The invention discloses a material crushing device capable of producing various materials with different particle sizes, which comprises a base, a box body, a speed reducer, a driving motor, a transmission device, a heating device, a touch panel and a control module, wherein the box body is fixed on the base; the crushing blades are made of stainless steel, a feed inlet is formed in the top of the crushing bin, a discharge outlet is formed in the position, close to the bottom, of the side part of the crushing bin, the heating device is fixed in the power bin, the driving motor is fixed on a base on the outer side of the box body, and the driving motor is in transmission connection with the speed reducer through a transmission device; the touch pad is arranged on the outer side of the box body; the materials with different grain diameters can be produced without replacing equipment.

Technical Field

Background

the box body is fixed on the base, a partition board is arranged in the box body and divides the space in the box body into a power bin and a crushing bin, the speed reducer is located in the power bin, the output end of the speed reducer is connected with one end of the rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the partition board and extends into the crushing bin, a plurality of crushing blades are arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft, and the crushing blades are hinged with the outer surface of the other end of the rotating shaft; the crushing blades are made of stainless steel, a feed inlet is formed in the top of the crushing bin, a discharge outlet is formed in the position, close to the bottom, of the side part of the crushing bin, the heating device is fixed in the power bin, the driving motor is fixed on a base on the outer side of the box body, and the driving motor is in transmission connection with the speed reducer through a transmission device; the touch pad is arranged on the outer side of the box body;
the control module is electrically connected with the heating device, the touch pad and the driving motor.

the box body is fixed on the base 1, a partition plate is arranged in the box body and divides the space in the box body into a power bin 3 and a crushing bin 7, the speed reducer 2 is positioned in the power bin 3, the output end of the speed reducer 2 is connected with one end of the rotating shaft 4, the other end of the rotating shaft 4 penetrates through the partition plate and extends into the crushing bin 7, a plurality of crushing blades 6 are arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft 4, and the crushing blades 6 are hinged with the outer surface of the other end of the rotating shaft 4; the crushing blades 6 are made of stainless steel, a feed inlet 8 is formed in the top of the crushing bin 7, a discharge outlet 5 is formed in the position, close to the bottom, of the side portion of the crushing bin 7, a heating device 9 is fixed in the power bin 3, a driving motor 10 is fixed on the base 1 on the outer side of the box body, and the driving motor 10 is in transmission connection with the speed reducer 2 through a transmission device 11; the touch pad is arranged on the outer side of the box body;

When the material crusher works, materials to be crushed are input into the crushing bin 7 from the feeding hole 8, then workers crush the particles to form according to the needs, an instruction is sent through the touch panel, the control module controls the driving motor to start, the driving motor 10 enables the rotating shaft 4 to rotate through the transmission device 11 and the speed reducer 2, finally the rotating shaft 4 drives the crushing blades 6 to start rotating, the crushing blades 6 are vertically attached to the outer surface of the rotating shaft 4 under the action of gravity before the materials are not rotated, the crushing blades 6 start to be unfolded under the action of centrifugal force after the materials start to rotate, one end of each crushing blade 6 is far away from the rotating shaft 4, and the crushing blades 6 are rotatably cut in the unfolded state until the centrifugal force and the gravity are balanced, so that the crushing work of the needed particles is completed on the materials, the crushed materials are discharged from the discharging hole 5, and if the, at the moment, the balance unfolding angle of the crushing blade 6 is smaller than the previous angle, so that materials with larger particle sizes can be cut; if materials with smaller particle sizes are needed, the rotating speed is increased, the centrifugal force is increased, the unfolding angle of the crushing blades 6 is increased, and the minimum particle size capable of being crushed by the crushing blades 6 is the position where the crushing blades 6 are completely unfolded; therefore, the rotating speed of the rotating shaft 4 can be determined according to the requirement to control the crushing grain size of the material.

1. A material crushing device capable of producing materials with different particle sizes is characterized by comprising a base (1), a box body, a speed reducer (2), a driving motor (10), a transmission device (11), a heating device (9), a touch pad and a control module,
the box body is fixed on the base (1), a partition plate is arranged in the box body, the partition plate divides the space in the box body into a power bin (3) and a crushing bin (7), the speed reducer (2) is positioned in the power bin (3), the output end of the speed reducer (2) is connected with one end of the rotating shaft (4), the other end of the rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the partition plate and extends into the crushing bin (7), a plurality of crushing blades (6) are arranged at the other end of the rotating shaft (4), and the crushing blades (6) are hinged with the outer surface of the other end of the rotating shaft (4); the crushing blades (6) are made of stainless steel, a feed inlet (8) is formed in the top of the crushing bin (7), a discharge outlet (5) is formed in the position, close to the bottom, of the side portion of the crushing bin (7), a heating device (9) is fixed in the power bin (3), a driving motor (10) is fixed on the base (1) on the outer side of the box body, and the driving motor (10) is in transmission connection with the speed reducer (2) through a transmission device (11); the touch pad is arranged on the outer side of the box body;

3. A device for comminuting a material to produce a plurality of different particle sizes in accordance with claim 1 in which said heating means (9) is a thermocouple.
