Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水性丙烯酸树脂乳液40‑50%、水20‑25%、钛白粉10‑20%、填料8‑15、石墨烯0.2‑0.5%、乙二醇乙醚1‑3%、二丙二醇丁醚2‑5%、氨基树脂3‑5%、分散剂0.5‑1.5%、消泡剂0.1‑0.5%、流平剂0.1‑0.5%、增稠剂0.1‑0.5%、pH值调节剂0.1‑0.3%,总计为100%;本发明的涂料使用溶剂主要为去离子水,不含苯、酮类溶剂,避免环境污染和对施工人员的伤害,且挥发性溶剂含量为5%,远小于国家环保标准200g/L限值;采用适当的组分及配比,可提升涂料的附着牢度,硬度和韧性;目前同类型产品的漆膜硬度大多≤1H,本发明的漆膜硬度可达到2H以上;本发明的耐盐雾时间为1500h;远远高于目前同类型产品的500h。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,我国大力发展轨道交通,高铁、地铁等得到大力发展,铁路防腐需求随之而来。铁路防腐不仅关乎因腐蚀带来的经济损失,更重要的是影响铁路运输的安全。轨道交通的腐蚀问题主要出现在铁路沿线的铁轨、输电悬臂、轨道扣件等,目前针对铁轨的腐蚀问题还没有更好的办法,输电悬臂可采用防腐涂料进行防腐涂装,以提高使用年限。轨道扣件因其用量大,规格小,易受腐蚀等原因,一般不采用防腐涂层的方法进行处理。目前,针对轨道扣件比较常规的处理方式为渗锌的方式,将锌渗入扣件内部,起到阳极保护的作用,该方式相对于热镀锌方式有很好的粘接强度,保护效果优异等优点,得到广泛使用。渗锌的方式是采用在轨道扣件上开为空的方式,将锌采用特殊的工艺渗入扣件中,以起到防护的效果,但工艺完成以后会出现微孔不能完全封闭的问题,在外界条件下很快就出现锈蚀问题。
目前,针对渗锌扣件的封孔问题,国内外也有解决办法,但普遍存在一下几点问题:效果不佳,耐水性差,耐候性差,耐盐雾性能差;价格较高,不利于广泛使用;施工不方便,不利于推广;不环保,大量VOC排放,且有安全隐患。比如,中国专利申请CN 109233497 A公开了一种石墨烯水性丙烯酸防腐涂料,该涂料虽然具有较好的耐酸、耐碱性能,但是,其耐盐雾性能较差,而且,具体针对铁轨扣件,因其特殊的使用环境,其耐盐雾性能要求更高,并且,对于耐水性、耐冲击性等有特殊的要求,对于漆膜的柔韧性要求较高,而该专利申请的这些性能欠佳。
为良好的解决以上问题,市场迫切的需要一款专门针对扣件封孔的水性涂料,以解决目前扣件防腐方面的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一,就在于提供一种水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,由下述重量百分比的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸树脂乳液40-50%、水20-25%、钛白粉10-20%、填料8-15、石墨烯0.2-0.5%、乙二醇乙醚1-3%、二丙二醇丁醚2-5%、氨基树脂3-5%、分散剂0.5-1.5%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、流平剂0.1-0.5%、增稠剂0.1-0.5%、pH值调节剂0.1-0.3%;
上述原料总计为100%。
本发明采用水性丙烯酸树脂乳液作为成膜物质,采用钛白粉和片状云母氧化铁作为颜料,并辅以氨基树脂和石墨烯,以提高涂料的防腐性能的同时,提高涂料涂层的韧性、耐水耐冲击性能。
本发明的涂料主要适用于铁轨扣件等部件封孔防腐和防护,也可作为其它钢结构防腐涂装使用使用。
作为优选的技术方案,所述水性丙烯酸树脂为巴斯夫938T。
作为优选的技术方案,所述填料为片状云母氧化铁。
作为优选的技术方案,所述氨基树脂为六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺树脂。进一步优选美国氰特氨基树脂CYMEL 303LF,其是一种高度甲醚化氨基树脂,与其他组分协同可提高涂料的硬度和韧性。
作为优选的技术方案,所述分散剂为丙烯酸嵌段聚合物分散剂。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述分散剂为PX 4575,巴斯夫公司。
作为优选的技术方案,所述消泡剂为BYK024,毕克公司。
作为优选的技术方案,所述流平剂为BYK-333,毕克公司。
作为优选的技术方案,所述增稠剂为PU1191,巴斯夫公司。
本发明的目的之二,在于提供上述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料的制备方法,采用的技术方案为,包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、填料、分散剂分散研磨成色浆,水与水性丙烯酸树脂乳液混合后搅拌均匀,然后加入pH调节剂调节pH值,再加入氨基树脂、乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚搅拌均匀,按顺序加入前述制备的色浆、消泡剂、流平剂、石墨烯分散搅拌,测试并调节pH值至8-9,再加入增稠剂调节粘度KU值至90-100,过滤包装即得。
上述制备方法简单易行。
本发明的涂料采用浸涂方式,涂装使用前加入10%-15%的去离子水作为稀释剂,调节涂装粘度,扣件放入浸涂槽1分钟,取出后用离心机将多余涂料甩出,自然干燥30分钟后,放入110度烘箱烘烤30分钟,取出降至室温即可。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的涂料使用溶剂主要为去离子水,不含苯、酮类溶剂,避免环境污染和对施工人员的伤害,且挥发性溶剂含量为5%,远小于国家环保标准200g/L限值;采用适当的组分及配比,可提升涂料的附着牢度,硬度和韧性;目前同类型产品的漆膜硬度大多≤1H,本发明的漆膜硬度可达到2H以上;本发明的耐盐雾时间为1500h;远远高于目前同类型产品的500h。

