaf extract is added, the anti-aging and wrinkle-removing effects are obviously enhanced. Secondly, the addition amount of the kapok leaf extract is 1 to 3 percent, which is more appropriate; if the addition of excessive extract is not practical, the waste is caused; on the other hand, if the amount is too low, the effect of the kapok leaf extract on resisting oxidation and aging cannot be exerted.
And (3) test III: sample examples 1-7 product safety testing
The test method comprises the following steps: according to the requirements of the technical Specification for safety of cosmetics, 30 test subjects were selected, and the skin care products of sample examples 1 to 7 were subjected to closed patch test, and skin reaction was observed by naked eyes 24 hours later. The degree of reaction and the grade scoring criteria are as follows.
TABLE 2 skin response grading Standard for skin Enclosed Patch test
Analysis and conclusion 3:
in sample example 1, 30 persons showed negative reaction, and 0 person showed suspicious reaction; in sample example 2, 30 persons reacted negatively and 0 person reacted suspiciously; in sample example 3, 30 persons reacted negatively and 0 persons reacted suspiciously; in sample example 4, 30 persons showed negative reaction, and 0 person showed suspicious reaction; in sample example 5, 30 persons showed negative reaction, and 0 person showed suspicious reaction; in sample example 6, 30 persons showed negative reaction, and 0 person showed suspicious reaction; in example 7, 30 persons showed negative reaction and 0 person showed suspicious reaction.
According to the judgment standard of the human skin patch experiment in the specification of cosmetic safety technology 2015, the sample examples 1-7 have no adverse reaction on human bodies.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
