本发明公开了一种耐高压的涂料,按重份计,包括有机树脂20‑30份,钛白粉2-4份,纳米无机填料10‑13份,溶剂30-35份、固化剂0.2-0.5份,氧化硅1-2份、乙酸乙酯10-15份,石墨粉1-1.5份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份、长石粉0.1-0.5份,氧化铜1-3份,醇酯十二5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.5-5份,石英砂2-5份,防沉剂1-3份。本发明的配方新颖,可有效的提高绝缘耐击穿性能,有利于提高涂料的耐高压性能,使用稳定性好且适用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高压的涂料。
背景技术
在线路板的加工过程中,一般都需要一些涂料,现有技术的绝缘涂料的种类较多,因为涂料的配方和加工工艺的差别,所以绝缘涂料的各方面性能也参差不齐,因此研发一种可以提高涂料耐冲击力和耐热冲击性能,是本行业技术领域急需要解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高压的涂料。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种耐高压的涂料,按重份计,包括有机树脂20-30份,钛白粉2-4份,纳米无机填料10-13份,溶剂30-35份、固化剂0.2-0.5份,氧化硅1-2份、乙酸乙酯10-15份,石墨粉1-1.5份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份、长石粉0.1-0.5份,氧化铜1-3份,醇酯十二5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.5-5份,石英砂2-5份,防沉剂1-3份。
其一步,按重份计,包括有机树脂25份,钛白粉3份,纳米无机填料12份,溶剂32份、固化剂0.3份,氧化硅1.5份、乙酸乙酯13份,石墨粉1.2份,滑石粉0.6份、长石粉0.3份,氧化铜2份,醇酯十二8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份,石英砂3份,防沉剂2份。
所述纳米无机填料包括纳米氮化硅粉末、纳米碳化硅粉末和纳米氧化铝粉末,且其重量比为5:2:1。
所述固化剂为封闭型水性环脂族多异氰酸酯固定剂。
本发明具有积极的效果: 本发明的配方新颖,可有效的提高绝缘耐击穿性能,有利于提高涂料的耐高压性能,使用稳定性好且适用性强。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
一种耐高压的涂料,按重份计,包括有机树脂20-30份,钛白粉2-4份,纳米无机填料10-13份,溶剂30-35份、固化剂0.2-0.5份,氧化硅1-2份、乙酸乙酯10-15份,石墨粉1-1.5份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份、长石粉0.1-0.5份,氧化铜1-3份,醇酯十二5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.5-5份,石英砂2-5份,防沉剂1-3份。
所述纳米无机填料包括纳米氮化硅粉末、纳米碳化硅粉末和纳米氧化铝粉末,且其重量比为5:2:1。
所述固化剂为封闭型水性环脂族多异氰酸酯固定剂。
本发明的配方新颖,可有效的提高绝缘耐击穿性能,有利于提高涂料的耐高压性能,使用稳定性好且适用性强。

一种耐高压的涂料,按重份计,包括有机树脂25份,钛白粉3份,纳米无机填料12份,溶剂32份、固化剂0.3份,氧化硅1.5份、乙酸乙酯13份,石墨粉1.2份,滑石粉0.6份、长石粉0.3份,氧化铜2份,醇酯十二8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份,石英砂3份,防沉剂2份。

1.一种耐高压的涂料,其特征在于:按重份计,包括有机树脂20-30份,钛白粉2-4份,纳米无机填料10-13份,溶剂30-35份、固化剂0.2-0.5份,氧化硅1-2份、乙酸乙酯10-15份,石墨粉1-1.5份,滑石粉0.5-0.8份、长石粉0.1-0.5份,氧化铜1-3份,醇酯十二5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.5-5份,石英砂2-5份,防沉剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高压的涂料,其特征在于:按重份计,包括有机树脂25份,钛白粉3份,纳米无机填料12份,溶剂32份、固化剂0.3份,氧化硅1.5份、乙酸乙酯13份,石墨粉1.2份,滑石粉0.6份、长石粉0.3份,氧化铜2份,醇酯十二8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份,石英砂3份,防沉剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐高压的涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米无机填料包括纳米氮化硅粉末、纳米碳化硅粉末和纳米氧化铝粉末,且其重量比为5:2:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐高压的涂料,其特征在于: 所述固化剂为封闭型水性环脂族多异氰酸酯固定剂。
