The invention provides a novel energy storage sprayer, which comprises a screw cap, a bottle body, a spray head, a spray nozzle, a main body, a suction pipe, a pressure storage cavity, a pressure storage piston, a pressure storage spring, a one-way valve, a main body connector, a piston connector, a water outlet valve, a main piston, a spray nozzle connector and the like, the screw cap is hermetically connected with the bottle body through threads, the main body is arranged on the inner side of the screw cap, the lower end of the main body is provided with a liquid suction inlet and a pressure accumulation cavity interface which are respectively connected with the suction pipe and the pressure accumulation cavity, the body connector is connected to the body, the main piston connector is connected to the body connector, the lower end of the main piston connector is connected with the main body connector, the upper end of the main piston connector is connected with the water outlet valve, and the water outlet valve is connected with the nozzle through the nozzle connector. A novel energy storage sprayer is shown in a combined figure 1-figure 6 and comprises a shell (1), a screw cap (2), a bottle body (3), a spray head (4), a nozzle (5), a main body (6), a ball valve (7), a suction pipe (8), a pressure storage cavity (9), a pressure storage piston (10), a pressure storage spring (11), a one-way valve (12), a main body connector (13), a piston connector (14), a water outlet valve (15), a main piston (16), a water outlet spring (17), a main spring (1) and a nozzle connector (19), wherein the screw cap (2) is arranged at the lower end of the inner side of the shell (1), the screw cap (2) and the bottle body (3) are hermetically connected through threads, the spray head (4) is arranged at the upper end of the shell (1), the spray head (4) can elastically move up and down, the nozzle (5) is arranged at the side face of the spray head (4), the main body, the lower end of the main body (6) is provided with a liquid pumping inlet (61) and a pressure accumulation cavity interface (62), the bead valve (7) is arranged at the liquid pumping inlet (61), the upper end of the suction pipe (8) is communicated with the liquid pumping inlet (61), the pressure accumulation cavity (9) is connected with the pressure accumulation cavity interface (62), the pressure accumulation piston (10) is arranged at the inner side of the pressure accumulation cavity (9), the upper end of the pressure accumulation spring (11) is propped against the top of the inner side of the pressure accumulation piston (10), the lower end of the pressure accumulation spring (11) is propped against the bottom of the inner side of the pressure accumulation cavity (9), the check valve (12) is arranged at the interface of the pressure accumulation cavity (9), the check valve (12) is positioned above the pressure accumulation cavity (9), the main body connector (13) is connected with the upper end of the main body (6), the lower end of the piston connector (14) is connected with the main body connector (13), the upper end of the piston connector (14) is connected with the water outlet valve, the outer wall of the main piston (16) is in contact with the inner wall of the main body connector (13), the water outlet spring (17) is arranged on the inner side of the water outlet valve (15), the main spring (18) is sleeved on the outer side of the piston connector (14), the upper end of the main spring (18) is propped against the top of the inner wall of the spray head (4), the lower end of the main spring (18) is propped against the main body connector (13), and the water outlet valve (15) is connected with the spray nozzle (5) through the spray nozzle connector (19).
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a support lug (63) is provided on the outer side of the main body (6), the main body (6) is fixed above the screw thread on the inner side of the nut (2) by the support lug (63) in a snap fit manner, and an annular gasket (20) is provided on the lower side surface of the support lug (63).
In the embodiment, the spray head (4), the water outlet valve (15) and the water outlet spring (17) form an independent constant-pressure liquid outlet system, the liquid outlet pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the water outlet spring (17), the liquid outlet pressure can be accurately controlled, and the aim of constant atomization is fulfilled.
In the embodiment, the main body (6), the main body connector (13) and the main piston (16) are matched to form an air supplementing loop in the spray bottle, after the main piston (16) is pressed for 2mm, air in the bottle is communicated with outside air, and air with a corresponding volume is supplemented into the bottle, so that the aim of balancing the pressure in the bottle and the outside atmospheric pressure is fulfilled, and the liquid is ensured to be discharged smoothly, and meanwhile, the liquid leakage phenomenon (in a non-spraying working state) is avoided under the condition that the bottle body is inverted.
In the embodiment, the cavity of the energy storage cavity (9) is communicated with the liquid outlet loop, liquid energy storage is realized in a very small space, the liquid outlet or mist outlet can be continuously carried out for 1.2 seconds by pressing the spray head (4) once, and continuous spraying can be realized. In addition, through the design of the one-way valve (12), liquid is prevented from flowing into the cavity of the energy storage cavity (9) from the liquid outlet loop in a one-way mode. In this embodiment, the check valve (12) is made of PE material, and the check valve (12) is ensured not to be failed under the conditions that the forward opening pressure is less than 10kpa and the reverse applied pressure is less than 6 bar.
In the embodiment, the screw thread sealing connection of the shell (1) and the bottle body (3) is realized through the arrangement of the screw cap (2), and the adaptability of the shell (1) and different bottle bodies (3) is increased.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the novel energy storage sprayer further comprises an outer cover (21), wherein the outer cover (21) covers the housing (1), so that the situation that the spray head (4) is accidentally pressed to spray liquid is prevented, dust is prevented, and cleanness of the spray head (4) and the spray nozzle (5) is guaranteed.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the pressure accumulation cavity (9) is connected with the pressure accumulation cavity interface (62) through threads, and the structure is simple and exquisite.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the diameter of the outlet of the nozzle (5) is 0.15mm, which ensures that the atomizer of the present invention can achieve the effect of ultrafine particle atomization.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the novel energy storage sprayer further comprises a pressure relief hole (22), the pressure relief hole (22) is formed in a side wall of the pressure storage cavity (9), when the internal pressure of the pressure storage cavity (9) exceeds 5bar, the pressure inside the pressure storage cavity (9) can be relieved through the pressure relief hole (22), and the product function failure caused by the overload of the internal pressure of the pressure storage cavity (9) is prevented.
