Abstract

Technical Field

Many of interior and exterior parts of automobiles are plastic parts. The plastic part and the sheet metal part are connected by various clamping structures. the clip base can rotate around the first fixed end through the first rotating mechanism;

the second fixed end is arranged at the first end of the second rotating mechanism and used for fixing the second end of the tensile testing machine; and
a counter-element fixing end arranged at the second end of the second rotating mechanism, wherein the counter-element fixing end is used for fixing a counter-element base;
the counter-element base can rotate around the second fixed end through the second rotating mechanism.
According to the plug test equipment provided by one aspect of the invention, the clip base fixing end and the counter-element fixing end realize synchronous rotation through the first rotating mechanism and the second rotating mechanism.
According to the plug test equipment provided by one aspect of the invention, scales are arranged on the first rotating mechanism and/or the second rotating mechanism and used for indicating the rotating angle.

The synchronous rotation of the clamp and the counterpart member on the main surface can be realized through the first rotating mechanism and the second rotating mechanism; the rotation of the non-main surface can realize the rotation of the clamp and the counter hand piece on the non-main surface by adjusting the installation angles of the clamp base and the counter hand piece base. According to the plug-pull test equipment, a universal plug-pull test tool is designed for the clamping pieces with different structures, and the plug-pull test equipment can be suitable for various clamping structures to carry out plug-pull force tests including quasi-static tests and high-speed plug-pull tests as long as the clamps and corresponding counter-hand pieces are replaced.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the plug test device comprises two parts, namely an upper tool for fixing and adjusting the clip structure (see fig. 1) and a lower tool for fixing and adjusting the counter piece (see fig. 4).
The upper tool consists of 3 parts (see fig. 1 and 2): a dial 41, a first fixed end 11 (also called an upper fixed end of a tensile testing machine) and a clip base fixed end 21. The dial allows 90 degree rotation of the clip in the mounting plane (see fig. 3). The fixed end on the tensile testing machine ensures the installation of the upper tool and one end of the testing machine. Clip base fixed end 21 provides a connection location for clip base 211 that can rotate with the dial, simulating various positions of the clip in practical applications. The two parallel sliding grooves are identical in structure (see fig. 8a and 8 b) and distributed at 90 degrees, the positions of the opponent part after rotation can be adjusted from two angles, and the complete clamping connection can be realized no matter how the clamp and the opponent part rotate.
The plug test device according to the invention has versatility for various types of clips. Embodied in the design of the clip base and the fixed end of the counter-element. a first rotating mechanism;

the clip base can rotate around the first fixed end through the first rotating mechanism;
a second rotating mechanism;
the second fixed end is arranged at the first end of the second rotating mechanism and used for fixing the second end of the tensile testing machine; and
a counter-element fixing end arranged at the second end of the second rotating mechanism, wherein the counter-element fixing end is used for fixing a counter-element base;
the counter-element base can rotate around the second fixed end through the second rotating mechanism.
2. The plugging test apparatus of claim 1, wherein the clip base fixing end and the counterpart fixing end are synchronously rotated by the first rotating mechanism and the second rotating mechanism.
3. The plugging test apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a scale is provided on the first rotation mechanism and/or the second rotation mechanism for indicating an angle of rotation.
4. The plug testing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first and/or second rotation mechanism is a dial.
5. The plugging test apparatus of claim 1, wherein a translation mechanism is disposed between the fixed end of the opposing member and the second fixed end for adjusting the position of the fixed end of the opposing member.

10. The plug testing device according to claim 1, further comprising a tensile testing machine.
