Abstract
The invention discloses an electric power television teleconference extension system and method, wherein the teleconference extension system is composed of a hardware conference equipment end, a video acquisition device, a local loopback display end, a computer end, a soft video system and a basic audio and video output end. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the video conference system is mainly applied to remote video conference access without hardware conference equipment such as a basic level power supply station, a business hall, a team group and a transformer substation, can efficiently realize interconnection and intercommunication of video conferences among the basic level power supply station, the business hall, the team group, the transformer substation and a power supply company governed by a superior station at low cost, promotes the conference spirit to be further rapidly implemented to the basic level team group, and promotes the burden reduction of the basic level team group.

The operating method comprises the following steps:
firstly, equipment connection, namely installing a computer host and a video acquisition device on the basis of hardware conference equipment of a county company, connecting a video output signal interface of a computer into an auxiliary stream VGA input line of the hardware conference equipment, and connecting an earphone audio output interface of the computer into an auxiliary stream audio input line of the hardware conference equipment; video output signals of hardware conference equipment of county companies are connected to video acquisition equipment, the video acquisition equipment is provided with two paths of video outputs, one path of video output is connected to a computer USB interface, the other path of video output is connected to a local end hardware conference television, and an audio output of the hardware conference equipment is connected to a computer microphone input interface;

the operating method comprises the following steps:

fourthly, the county company and each participating base station start a camera and microphone equipment, the county company has administrator permission, videos and sounds can be debugged with each base station in a soft video conference system interface, and each base station can be guaranteed to be interconnected and communicated with the county company video conference;
connecting a computer host, video acquisition equipment and hardware conference equipment by a county company according to the connection mode;
