The brine tank comprises a gantry frame, a brine tank, a battery frame and a linear driving mechanism, wherein the gantry frame stretches across two sides of the brine tank, the battery frame is arranged above the brine tank, and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the gantry frame, is connected with the battery frame and is used for driving the battery frame to fall into the brine tank or be lifted out of the brine tank. The invention has simple and reliable structure, low manufacturing and operating cost, low energy consumption, good controllability, modularization and good sealing performance.

The invention belongs to the technical field of battery storage, and particularly relates to a pneumatic brine tank.
Technical Field
With the higher automation degree of the battery industry, the requirements of customers for corresponding battery storage production equipment are more and more diversified. The brine tank in the battery industry is mainly used for cooling and extinguishing high-temperature or combustion batteries, and adopts aqueous solution to effectively extinguish the batteries so as to prevent explosion accidents. The traditional brine tank is mostly driven by a motor, the structure is not compact enough, the operation position is not accurate enough, and the like, and the closed brine tank is not adopted, so that the problems of easy volatilization and the like under a high-temperature environment can not be met in the development of the existing battery industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic brine tank, which has a simple and reliable structure, low manufacturing and operating costs, low energy consumption, good operability, good modularity, and good sealing performance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a pneumatic brine tank comprises a gantry frame, a brine tank, a battery frame and a linear driving mechanism, wherein the gantry frame stretches across two sides of the brine tank, the battery frame is arranged above the brine tank, and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the gantry frame, is connected with the battery frame and is used for driving the battery frame to fall into the brine tank or be lifted out of the brine tank.
The gantry frame comprises two upright posts and an upper cross beam connected to the upper ends of the two upright posts, and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the upright posts.
And two sides of the battery rack are connected with the two upright posts through guide devices.
The guide device comprises an eccentric wheel set and a top wheel set, the eccentric wheel set is in contact with two side faces of the upright post, and the top wheel set is in contact with the front face of the upright post.
The battery frame comprises a battery frame and a battery support, wherein the battery frame is used for bearing goods, the battery support is connected with the battery frame, the guide devices are arranged on two sides of the battery support, and two sides of the lower end of the battery support are connected with the linear driving mechanism.
And the two upright posts are respectively provided with the linear driving mechanism.
The linear driving mechanism is a driving cylinder, and the output end of the driving cylinder is connected with the battery frame in a floating mode.
And a limiting stop is arranged below the upright column and used for limiting the driving stroke of the linear driving mechanism.
And the upright post is provided with a sensor used for judging whether goods on the battery rack are in place or not through a sensor mounting bracket.
The brine tank comprises a water tank body and a water tank cover plate arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the top of the water tank body, a sealing strip is arranged on the edge of the inner side of the water tank cover plate, a battery frame is matched with the water tank cover plate to realize sealing of the water tank body, and a liquid level meter is arranged on the water tank body.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the pneumatic brine tank provided by the present invention comprises a gantry frame 1, a brine tank 3, a battery rack 4 and a linear driving mechanism, wherein the gantry frame 1 spans two sides of the brine tank 3, the battery rack 4 is arranged above the brine tank 3, and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the gantry frame 1 and connected with the battery rack 4, and is used for driving the battery rack 4 to fall into the brine tank 3 or be lifted out of the brine tank 3.
The gantry frame 1 comprises two upright posts 11 and an upper cross beam 2 connected to the upper ends of the two upright posts 11, and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the upright posts 11. A sensor for judging whether the goods on the battery rack 4 are in place is arranged on the upright post 11 through a sensor mounting bracket 15.
In the embodiment of the invention, two upright posts 11 are respectively provided with a linear driving mechanism, a limit stop 14 is arranged below the upright posts 11, and the limit stop 14 is used for limiting the driving stroke of the linear driving mechanism. The two sides of the battery rack 4 are connected with the two upright posts 11 through a guide device.
The linear driving mechanism is a driving cylinder 13, and the output end of the driving cylinder 13 is connected with the battery frame 4 in a floating mode.
As shown in fig. 3, the battery rack 4 includes a battery frame 41 and a battery support 42, wherein the battery frame 41 is used for carrying goods, the battery support 42 is connected to two sides of the battery frame 41, and two sides of the battery support 42 are provided with guiding devices, and two sides of the lower end of the battery support 42 are connected to the driving cylinder 13.
The guide device comprises an eccentric wheel set 43 and a top wheel set 44, the eccentric wheel set 43 is in contact with two side faces of the upright post 11, the top wheel set 44 is in contact with the front face of the upright post, the distance between the top wheel set and the upright post 11 is adjusted through a gasket, and the guide wheel is a polyurethane wheel; the water tank cover 45 is screwed to the lower portion of the battery frame 41, and forms a closed space with the brine tank 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the brine tank 3 includes the water tank body 31 and sets up in the inboard water tank lid board 32 all around in the top of the water tank body 31, the inboard edge of water tank lid board 32 is equipped with the sealing strip, battery rack 4 realizes the sealed of water tank body 31 with the cooperation of water tank lid board 32, be equipped with level gauge installing support 33 and pneumatic element mounting panel 34 on the water tank body 31, be equipped with level gauge and display meter on the level gauge installing support 33, pneumatic element mounting panel 34 is used for installing cylinder control element. The lower part of the water tank body 31 is connected with a wire slot 35, and the wire slot 35 is a sheet metal bending part.
In the embodiment of the invention, the upright post 11 is formed by welding square pipes of sectional materials and is fixed on the ground and adjusted by adopting a gasket. The upper cross beam 2 is formed by welding square pipes of sectional materials and is in threaded connection with the two upright posts 11 to form a gantry frame structure; the water tank body 31 is formed by welding common carbon steel and is used for storing aqueous solution, and sacrificial anodized zinc blocks are placed inside the water tank body for corrosion prevention; the water tank cover plate 32 is a sheet metal bent part and is adhered with sealing foam to form a sealing cover together with the battery frame 4; the battery frame 41 is formed by welding square pipes of sectional materials and is used for bearing goods and installing related components; the battery bracket 42 is formed by welding a section square tube, is installed on two sides of the battery frame 41 through screw connection, and is in screw connection with the driving cylinder 13 through a floating joint.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the driving cylinder 13 of the pneumatic brine tank is in a contraction state at ordinary times to ensure that the high-temperature battery is received at any time, and the driving cylinder 13 keeps the contraction state through a pilot check valve. The battery holder 4 forms a sealed box body with the brine tank 3 attached with the sealing strip through a water tank cover 45 so as to reduce the volatilization degree of the aqueous solution. When the sensor detects that the battery generates high temperature, the high temperature battery is conveyed to the battery rack 4 through a stacker or other storage logistics equipment.
The sensor on the stand 11 detects that the battery rack 4 has goods thereon, changes the battery valve position through software control, and then drives 13 actions of actuating cylinder and promotes battery rack 4 and high temperature battery downstream, when driving actuating cylinder 13 and moving spacing fender and stopping 14, guarantees that the whole submergions of high temperature battery have reached the cooling function of putting out a fire in the aqueous solution.
The invention is applied to a storage system in the battery industry, and mainly used for cooling and extinguishing a high-temperature combustion battery to prevent danger caused by explosion due to overhigh temperature of the battery. The invention adopts pneumatic drive, and the operation position is accurate. The brine tank adopts a sealing type to prevent a large amount of volatilization of the aqueous solution, reduce the filling times and greatly save the labor cost.