下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,由下述重量份的原料组成;
水性丙烯酸树脂乳液(938T,巴斯夫公司)46份、去离子水20.7份、钛白粉15份、片状云母氧化铁8份、石墨烯0.3份、乙二醇乙醚2份、二丙二醇丁醚3份、CYMEL 303LF氨基树脂3份、分散剂(4575,巴斯夫公司)1份、消泡剂(BYK024,毕克公司)0.2份、流平剂(BYK-333,毕克公司)0.3份、增稠剂(PU1191,巴斯夫公司)0.3份、pH值调节剂0.2份;
制备方法为:将钛白粉、片状云母氧化铁、分散剂分散研磨成色浆,去离子水与水性丙烯酸树脂乳液混合后搅拌均匀,然后加入pH调节剂调节pH值,再加入CYMEL 303LF氨基树脂、乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚搅拌均匀,按顺序加入前述制备的色浆、消泡剂、流平剂、石墨烯分散搅拌15min,测试并调节pH值至8-9,再加入增稠剂调节粘度KU值至90-100,过滤包装即得;

水性丙烯酸树脂乳液40份、去离子水24份、钛白粉15份、片状云母氧化铁10份、、石墨烯0.3份、乙二醇乙醚2份、二丙二醇丁醚3份、CYMEL 303LF氨基树脂3.7份、分散剂(4575,巴斯夫公司)1份、消泡剂(BYK024,毕克公司)0.2份、流平剂(BYK-333,毕克公司)0.3份、增稠剂(PU1191,巴斯夫公司)0.3份、pH值调节剂0.2份;

实施例3:

上述原料总计为100% 。

5.根据权利要求4所述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为PX 4575。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为BYK024。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为BYK-333。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为PU1191。
9.权利要求1所述的水性铁轨扣件封孔涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将钛白粉、填料、分散剂分散研磨成色浆,水与水性丙烯酸树脂乳液混合后搅拌均匀,然后加入pH调节剂调节pH值,再加入氨基树脂、乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丁醚搅拌均匀,按顺序加入前述制备的色浆、消泡剂、流平剂、石墨烯分散搅拌,测试并调节pH值至8-9,再加入增稠剂调节粘度KU值至90-100,过滤包装即得。
