As shown in fig. 1, the sedimentation and air flotation integrated tank of the invention comprises a tank body 1, the tank body 1 is sequentially provided with a sedimentation region a, a reaction region B, an air flotation region C and a scum region D along the length direction, the sedimentation region a is provided with a water inlet 11, the scum region is provided with a water outlet 12, the bottom of the sedimentation region a is provided with a plurality of sludge collecting tanks 13 arranged along the length direction of the tank body 1, the bottom of each sludge collecting tank 13 is provided with a sludge collecting pipe 14, the bottom of the air flotation region C is provided with a bubble releasing pipe 15, and the top of the air flotation region C is provided with a residue scraping device 16 for scraping air flotation impurities to the scum region D. Experiments prove that the sedimentation and air flotation integrated tank can effectively remove fish scales, fish oil and the like in the aquatic production wastewater, can also remove about 30 percent of COD, 40 percent of total phosphorus and 35 percent of ammonia nitrogen in the aquatic production wastewater, and greatly lightens the load of a subsequent sewage treatment biochemical system.
In a preferred embodiment, the vertical cross section of the sludge collecting tank 13 has an inverted trapezoidal shape with a large top and a small bottom to improve the collection efficiency of the sludge collecting pipe 14.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the water flow among the zones is uniformly distributed, the connection parts of the settling zone A, the reaction zone B and the air flotation zone C are connected through a water passing weir 2, and the water passing weir 2 is a plurality of continuously arranged triangular weirs.