Claims (10)
1. The pneumatic brine tank is characterized by comprising a gantry frame (1), a brine tank (3), a battery frame (4) and a linear driving mechanism, wherein the gantry frame (1) stretches across two sides of the brine tank (3), the battery frame (4) is arranged above the brine tank (3), and the linear driving mechanism is arranged on the gantry frame (1), is connected with the battery frame (4) and is used for driving the battery frame (4) to fall into the brine tank (3) or be lifted out of the brine tank (3).
2. The pneumatic brine tank according to claim 1, wherein the gantry frame (1) comprises two uprights (11) and an upper beam (2) connected to the upper ends of the two uprights (11), the linear drive mechanism being arranged on the uprights (11).
3. The pneumatic brine tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein the battery holder (4) is connected on both sides to the two uprights (11) by guide means.

A pneumatic brine tank according to claim 3, characterized in that said guiding means comprises an eccentric wheel set (43) and a top wheel set (44), said eccentric wheel set (43) being in contact with both sides of the upright (11), said top wheel set (44) being in contact with the front side of the upright.

Pneumatic brine tank according to claim 3, characterized in that said battery holder (4) comprises a battery frame (41) and a battery support (42), wherein the battery frame (41) is used for carrying goods, said battery support (42) is connected with said battery frame (41) and provided with said guiding means on both sides, and both sides of the lower end of said battery support (42) are connected with said linear driving mechanism.
6. The pneumatic brine tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein one linear drive mechanism is provided on each of the two columns (11).
7. Pneumatic brine tank according to claim 6, characterized in that the linear drive mechanism is a drive cylinder (13), the output of the drive cylinder (13) being in floating connection with the battery holder (4).
8. The pneumatic brine tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein a limit stop (14) is provided below the upright (11), said limit stop (14) being adapted to limit the drive stroke of the linear drive mechanism.
9. The pneumatic brine tank as claimed in claim 2, wherein a sensor for determining whether the cargo on the battery rack (4) is in place is mounted on the upright (11) by a sensor mounting bracket (15).

The pneumatic brine tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the brine tank (3) comprises a tank body (31) and a tank cover plate (32) arranged around the inner side of the top of the tank body (31), a sealing strip is arranged on the inner side edge of the tank cover plate (32), the battery holder (4) is matched with the tank cover plate (32) to seal the tank body (31), and a liquid level meter is arranged on the tank body (31).
